• Eva (7/5): - Nice apartment, clean, beautiful terase. Great restaurant for breakfast/brunch just below the apartment. Very good communication. Really very noisy place. If you go for partying, great place. If you go for relaxing trip, choose different location, because you might not sleep at all.
• Axel Norén (9/5): Great spot in lively neighborhood - Good location with lots of life and restaurants. Nice terrace and comfortable apartment. Maybe a bit loud at night with many bars and thin walls.
• Melanie (5/5): Noisy but central stay in Athens - Location, location, location. Also the beds were very comfortable and the communication with the host was great. The wine in the fridge was a nice touch and so were the ear plugs - although now I know why! I'll admit the apartment is much smaller than it looks in the pictures. It's also definitely not for light sleepers or families with kids- the apartment is on a main road full of bars playing music until 3am. Tips for improvement: double glass windows, tastier wine, offering shampoo & conditioner & soap instead of tiny all in 1 bottles.
• Joel (9/5): Great stay with one drawback. - Modern apartment in a premier location, plenty of space for a family, two twin beds for the kids. Close to the premier sites, restaurants, and coffee shops. It is genuinely noisy, rough for light sleepers. Weekdays are a huge improvement.
• Karoline (8/5): Zentral und super für Nightlife - Die zentrale Lage direkt über dem Café ist gut für Party und Nightlife. Wunderschöne Balkon und sehr nette Vermieter, die immer vor Ort sind, da das Café auch von ihnen betrieben wird. Als wir die Oropax auf jedem Nachtisch gesehen haben, ahnten wir es. Bis mindestens 2:00 Uhr Nachts war die Musik der Clubs und Bars sehr laut. Ab 5:00 Uhr morgens wurden dann Tisch rausgeräumt und die Nacht war vorbei.

• Karin (6/5): Appartement is top maar veel geluidsoverlast - Her appartement was top. Fijne bedden, fles wijn bij aankomst. In het centrum, mooie locatie Het lawaai. Van de 3 nachten 2 geen oog dicht gedaan door her lawaai van de pub tegenover appartement. De ene nacht tot 4 uur en andere nacht tot 5 uur. Volgende ochtend vanaf half 8 opnieuw wakker door start restaurant onder appartement.

• Jose (10/5): Great Location! Great stay! Everything within a beautiful walk. - Great location!!! Walking distance to everything of interest. The flat is above a quaint cafe open for breakfast and lunch. The property is located within the pedestrian area. One walks through restaurants and sidewalk cafes in every direction. day or night the area is very lively. This is in the Psyrri neighborhood, we walked to the Plaka neighborhood, to Monastiraki Square, to Thiseio, to the Acropolis, all within only blocks away. Excellent Air Conditioning, charming balcony, and tasteful rooms. Great stay all the way. We liked everything! Even the music that may be heard at night was soothing to us. Nonetheless, if guests are light sleepers, the windows close tightly to mitigate sounds.

• Nicole (6/5): Flat is made for party people - Flat Athens + the location, we walked everywhere + communication with the host was flawless -the location: the bars around the flat are open until around 3am and apparently in a competition about who can play the loudest music. The outdoor space of the apartment is of no use unless you want to party right then and there. In addition to that, the café downstairs starts prepping at 5:45/6am and you can literally hear the coffee machine heating up in the twin room facing the street. So good luck with getting more than 3-4 hours of undisturbed sleep -there is no counter space in the twin room besides a small chest of drawers, no bedside table, no hangers, no bedside lamp to read, nothing really besides the beds and a chair -basically no counter space in the bathroom -nowhere to hang your jackets etc in the hallway -you can see that at some point someone thought about the interior of the place, but it feels like they haven’t really gone through with it. -we have both lived in the city center for years and are no strangers to noise, but this was something else I would not recommend staying here unless you want to experience noisy nightlife.

The location was lively and the apartment was charming, especially the balcony!

Easy to walk to anything we needed. Immaculately clean and comfy apartment…especially loved the terrace. Psyrri neighborhood was noisy—people were partying out on the streets until 3 or 4 am. If you’re easily disturbed by street noise, this may not be the place for you. But if you want to be in the thick of the action, it’s perfect.

