• Tamar (9/5): An apartment in an excellent location with very comfortable beds. - The apartment's location was excellent—situated in a vibrant and pleasant neighborhood on a small street with plenty of shops, pharmacies, a small grocery store, and a 7-Eleven nearby. It's just a short walk of about 6 minutes from the main train station, with tons of restaurants around, and only one stop away from central Shinjuku. The location was simply unbeatable.The mattresses in the apartment were the most comfortable ones I’ve had in Japan. The space is divided into three very small rooms, but we actually liked having our own space instead of all being crowded together. There is a small kitchen and a little sofa in the common area. Everything is very small, but for Tokyo standards, it’s an excellent solution. The apartment was relatively small; we were three adults, and the main area around the sofa was very crowded, so someone always had to sit on a chair. However, we didn't spend many hours in the apartment, and the location was an absolute winner for us.

• Dhilum (10/5): You can’t get better than this in central Tokyo - location, comfort, space, facilities, easy to locate. An amazing place - The location is amazing. A very short walk from shin-okubo station on the JR Yamanote line. Amazing food on the street and adjoining. Super comfortable beds, and so great to have 2 bathrooms for our family of 5. It was a perfect place for us to discover Tokyo. Superb communication from our host too

Very close to shin okubo station which was so convenient and also a 7 eleven a couple of minutes away. Host was great and very communicative throughout and helped us with our needs when required. • Amit (8/5): Spacious and comfortable for a family of 4 adults. great location - it was spacious for a family of 4 and location was excellent the building was a bit run down, but inside the apartment was very good.

• Miao (9/5): Perfect for the family / group! - Well located - close to JY line. As the other travelers mentioned, you can hear the noise of the train. But it is not a problem for me. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, it is good for group travelers The curtains in the bedrooms do not block the light. Suggest to add Blackout curtains in the bedrooms.
• Ulysses (10/5): Masaki was an excellent host. Accommodated our every request, and went above and beyond to ensure an excellent first tr - The property was very close to Shin Okubo station. There were 2 Konbinis very close, and was within walking distance to Kabuki-cho There wasn’t any negative to my stay at the Shinjuku Sunny Mansion. Everything was clean, organized, the beds were comfortable and every need was met

We didn't know what we were looking for but luckily, we found it Nothing

• Geok (8/5): Family Vacation - It is one of the most conveniently located apartments in which we have stayed in Tokyo. It is located very near the subway station and there are a lot of eateries and convenient stores nearby. The apartment is big and spacious and fits comfortably with our group of 5 adults + 5 luggage. Will definitely recommend this apartment to my friends You can hear the train very early in the morning, which may be an issue if you are a light sleeper.

The places was sooo clean and had everything we needed. Beds werent comfortable to sleep in. Towels and linens smelled weird...could use fabric softener and freshener.
• Julia (8/5): A well located place for up to 4 people to share. - The location was excellent. Nice and close to a couple of train stations, as well as loads of great places to eat, but with a nice residential vibe. It was also really great to have a washing machine and effective drying facilities. There has obviously previously been smoking in the property. Unfortunately the strategy used to address this is to scatter several of those very unpleasant deodorisers around the place.
