The owner was very cooperative..check in wasn't till 1pm, our plan arrived at 930am, She met us at the apartment and allowed us to put our bags away so we didn't have to walk around with them. I very much appreciated this allowing for our trip to begin without hassle. Really nothing to complain about
• Hester (9/5): Relaxing and fun time - fabulous views - great food and friendly people. We will be back! - Gorgeous little private property close to fabulous parks and scenery and great bars and restaurants with a lovely little courtyard to sit out on for breakfast and in the evenings A stones throw from the Acropolis park and view points but in a quiet area away from tourist bustle and noise. We loved that we could walk to Troon St and Petralona for all the great bars and restaurants and Tula the host gave us some great recommendations for places to eat. We were also close enough to walk to Thiseio and Monastiraki for scenic views, cafes and flea markets and to jump on the metro to explore other areas. We had a fabulous time - thank you Tula! Having to leave :-(

• Travis (10/5): - The owner gave us great recommendations for food in the area and answered any questions we had. It was very nice being close to the Acropolis and other attractions but not so close that we had to deal with any noise. The street was quiet and peaceful.

• Joanne (7/5): Quiet neighbourhood, close to city attractions. - Fantastic location close to all the downtown area and an interesting neighbourhood. Tula was very responsive and a good communicator. We had a problem with the key opening the front door and she arrived at the property promptly and sorted it out (operator error). The beds were comfortable, split system air cons worked and a full kitchen with complimentary basics. The pod coffee machine was great. The property is ground level and backs directly onto a courtyard used by a male neighbour. The man was pottering around the courtyard whenever we were there and he had a line of sight into the kitchen, lounge room and back bedroom. While he didn’t appear to be peeping in, he had a clothesline mounted on the wall under the kitchen window so when putting items on the line he was right up against the kitchen window. The curtains in the bedroom were inadequate with sheers and partial blockout curtains. In both bedrooms the blockout curtains only partially covered the windows so getting dressed in the bedrooms was not private or comfortable. For women considering staying in this apartment, it would be helpful if the property description mentioned this shared arrangement with the neighbour. The shower was not great, needing special verbal instructions to use. Worked OK with pressure or hot water - just not both at the same time. Replacement of the worn towels some with holes in them, new curtains and a good spring clean would be small touches that would make this a really lovely apartment to stay in.

Wonderful food and super friendly local people. No issues or problems.

• Martina (9/5): Definitely recommended! - Great location in an area populated by locals, quiet and well connected with the city centre - about 20 minutes walk. Two metro stations in walking distance. The house is equipped with an AC both in the living area and in the bedroom. There was a basic set of bathroom liquids (except the toothpaste) and a complimentary water bottle cooled down in the fridge. Our host, Tula, was very nice, gave great recommendations for the first-time Athens visit and was all the time available if we needed help. The couch was quite beaten up

Great proximity to all the central Athens attractions, without being right at the touristy spots. Excellent balance of being in the heart of Athens while being out of the typical tourist trap areas. Neuritis hills and park steps away, and tons of good and not overpriced restaurants in the neighborhood.

Close to many local eateries and Acropolis is also only 15-20 minutes walk away. Very friendly host. The bed wasn't that comfortable. It was a bit too soft for our taste.

• David (9/5): Excellent stay in a cosy appartment few steps away from Acropolis and athens center. - amazing location, the Acropolis is 10min by walking through the hill of ‘socrates jail’ which provides amazing views at sunset. shops, restaurants can be found 3mins walk from the appartment, the area is full of flowers and both quiet and lively. The small garden was good for having breakfast outside.
• Leora (10/5): Quiet, authentic Greek neighborhood within easy walking or metro access to major attractions - Location was terrific -- on a quiet street for pedestrians only -- but just a short walk from two metro stations and from main sights and sites. Felt much more like staying in an authentic Greek neighborhood than in a tourist mecca, yet tourist sites were still accessible. Loved the little garden in the front under the lemon tree. The hostess was also extremely helpful, going out of her way to meet us even though we arrived quite late at night. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. There were also many wonderful places to eat within walking distance. I would have liked to have a microwave. On a quick trip like this I didn't have a chance to use the oven and stove for real cooking, but would have loved to have been able to buy a few items from outside and just heat them up in a microwave (and maybe eat them in the lovely garden). Everything else was perfect.

The place was above perfect, with a great location. Moreover, the house was modern and adapted for the hot weather with a great air conditioning system. Also, the Wifi worked nicely.