• Jennifer (8/5): Great location, wonderful hosts! - We only spent a short time at this apartment due to a last-minute booking, arriving very late from the airport and mainly using it as a place to sleep—but it turned out to be the perfect landing spot. The apartment is quite small, and with four adults in our group, it wasn’t a space you’d want to hang out in for long. But for sleeping and getting on with your day, it worked just fine. Realistically, it’s best suited for two people. The true highlights of this stay were the location and the hosts. Right downstairs is a lively and charming café—you’ll be greeted in the morning by the buzz of people enjoying incredible single-source coffee, delicious food, and outdoor seating. Just be careful not to bump into anyone as you step outside! The hosts were incredibly helpful and kind. They allowed us to store our luggage in the main office next door after check-out and went above and beyond to help us navigate the area and even assist with a few errands. Their hospitality really made a difference, and we’re very grateful. If you’re looking for a small but well-located spot with great hosts, this is a solid choice!

The apartment was better than the pictures and it was really helpful being able to leave our luggage at the office as we had a late onward flight. The bed was super comfortable! Friendly staff. Overall our stay was very pleasant and the small coffee shop down stairs was ideal for brunch with extremely friendly staff There wasn’t enough storage spaces, one bedroom had a set of small cupboards only no side tables or any storage for clothing or personal belongings. Also a little noisy at night due to location fairly understandable for a central location
• Markus (8/5): Perfect location for night life and Acropolis - The apartment was clean. It has almost all you need for a city trip. The one thing missing from my perspective is a couch to sit and chill a bit. It is a super lively neighborhood, be aware of that. Good on the one hand to explore the night life. Downside is, that it always is noisy and loud until deep in the night. And starts again early in the morning.

• Junie (10/5): The perfect place to stay at in Athens - The location was perfect! Practically walking distance to every place we wanted to go, especially the Acropolis. But around the neighborhood are awesome restaurants, the marvelous fancy themed Cafe of Little Kook, flea, and street markets. This is a perfect place for a family of four with youngsters who enjoy having a night life that is very convenient and safe. The apartment itself was very clean, looks brand new, and modern. It was also well equipped. Provided easy check-in and check out process, and the host was very helpful and easy to get a hold off. The area could be noisy at night for people who do not prefer the lively atmosphere.

Lovely outdoors space to enjoy your morning coffee and chill. Location is right at the heart of the city centre with great options within walking distance. The apartment is only accessible by stairs, which can be a problem for some.

The level of noise from the bars downstairs was extreme! Do not suggest you stay here unless you are ok with loud music while sleeping as it goes until 3am (even on a Monday/Tuesday night), then the cafe downstarits starts their music at 7am when they start to open.

• József (8/5): Very good - Excellent location in the city center, a well equipped, overall clean apartement, with a lovely terrace. In the middle of restaurants area, loud music goes in the neighbourhood. On the weekend extremely noisy, not your choice if you wanna go to bed early. And early means 4 a.m. (Yes, FOUR A.M. :) ) The earplugs were useful... The bed is too soft for us, and found some bugs in the bathroom (but its nice and clean in general)
• Birgit (7/5): Nice, clean apartment - The apartment was nice and clean. It had everything we needed. Breakfast right underneath the apartment with many cafes and restaurants right outside. The host was very helpful with arranging pick up and drop of at the airport which was helpful. The balcony is big too. It is very noisy at night and early in the morning. The apartment is right above a cafe and they start taking chairs out around 6:30 so a little noisy. Also it’s a very lively location especially on a Friday night. Loud music till 3am with people still shouting at 4am. Do not for people with a light sleep. Also I found that the entrance/ lockbox was not lit/marked very well in the evening when it was dark. A light would be useful when arriving late.
• Ece (10/5): Exceptional - The house was incredible. It was at a very central location, very clean and cozy. The host was easy to reach and he contacted me before check in and check out to make the process easier (the booking.com app had trouble showing me the messages -probably because of my mobile phone- so I could not answer messages there, but the host contacted me via Whatsapp to keep the information flow going). The balcony/terrace was a great feature since the weather was nice enough to sit outside and enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. The only improvement I could suggest is to put a few hooks in the bathroom to hang towels. Another important mention: The house is in an area with popular restaurants and bars, so if you are a light sleeper, even though the windows are keeping most of the noise outside, you may have trouble sleeping. We had no issue but I think it's worth mentioning.

• John (9/5): Wonderful propery - located close to metro and central for night life/party. - We are a family of 4 and found this place very spacious and the beds were as comfortable as they can get. The property was spotless and the bathroom & shower worked perfectly great water pressure. Very central location, with restaurants, shops and metro. Located on a small street - difficult for taxi to get to. At night it's next to all the clubs/nightlife which might be a negative if you have young kids or are a light sleeper.
