• Martina (9/5): Perfect for a one-night stay in Athens - Decent room in a very very central location, smooth communication with the self-checkin. Next to a nightclub so it was quite noisy in the evening.
• Cristina (10/5): Comfy in the heart of Athens - Everything went smooth, the location is perfect, you are literally in the heart of Athens and the price is surprisingly very good for two people. I would for sure stay again.

• Jessica (4/5): Once and never again. - Spacious bathroom, spacious room and comfortable bed. You can hear absolutely everything from the beeping outside the door, to the neighbors, to the outside street life, there is no what so ever sound isolation. And I have lived in at least 3 other airbnbs in that exact same area before so I know you could get isloated rooms. The floor, walls and table were sticky and dirty with old hairs and dirt. I took a napkin on the table and it was black so it def had not been cleaned in a good while. The location to get to the room was not nice. I will not come back since there are so much better places in the same area for the same price.

• Alessia (7/5): Posizione perfetta - L’appartamento molto carino e ben fornito: piano a induzione, qualche stoviglia, bollitore e macchina nespresso per il caffè. Doccia molto bella, fornito anche di phon shampoo e bagnoschiuma. Posizione super comoda! Consigliato solo per questo motivo. Abbiamo avuto contatti solo via messaggi, molto cordiale! Sarebbe stato carino avere degli strofinacci da cucina per poter asciugare le stoviglie lavate o tenere anche a disposizione del sale e zucchero (abbiamo lasciato noi del sale dopo averlo comprato sperando che possano usarlo gli altri ospiti) C’era un bip fastidioso nel pianerottolo ma dopo qualche giorno ci siamo abituati. Il materasso un po’ troppo morbido ma alla fine sono gusti. Il peggio è la discoteca aperta ogni sera dalle 23 fino ad almeno le 3.30 del mattino, proprio di fronte l’appartamento. Nonostante i doppi vetri chiusi e la tapparella, tremavano i vetri. Sarebbe stato utile saperlo e avremmo portato dei tappi. Wifi lentissimo

• Σταυρουλάκη (9/5): - Πολύ καθαρό άνετο και σε σημείο που εξυπηρετεί στις μετακινήσεις. Επίσης ήταν ήσυχο.
• AnitaAnna (5/5): - Lokalizacja, nowoczesne wnętrze/location, modern interior Nocny klub na przeciwko, a więc hałas w środku oraz trzęsący się budynek do godzin rannych. Nie można zasnąć. Okna nie są dźwiękoszczelne i wszystko słychać! Byliśmy w okresie od 29 grudnia 2025 do 4 stycznia 2026. Moim zdaniem problem z klubem nocnym to nie jest problem terminu, gdyż w Sylwestra, ani na Nowy Rok nie było stamtąd hałasu. Klub nocny poprostu tam jest na przeciwko. ZDECYDOWANIE NIE POLECAM! Właściel arogancki...  Nie widzi problemu z klubem nocnym i tłumaczy się głupio, że jest to mieszkanie w centrum, ale to nie są odgłosy ulicy tylko klubu nocnego i jak się nie podoba to proszę sobie poszukać czegoś lepszego... Na dodatek sprzątanie wg opisu powinno być co 3 dni. Nie było ani razu w ciągu 7 nocy spędzonych tam. Chlapiąca woda w łazience i w kuchni, gdyż kran jest za krótki. Tere is a nightclub directly across the street, which means noise inside the apartment and the building shaking until the early morning hours. It is impossible to fall asleep. The windows are not soundproof and you can hear everything! We stayed from December 29, 2025 to January 4, 2026. In my opinion, the problem with the nightclub is not related to the timing of the stay, because there was no noise from it on New Year’s Eve or New Year’s Day. The nightclub is simply located directly across the street. I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND this place!!! The owner is arrogant and does not see any problem with the nightclub. He makes a foolish excuse saying that it is an apartment in the city center, but these are not normal street noises — they come from a nightclub. His attitude was basically: if you don’t like it, look for something better. Additionally, according to the description, cleaning should take place every 3 days. It did not happen even once during the 7 nights we stayed there. Water splashes everywhere in both the bathroom and the kitchen because the faucets are too short.

• Χαρούλα (8/5): Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, καλή κατάσταση του διαμερίσματος - Η πτήση μας ήταν το βράδυ οπότε έπρεπε κάπου να αφήσουμε τις αποσκευές. Δεν υπήρχε χώρος αποθήκευσης των αποσκευών μετά το check out στο κατάλυμα.

• Martinez de Larramendi (9/5): Práctico, buena ubicación y limpio. - Ubicación genial. El apartamento tenía todo lo que puedes necesitar y estaba super limpio. La entrada al edificio es un poco rara. Pero una vez entras está bien.

• Belall (9/5): Perfect location in syntagma / Athens - Its location is just perfect. It’s in the center and everything is just around the corner. So many shops and coffee shops just downstairs Couldn’t have a better location Also was clean and even if I didn’t meet the host the communication was always quick and very helpful Not much to be honest.
• Guillermo (8/5): Great Value - Clean and renovated. Comfy bed and pillows. Centrally located and just a few blocks from the metro. Communicative mgmt provides easy access to keys. Would recommend this apt. If you plan to work remotely and require high internet speed for conferencing etc., be mindful that it's very slow. Also, although not terribly loud, music can be heard in the room from a club nearby in the very late hours of the morning.

• Colette (8/5): Very good - Nice apartment. Very central and easy to reach from metro. Getting into the building is challenging. My flight was delayed, so I had to struggle with the lock box in the dark to get the key. It took long to get it open.

• Ilaria (9/5): central location, clean and welcoming apartment - The apartment is in a very central location and can be easily reached. The facilities are great, the equipment is new and made with a great taste. The apartment was really clean and welcoming. Maybe just a suggestion for an improvement: The room had a coffee machine with capsules, it would be lovely to find a couple of them to have a coffee when arriving or for the first day.

It was impeccably maintained, tastefully decorated, fully equipped and spotlessly clean. It’s just a short stroll away from the city’s major attractions. The central location in a modern and lively area made it a perfect choice. The helpful staff was always available, ensuring a delightful stay. There was nothing I didn’t like.
