New iron & small ironboard, heardrayer, coffee station & kettler 1.Head shower was broken, the water was half running from the pipe, half from the shower head, we even bought the vinegar to wash from the water stone, but it just wasn't install properly. Very bad. 2.For 5nights we only got 2 towels per person, one big one medium, but that wasn't enough. We missed one more to have for hands, we asked for, but we never got response, neither the towel 3.The fridge was to loud, it had a lot of ice inside, and we couldn't turn it off bcz of the melting, it was very annoying, if you have light sleep, you're doomed, even with the earplugs. 4.Small space for clothes, but we could manage some how

• Nerida (10/5): Great location and perfect apartment - Location could not be beaten! Apartment was clean and comfortable and management staff have great communication. There is a bidet for those who appreciate this amenity. Check in and out is super easy with lock box.

• Susana (8/5): - Departamento, súper bien ubicado , cerca de todo y en un barrio muy seguro. Habitación pequeña pero con lo justo. Muy recomendable!!!
• Jesus (10/5): Muy recomendado por localización y comodidad - La localización y una cama súper cómoda El olor del retrete (tuberías) un poco. El calentador tienes que encenderlo 20 minutos antes de abrir el agua, lo que es bastante engorroso

• Sofia (8/5): Comfortable and clean room continently located in Athens - Clean and comfortable in the centre of Athens, very secure and host was accomodating. Thank you :) The internet was slow and there was a bad smell coming from the bathroom.

Stanza molto piccola con visuale solo su un muro all’interno di condominio abbastanza vecchiotto. Forte odore di fogna che proviene dal bagno credo a causa di un problema a del sistema fognario ateniese; anche con la porta chiusa appena entri da fuori è molto pesante.

• Maria (7/5): Good - Very convenient location. Clean. Bed was comfortable. Wi-fi was not working, wich as a nuissance because I needed to work online. Room and especailly bathroom were a bit cramped, but still OK.

• Armando (3/5): Poor - The flat is in a good position the management of the apartment was professional (on the same floor there were 5 other apartments managed with the same logo. Every square centimeter was used (there was not even space for a computer support) and therefore I cannot avoid the following considerations: 1)due to plumbing problems there was a strong smell in the bathroom 2)The tv did not have the explanation of how to put the commands in english I asked but I did not receive an answer. With the commands in greek the tv was unusable 3)the wifi after two days of being very slow stopped working causing us problems

• Eirini (2/5): Worst accommodation in Athens so far. It was not cleaned. Floors made my socks black immediately. Wine stains on the gla - Nothing. They have to look up what luxury boutique means. It was the worst stay we have ever had. It was not cleaned. Floors made my socks black immediately. Wine stains on the glasses along with fluff as they were only wiped not cleaned. Duvet had human hair on and the whole room smelled awful from drainage issues. People flushed the toilet from upstairs and we could smell their water. Host said they would return the cleaning fee and they never did. When we asked for a new duvet they said it was there only for storage reasons even though there were only two shelves for two peoples worth of luggage and one of them was taken up by the duvet that was also dirty. Did not enjoy sleeping next to a used duvet and also only have a sheet to sleep on. I addressed all these issues with the staff and they did absolutely nothing about it except send someone to bring a duvet case and then proceeded to tell me that this duvet is there only for storage. I complained about the smell, sent pictures of the dirty glasses, one lamp wasn’t working also and none of my complaints were addressed and I was also lied to about the cleaning fee refund. When I chased it up the staff member ghosted me. I never leave negative reviews but I feel like people should be warned.

The building needs a refurb and the open access to the building (front door left open during the day) reduced the feeling of safety. There was a bad smell too.

• Ozgealtintug (9/5): Superb - It was good house, good location and house was clean. We just wanted extra toilet paper, they said they could provide but they didn't. So we needed to buy it. Also cleaning service was kinda annoying, they just open the door with keys while we sleeping and when they see us they just say "Sorry" and tomorrow exactly same thing happens again and again. They should provide some door tickets like "Please clean my room" and "Do not disturb" so no one would not be disturbed while they are sleeping. Also, is there a garantee that if something lost in the room DropeBnB can cover our loss?

• Barbara (8/5): Very good - Location, straight next to Syntagma Square. The collection of the keys was easy. I also managed to have all the plugs to charge my phone, my watch, and the Kobo, so well done. Unfortunately, there were some hairs on the lamps above the bed, this can be checked easily, I believe. Also, one of the lights was not turning on, which is a shame. I hope that this will be fixed.

Also check in and Check out is really convenient and is easy to communicate with the Host. I can only recommend this place. If you mind a bit noise maybe it is not your place since it is in the heart of the city.

• Chasethesuncaro (9/5): Location spot on - Location was fantastic - right in the centre near Syntagma with lots of cafes and shopping all within a 2 minute walk from the apartment. Getting an online handbook on how to access the apartment with photos was a great touch too. Made everything so easy! TV had Netflix so was great to wind down to at night. Very small (photos deceptive) - there was a chair that took up valuable space... Couldn't have your suitcases open. Also nowhere to hang both towels either - an extra hook would be great!

The host was quite rude when I called before going to the property as I asked for the address as this wasn' sent in their instructions. The wifi connection was terrible - It didn't work most of the time. The flat was EXTREMELY DIRTY. There were hairs everywhere - the bathroom, the bed, the coffee cups. I took several pictures of the problems.

The building and room was clean and tide. We didn’t like that there was not cable TV available so we couldn’t watch any local channels. Only Netflix available.
