In practice two separate bedrooms/sleeping areas (with sliding doors in between, no sound proofing). Great facilities. Clean and modern, and still very Japanese with the tatami room. Large shower room (no bathtub). Quite hard beds. Fairly noisy with train tracks close by with frequent traffic all day, even though soundproofing is decent.

• RITSUKO (7/5): - 油や最低限の調味料や食器など全て揃っていて、選択の洗剤もきちんとしたものでした。 TVを見るには、プロジェクターによる技が少し必要。プロジェクターは、音大きめの掃除機がずっと使用中のような機械音。外の音や室内のトイレ等の音が聞にならない。シャワーの使い方にも配慮が必要。床との高低差がなく面倒なところがある。

We booked expecting to get the larger room (45m2), but apparently we were allotted the smaller room. Apparently the room size details were hidden while booking. Hope that the room size is made clear

• Bonnett (7/5): Nice Host - adequate space. - The room was not too far away from a metro station. The unit we got did not look like the picture. There was no couch or open living room space. There weren't any tv's in the bedrooms. There was a projector in the kitchen, but no good place to sit as a group. The beds were comfortable but the futons were marginal. The place felt small for five people. It would be fine for a smaller group.

• Rachel (8/5): Good stay for our family of 6. Would have liked a dining table but we managed ok - Clean, comfortable stay with traditional tatami mats. Toilet, shower, and sink were all separate so made it a little easier trying to manage all of us staying there. No table to sit and eat.

• Sanae (10/5): 清潔で快適でした。 - 手が滑ってシャンプーのボトルを落として壊してしまいましたが、すぐに新しいものを用意してしてくれて助かりました。駐車場のことなど何度も電話で問い合わせしましたが、その都度親切に教えてくれて嬉しかったです。 わたしの勘違いで駐車場がついていると思っていたらコインパーキングでした。遅くなると満車になってしまい、離れたところまで行く必要があったのでそこが少し不便でした。
• Anna (6/5): Less comfortable than expected - Clean and compact apartment which was well equipped. I felt a little misled by the images on the site. For starters, the description said that my booking included one full bed... this was infact a small single sleeper sofa bed, which was very hard. I'm pregnant, so it was not comfortable. We were given the apartment on the ground floor, and despite the heating, it was the coldest place we stayed on our trip owing to the cold coming through the floor. My husband pulled his back before we got there and complained about the cold coming through the tatami mat bed, which meant our stay was not comfortable. We also had to turn up the heat to compensate for the cold which meant our skin felt very dry. We wouldn't stay here again.
• Poling (6/5): - The location was superb albeit next to subway track. Good soundproofing cause noise from subway wasn't too loud. Bearable unless you're a light sleeper. Limited amenities. No dryer but there's a full self laundry downstairs.

• levente (10/5): - Abszolút tiszta és kényelmes szállás, maximálisan segítőkész tulajdonossal. A szállás még európai szemmel is megfelelően tágas az egyébként Japánra jellemző nagyon pici szállásokhoz viszonyítva. A bejelentkezésünk napján már 12 órakor el tudtuk foglalni a szobát, ami nagy segítség volt a sok csomagunk és a rövid itt tartózkodásunk miatt, nagyon sok hasznos időt nyertünk ezzel. Az elhelyezkedése számunkra tökéletes volt, a metróállomás 7-8 perc sétára volt, ahonnan a déli (Yokohama, Kawasaki) és északi (Shinjuku, Shibuja, Tokio center, ...) irányban lévő tokiói részeket is viszonylag rövid utazással elértük. Haneda airport nagyon közel van, ami nagyon előnyös mind az utazási költséget, mind az erre fordított időt tekintve. A kijelentkezésünk napján ott tudtuk hagyni a csomagjainkat az apartmannál a délutáni indulásunkig, ami szintén nagy segitség volt. A szoba elfoglalásához szükséges kulcs felvételének leírása pontos és érthető volt. Nincs digitális bejelentkezési procedúra mint altalában a szállodakban 😊. Mi abszolút azt a színvonalat kaptuk a szállástól, amire a fotók és a leírások alapján számítottunk. Mi szeretjük sokszor nyitva tartani az ablakokat, de a nagyon közeli metró vonal miatt itt ez zavaró lehet a beszűrődő zaj miatt. A szoba klimatizálása hibátlanul működött, szóval akinek nincs igénye a nyitott ablakokra, annak ez a kis probléma nem fog gondot jelenteni.
• 阿部 (8/5): 羽田空港、都心、横浜方面　どこでもアクセス良い - 駅が近く、近隣にスーパー複数、飲食店も有り便利でした。 舞浜、幕張方面へは羽田空港連絡バスを利用すると快適に移動ができました。 リビングがファミリーで過ごすには手狭でした。大人2人と小学生2人。

• Abdullah (10/5): if i got a chance to visit tokyo again i will book this place again. - The scenery is remarkable since we've got the top floor. Got nearby convenience store and laundry bar at ground floor. And May Chen the girl that i talked with is very responsive and really help us with our luggage issues. Its my first time in Japan but she made my days on tokyo very smooth without less much hustle. probably the non existent of reception desk. is quite hard if you wanted to transport your luggage from another city because no one would recieve your luggages. but May Chen solved the problem by receiving our luggage on our behalf. so the issues still can be solved.

