• GiusL (10/5): - Really nice modern apartment in an excellent location close to the Acropolis. The apartment is very new and fully equiped. It is large and the kitchen area is very beautiful. Minor issue: the mechanism to open the door was not obvious and we had some minor difficulties opening it up, but it was quickly solved by the owner.

• Elias (5/5): - Die Unterkunft hat eine gute Lage, man kann viele Highlights direkt zu Fuß erreichen. Das Bett und die Couch sind sehr bequem. Leider hat das warme Wasser nicht funktioniert. Der Boiler des Apartments ist in keinem guten Zustand und muss repariert werden, er ist undicht und verliert Wasser in der Küche. Ohne warmes Wasser ist diese Wohnung nicht bewohnbar. Die Austattung in der Küche ist teilweise ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen und könnte mal ersetzt werden. Die Schränke schließen nicht richtig. Wenig Stauraum für Klamotten.
• Arnold Jensema (4/5): No hot water, unfit for staying. - The location is great if you don't mind climbing steps When we came the apartment was not cleaned yet. We had to wait several hours. Worse, after two days the hot water broke down flooding the floor and leaving us without hot water to shower. The host didn't seem interested in fixing the problem. This apartment is NOT fit for rental. Probably last time I used Booking for apartment rental.

• Michael (9/5): We liked it very much! - Great location, worked well for two adults and two kids, nice supermarket just 4 minutes straight up the hill. Didn’t know I would have to climb 4 mid-sized flights of stairs with our 50lb suitcases. Next time I’ll enter from the east where I’d only have to come down (instead of “up”) two flights of stairs.

• Paulina (8/5): Great but quiet location for very reasonable price. - Great location! Near the Acropolis Hill and in a walking distance to all must-visit places in Athens. The apartment is placed in the little passage between biuldings, with no car traffic and many plants so it is a lovely place and suprisingly quite for the center of Athens. The apartment is perfect for 2 people; there were 4 of us (a family 2+2) and I think there was too little storage room for all of us. But generally speaking, it is a very good place to stay. Many grocery stores and coffee places and bars and restaurats quite close, too; but also quiet at the same time. Nice host, helped us when there was a hot water proble, reacted immediately! And the mattress in the bedroom is fantastic. Too little storage place (to put clothing, cosmetics, travel bags, jackets etc.). Tiny bathroom, with no air circulation.
• Shengtao (8/5): Good location but be well prepared if you’re a light sleeper. - Good location with walkable distance to main attractions! Very close to Metro line 2, which is very easy to take from or to the airport. Also the street that have a lot of rent a car companies is nearby so it’s very convenient to us to rent a car going outside of Athens. Super market is close by. The staff were very helpful! The apartment is next to a main road, we heard a lot of noises made by motorbikes and ambulances. And there is a church few meters away that rings the bells in early morning. It was a bit difficult to me to get into sleep. The amenity in bathroom is very poor, so best to bring your whole set of shampoo, shower gel, etc. The room is generally very clean, but we saw some ants (the kind of ants with wings) on the wall.

• Emmanuel (10/5): Excellent, well appointed, spacious well located in Central Athens - Excellent spacious well appointed apartment. The bed was super comfortable, the air conditioners were perfect. The kitchen was well appointed , it had the basics like salt pepper oil, but didn’t need them. The key code entry was really easy. The place is in an excellent location, near the Sygrou Fix train station and tram stop. So great access to transport. Ioannis also helped out with the taxi at 5 am, he was really good. The shower facilities were great, the water pressure excellent. Very luxurious property. You won’t be disappointed. Will stay again Prefer, percolated coffee to filtered but it’s just a comment of preference, appreciated the fact there was coffee provided.

• Claudio (9/5): It was a perfect choice to visit Athens and move around - The apartment was clean, spacious and with evertything available, including the washing machine. It is close to the metro station (less than 10 minutes by feet) and also to the Acropoli. The owner gave us all the guidelines to enter and use the apartment. We understood that the apartment had 2 bedrooms but this is not the case as there is a bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. But - at the end - this was not a big problem

• M_hod (9/5): Quite apartment in good location in Athens with free street parking near by - The apartment is very good. Located in good proximity to all Athens points of interest but quite. Also, if you have a car and need to find a parking - you have a good chance to find free street parking in the area. So this is a bonus. It is expensive and challenging to find parking new Acropolis area. Communications with the owner and responsiveness can be improved. We did not receive any instructions for the check-in and I had to call the owner to remind him to send us entry code for the self check in. However, later when had another enquiry, the owner returned my call and provided required information.

• Christopher (8/5): Very nice apartment. Recommended. - The apartment is amazing. Cute, comfortable for 2 adults and 2 kids, no more. Clean, good facilities, renovated bathroom, good location. We enjoyed it a lot! Nothing to do with the property but beware you need to climb like 30 steps before you reach the door. Is not a problem for us but it's important that this is stated in the description of the property in case there is a guest with mobility challenges.

• Anonymous (8/5): Great value for money and a really enjoyable stay - The apartment was very clean, modern and spacious. AC was VERY effective and beds were very comfortable. Shower pressure was very good as well. Wi-Fi speed was great (around 60 mbps) and the location was very close to the Acropolis. The temperature of water in the shower noticeably flicks from hot to cold sometimes. The AC in the bedroom can be a little bit noisy. Would be nice to have a mirror in the main area (as the lighting is better there for seeing makeup etc). Maybe not suitable for older guests as there are a few steps to get to the apartment.

• Tijs (9/5): Superb - Modern, well equipped, quiet street very close to city center (Acropolis and all it's restaurants and bars 5-10 minutes walk but none of it's noise at night). Good kitchen, Netflix ;) , great bed. Lock with code works well. A lot of places to plug in your devices. Very good quality for price. Short steep stairs to get to it (ok for us in our 30's, maybe not for people in their 60's). Microwave would be handy, but the standard oven was ok. Capsule coffee would be handy, but the filter machine was ok :) Hot water can change temperature from time to time. But these are details, it was a great apartment.

• Kelly (10/5): Excellent value central Athens stay - perfect for sightseeing - You can't get more central for sightseeing around Athens - it was only a 15 minute walk to the Acropolis and most other sights were within walking distance too. There is a supermarket a minute up the road. The apartment was clean, well designed and included everything we needed (even some toiletries). The WiFi was fast and reliable. We weren't able to control the heating settings directly - however the host changed the temperature for me when I asked.

• Page16boy (9/5): Lovely Short Stay - Location is excellent, apartment itself was clean, great size for a couple and perfect for our stay. Communication from host was excellent with prompt response with all the details needed for a smooth check-in. This was a new area for me in Athens but it was great with local cafe/bakery around the corner. Not a negative point: but for future travelers, if you or your travel party require or has mobility needs, this apartment requires you to climb up and down stairs and may not be suitable for those.
