• christofi (10/5): - We had an amazing stay!! The apartment is absolutely gorgeous, tastefully furnished, and spacious, making it perfect for both short and long-term stays. It was sparkling clean upon arrival and maintained that cozy feel throughout our trip. Everything is within walking distance—local grocery stores, amazing restaurants, and essential amenities are right outside the door. The staff and hosts are wonderful, helpful, and very responsive
• Mary (9/5): Terrific location and walkable to any place you need to go. Would definitely stay again. - Evi was an exceptional host. She quickly responded to our requests. The apartment has a lot of room and was very comfortable for four friends traveling together. The only negative is the bathroom showers were somewhat small so water splashed out on to the floor.

Sıcak suya hemen ulaşamamak dışında hiçbir sıkıntı yok. Yan tarafta tadilat uyumayı sevenler için problem olabilir.
• Norbert (6/5): W porzadku - Apartament jest duzy przestronny. Zatrzymalismy sie w 6 osob i mielismy swobode. Dobra lokalizacja blisko do komunikacji miejskiej, restauracji, sklepow, atrakcji. Najwiekszym minusem mieszkania jet to ze nie wyglada jak na zdjeciach. W rzeczywistosci mieszkanie wyglada jak z PRL-u. Kuchnia przestarzala bardzo mala, zero blatu roboczego! Kuchenka jednopalnikowa!!! W dodatku tak brudna i tlusta ze aby z niej korzystac musielismy ja najpierw wyczyscic! Slabo wyposarzona (dwie łyrzeczki do herbaty!) patelnie nie do uzytku(zdarty teflon). Nieszczelne okna strasznie glosno w mieszkaniu i bardzo zimno. Prysznic w ,,glownej" lazience jest tak skonstruowany ze podczas korzystania z niego woda leje sie caly czas na podloge nie ma innej opcji. Wystarczy dodac zaslone. Piecyk w tej lazience nie dziala! Druga mniejsza lazienka posiada prysznic ale z niego tez korzystac sie nie da! Sluchawka jest popsuta i ma duzy przeciek wiec cisnienie wody jest mizerne... Jeden pokoj nie ma w ogole okien.

• Amit (5/5): המיקום מעולה, אבל איכות הדירה לא גבוהה בכלל - את המיקום, קרוב למרכז העיר הכניסה לבניין מאוד מסורבלת, הגענו מספר חברים לדירה המשותפת והיה רק מפתח אחד לדירה ומפתח אחד לכניסה של הבניין. זה היה לא פרקטי ולא נוח בכלל. המקלחות לא עבדו כמו שצריך, הזרם של המים היה חלש מאוד ולא נוח בכלל. הסדינים והשמיכות הריחו לא ממש טוב ונקי. בבוקר היה רעש ממש חזק מהכביש של רכבים ואנשים.

Falls jemand viel Kochen möchte, dann stehen nur 2 Herdplatten zur Verfügung - aber wahrscheinlich geht man jeden Abend sowieso aus....

Každý dotaz byl vždy okamžitě zodpovězen, spokojenost - lokalita naprosto skvělá, přímo v centru uprostřed noci se v jednom z pokojů bez příčiny spustil požární hlásič a do rána po minutě pípal. Když jsem kontaktovala ubytovatelku, hned reagovala, ale v noci jsem ji nechtěla budit.

• Joon (6/5): Great location, facilities need to be improved. - Instructions to get into the building were clear (but it may be helpful labeling the lockbox somehow or marking it) The location was wonderful and truly walking distance to the major activities of the city! The host was very accommodating and great communication. The smaller bathroom had a very bad odor before we even used it. So we ended up only using the larger bathroom which was really inconvenient. The wifi also was very weak and we had to use our own Hotspot.

• James (10/5): Great location. Perfect for exploring Plaka and the Acropolis. - Location was amazing. It was a very lively area, easily walkable to to the Acropolis. The bedrooms were spacious and fit our party of 8 perfectly. Would stay here again! Nothing did not meet our expectations.
• Daria (10/5): Fantastic apartment in the heart of Athens - The apartment is located in the centre of Athens, just a few minutes away from the main square Syntagma. The apartment is extremely spacious, nicely decorated with very comfortable beds. It has 2 balconies, one with a very nice view to the main street from which you can enjoy nice sunsets. The host was extremely helpful, let us check out later and store our luggage in the apartment until we had our flight. There are 2 bathrooms fully equipped with toilet and shower. We absolutely loved our short stay there and would definitely book it again.

The location of the apartment is perfect, close to the Acropolis. The staff helped us arranged transfers for our family of 7 from the airport to the apartment and also transfer from the apartment to the cruise port. The staff were most helpful! Thank you.

• Jan (8/5): Nice apartment in center, perfect location for sightseeing trip. - Well equipped apartment in excellent location - all main sightseeing places in walking distance. Spacious living room and dining room. Management cared about details - eg. coffee, tea, washing powder, board games,... all was available. There are many restaurants around with excellent choice of food. The apartment description claims soundproofing. This was not the case. There are standard (thin) windows, so there was some noise from the street and in the smallest bedroom (with separate beds) there was noise from airconditioning units placed on outside walls and even worse when somebody used the elevator. Perhaps this is something normal in the location, but my expectation for soundproofed apartment is different. It should be also noted that the second bathroom is very small in all possible means, so it cannot be treated as equal to the main one. Regarding the building, there is an elevator, but to get there, you need to walk approx. 20 steep stairs. It was not a problem for us, but esp. for disabled people expecting lift from the street level this might be an issue. There were also some other issues, but these were communicated to property management and mostly solved during our stay. Responsiveness of management was much better than our experience from other trips.

The guys were always reachable and timely responsive. I would definetelly go there again on my next visit to Athens A better information on "hot water" would be perfect for the guest. However, it was not a big deal for us.

It's located in the city centre, it's perfect for any tourists. The beds were veeeery comfortable. And the contact with the owners was on top. I can't recommend it enough.

A very spacious apartment with lots of room for our family of 5. Hosts were wonderful checking in and answering questions we had. Wifi was pretty average and regularly dropped out. Be prepared for some street noise from traffic and restaurants nearby. Towels could have been nicer.

The inside was equipped with everything we needed, from toiletries, Detergent, kitchen supplies etc. The host was quick to respond and helped us with any inquiries and issues. Very difficult to find the property. Received the details one day before our stay, which didn't give us enough time to read through and know what to expect. The apartment is on the 4th floor and you'll need a sharp object to call the elevator up, since the buttons are missing/ broken.

Extremely small lift and come stairs to get to lift so a little hard with all our luggage. Small Showers. A couple of small hairs found in kitchen sink and bathroom when we arrived.