• Andrew (9/5): A gem of a location outside of Tokyo, and quick to get to it or Haneda airport. - The proximity to the Keikyu line (KK) was fantastic. The Kamata station is also a hub station that connects to Haneda Airport trains (2.5 mi away), and all Express and Limited trains stop at Kamata. There's a Don Quixote there, too. We had access to a 7-Eleven even closer and a grocery store within a short walk. The space had many windows. I could hear the KK line trains, but it wasn't an issue. I didn't hear any noise above or below us—we stayed on the 6th floor. The rooftop view offered a nice panorama of the neighborhood. While there is a small washing machine in the bathroom space, there is a full-sized laundry and dryer on the first floor. The surprising bonus was the ample number of umbrellas available, and we used them—it rained for most of our visit. I felt very safe here, and the Ota City police station is just a couple of buildings away (a post office too). The owners were very responsive in communications, and their instructions were self-explanatory. I felt I could trust them. I would stay here again with no hesitaitons. I would have liked to have some sheets for bedding and some curtains to darken the space for sleeping. There was a lot of light at night, and I prefer to sleep in darkened spaces.

• Madoka (8/5): - 食器や調理器具はひと通りそろっていました。部屋はシャワールーム、トイレを含めて清潔でした。駐車場はコインパーキングですが、ビルの目の前で予約なしで止められました。京急蒲田駅から近いです。 線路が近いので電車の音は少し気になります。布団がちょっと湿気ていた。お店はJR蒲田駅方面のほうが多く、少し距離がありました。

• SHU CHEN 淑貞 (7/5): 尚可 - 附近有超市 位置離地鐵不遠 可以簡單煮、有電梯。 無室內拖、冷氣會自動關起 、外面聽的到捷運在跑的聲音、另一間房間沒窗戶。
• Jane (9/5): It worked well for us after we found it. The location was very handy as it’s close to transit and grocery. - It was very clean, air conditioned, and quiet. So nice to have kitchen and laundry. Loved the shampoo and conditioner. It was very difficult to find in the dark from Kamada station. We had to ask strangers for help after searching for an hour. Then we had to figure out how to find our room and the key.
• Masami (9/5): Excellent security and privacy. Prompt communication Support from Gamadas Team - Instruction and house rules are well prepared and very easy to follow. Also, communication with team was excellent too. Received always prompt reply and reminders we received for check in and check out were very helpful. Gamadas allowed us to check in a bit early and appreciated their flexibility. One of main reasons to chose this place was parking availability. Although they don't have own parking, there are very economical parking just in front of facility. Since we stayed 4 nights, those parking worked perfect for us. Location was very good and convenient area. Easy to access stations and main roads. Due to that, sound of train and car traffic are relatively big. Doubled windows help to minimize those noise though.
• MITSUNOBU (10/5): - 駅からのアクセスが近くて、立地が良かったです。早めのチェックインの要望にも快く承諾してくれました。備え付けのマットレスも厚みのあるマットレスで、快適に眠れました。 洗濯機も完備されてて、装備品も充実してました。 とても良かったです。 また、機会あれば泊まらせていただきます。 特になし
• Victoria (10/5): Très bonne expérience - Petit mais fonctionnel et confortable. Bien placé, à l’extérieur de Tokyo pour apprécier la vie japonaise un peu plus calme. Propriétaire attentive et sympathique. Le logement est accessible et plutôt pratique en fauteuil roulant. Je recommande ce logement.

• Kimberley (8/5): Great location, good amenities, comfortable stay. - The location was wonderful with a lot of amenities close by including a major train stop, easy access to Kawasaki which is where we needed to go almost daily. The property had everything we needed. Definitely cozy for four adults but you cannot beat the location and affordability of the place.

• keiko (9/5): 家族団欒の為の宿泊 - ２台のエアコンの効き具合が速く、心地よく過ごせました。 就寝前にシャワーを利用する際、ゴキブリが出没し家族に退治してもらいました。また、直接宿泊とは無関係ですが、いつも利用している駐車場が満車、及び利用禁止箇所もあり、今回は駐車場探しに苦労しました。一部使用禁止の貼り紙がついたカラーコーン前とその路上でスケートボードの練習？遊び？をしていた複数名の若者も危険であると思いました。

• Thi (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is big enough for 5 of us; the rooms are very clean with full equipment; you can cook easily with many markets around; or you can enjoy your meals at the restaurants nearby. Keykyu Kamata station is closed that very convenient to go anywhere. We will stay again next time.
