• Phuong (9/5): Host super nice. Small space but comfy. - Super nice host, we can contact at anytime. Place is comfortable for 5 people, we didnt bring much stuffs so there are still spaces. Neighborhood is quiet, there are also convenience stores nearby. Station is about 5min walk. Overall small place, but comfy. Host even allow us to take some gifts home, so we really appreciate that. They do have a washing machine, but no place to dry, had to hang it outside the window (and it dropped, but thankfully somebody picked it up for us). We decided to use the coin laundry, which is just 7min away, and it took like 30 mins do wash and dry everything.

• Tu Ngoc (10/5): Everything is good! - The house is in a quiet residential area which is within walking distance from Nakano-fujimicho subway station - 4 stations away from the biggest hub Shinjuku station, so I think it's rather a convenient location. The surrounding area provides everything you need with some good local restaurants (Hama Sushi is one I like), some convenient stores, super markets, Daiso... It is big enough for our group of 4 people and I think it's bigger than any homestay I have stayed in Tokyo, with 2 bathrooms which is a bonus. It is also well-equipped, tidy and has everything you need for everyday life. I like the bathroom downstair 'cos it is big compared to the others in Tokyo. I also like the beds and blankets 'cos they are so soft and comfy. Ashley (the host) explained everything clearly about the house rules and rubbish day. He was so flexible and nice to let us check in early and a little bit late due to our flight. Nothing.

• Vivian (8/5): Very good - The person-in-charge gave us a very detailed briefing during check-in, and showed us everything (e.g. remote controls), including when and how to dispose non-recyclable trash. The rooms are also well-heated. Short 5 minutes walk from the Nakano-fujimicho station with convenience stores and supermarket (Ozeki) and Daiso along the way. For the toilet downstairs, you need to lock both sides of the doors (to the room downstairs, and to the hallway which is shared with the entrance to the room upstairs and the owner's room).
• Félix (9/5): Very cute and comfy place close to Shinjuku - Very nice place, in a quiet and family area. The place is bigger than what I'm used to in Tokyo, good equipment and very clean place. The host came to give us the keys and explain everything, he was very nice and helpful. Overall, a very nice stay in Tokyo, would recommend for sure !

• Abdulaziz (8/5): Recommended overall for a nice local experience - Cosiness of how a local Japanese place would feel like. Tight stairs maybe because we are not used to these types of stairs.
