• Virginia (7/5): - Staff molto reattivo e disponibile. Ho avuto un problema con il router wi-fi che ad un certo punto ha smesso di funzionare e in giornata me ne hanno fatto avere uno nuovo. Posizione comoda, a pochi minuti a piedi da linea JR e da metropolitana, 40 minuti a piedi circa da Shinjuku. L’edificio ha l’ascensore. L’arredamento sembra nuovo ed è ben tenuto. Ho trovato uno degli utensili da cucina sporco. L’isolamento acustico sarebbe da migliorare: si sentono molto sia i rumori dalla strada (ero al piano 3) sia i rumori dagli altri appartamenti, in particolare da quello sopra. Per soggiorni di media durata (io sono stata due settimane) sarebbero utili alcuni essenziali (sale, olio, zucchero, ecc), magari un tostapane e delle tovagliette da usare per mangiare.

• Kerry (9/5): Comfortable and well located in Tokyo. - The room had sufficient space although there was limited space around the bed. The kitchen was basically but adequately supplied with utensils. We were comfortable and found it to be well located for using the trains. Overall a comfortable and well furnished place to stay in Tokyo. The area around it was quiet and residential although there were restaurants and bars within an easy walk. The cutlery was a bit hit and miss. One fork, three spoons and knives. A small criticism.

• Andrew (9/5): - Nice size for Tokyo and quiet Street off any main Road. Train station is 8 very close and try Nakano City Broadway which is one stop away.
• Heather (8/5): Lovely bright apartment in a quiet neighbourhood. - Lovely bright property and a good location near train station, restaurants, supermarket. The road the apartment is on is not busy and there are some lovely streets to walk round with a very residential feel. I feel the apartment would benefit from bedside lighting and a floor lamp in the sitting area.

• Takushi (3/5): - なし フロント無人であることを詳しく書くべき。メールで鍵の開け方を送ってきていたが、メールのどこにキーが書いてあるのかもっと詳しく記載するべき。不親切極まりなかった。真夏の暑い中、出入り口で30分くらい悩んだ。また、緊急連絡先の電話番号も無いのはいかがなものか。最低でも電話での問い合わせはできる様にしておくべきだろう。

• Elizabeth (10/5): Exceptional - Good size for a couple with space for both of us to sit, relax, eat. Good location with bars and stores on the street.
• Arman (9/5): Would come again - Location was excellent 2 stops from Shinjuku, was a short walk from the train station 3-4 minutes. The location was in a quiet area which is nice to come to after being in super busy areas like Shinjuku and shibuya all day. The room was ‘ big’ for Tokyo standards. I have been to Tokyo 4 times and this one was the biggest I have had. Suitable for 2 people with 2 large travel cases and 2 small ones. Washing machine wasn’t the best and also had no cooking supplies such as Oil and salt, pepper so you would have to go buy these if you’d like to cook.

• Maria (10/5): Perfect stay near shinjuku - Nice and spacious room, clean and had a washing machine and every other basic thing you need. Just note this is unmanned so you may not get immediate replies. However, check in was very easy. There's also a lift in the building. Quick walk from the station but you will need to carry your suitcase up and down the station steps. There's a few restaurants in either side of the station if you're looking for dining options, but definitely more on the other side. Nothing
• David (5/5): It is a great location - but may not be for everyone who enjoyes quiet and lots of cooking. - The location was great - easy access to three different train lines, a post office, three grocery stores, a sento (public bath), and a bunch of interesting restaurants. The unit had laundry and a small kitchen and was the minimum needed for our three weeks stay. Questions to the hosts were answered quickly and there was good communication. Locating the unit and getting inside was easy. The unit could have been a little cleaner especially in the bath area. The kitchen had no staples so everything to cook a meal must be purchased outside. There was a pot and a pan but both could not be used simultaneously on the burners since they didn't fit. There were no large plates or bowls which made bigger meals difficult to plan and serve. We had to ask for refills for certain cleaning products since they don't keep extra inside the unit. The street noise is loud and for sensitive sleepers it, and the bright sunlight in the morning may be disturbing. The chef in the first floor restaurant smokes outside in the evenings and the smoke can get into the unit when the ventilation system is on.

• Heather (8/5): Comfortable clean apartment and enjoyed the quiet residential location. - It was a quiet location in evening, daytime building work across from apartment however this was not a problem. Nice area to walk round quite residential streets and a few local restaurants well priced. Also a small convince store.
• Yoyo (9/5): Superb - Good location, spacious, all amenities provided. The bed was very soft , but was not a big issue since the mattress was thin, and you could feel the bed board, making it feel hard.
• Mark (8/5): Overall, very pleasant. Good restaurants in the neighborhood along with a centralized train station. - Comfortable accomodations in a very good neighborhood. Very convenient train station close to transfer stations. The bed was a bit hard and there was cold air that kept blowing into the unit.
