Σε γενικές γραμμές ήταν απίστευτα όμορφη και τίμια επιλογή για διαμονή στο κέντρο. Η διακόσμηση του σπιτιού ήταν ρομαντική και προσεγμένη!!! Το μόνο πρόβλημα ήταν το σήμα του wifi!! Λόγο προβλήματός του δικτύου την συγκεκριμένη χρονική στιγμή!!!

• Angela (8/5): - Plenty of space, comfortable bed, good facilities. Good quiet location. Apartment dark in living room and kitchen as in a basement only natural light from bedrooms. Lots of mosqitoes even though kept doors closed and used mosqitoe plug ins.

• Serena (7/5): Appartamento centrale e comodo! - Appartamento molto carino, appena ristrutturato, moderno. A disposizione una lavatrice, ferro da stiro, phon, lenzuola e asciugamani compresi nel prezzo (per chi viaggia in aereo e con un bagaglio piccolo è un vantaggio!). Posizione molto comoda per visitare la città di Atene a piedi. Posizione tranquilla e sicura essendo vicina alla residenza del Primo Ministro e a diverse Ambasciate. Appartamento un po' buio nella zona cucina/sala e bagno essendo nel seminterrato di una palazzina. Porta-finestra solo nelle due camere.

• Anthony (7/5): Good - position, large comfortable unit broken toilet seat, the fridge was not clean, for the first 36 hrs the wifi did not work and I had to buy data and go out at midnight to work at a coffee shop to do my work, the advertise a great court-yard but it was badly maintained and looked very untidy

• Rosa (4/5): Good location but facilities need updating. - The location is really the best thing about this property. It's ideally situated, close to everything central and near all the great spots in Kolonaki. The flat hadn't been cleaned when we arrived, and there was a major leak in the piping under the kitchen sink that we had to deal with. We had to liaise with the person managing the apartment, who was generally responsive, but we had to amend our plans multiple times to accommodate people to come in to the flat to either clean or fix these problems, and in the latter case they didn't show up when they said they would. The wifi was also terrible (streaming not a possibility) but luckily we were out a lot so this wasn't as crucial.
• Natasha (10/5): I loved this place, it was everything I needed. - The apartment was charming and clean. Very well equipped, it had everything we needed. WIFI was very good. It has a very cozy outdoor space. Its location is great, walking distance from major attractions and public transportation.

The listing should be reviewed, as outside facilities including the entr - Location was good, beds and rooms were clean, but bathroom shower was unacceptable with mould in the shower and on the shower wall. Outside facilities were dirty with laundry left unattended. No internet or wifi coverage. The place is a damp and dark basement. Kitchen and living room do not have windows. Bathroom shower is unacceptable with mould stains. (I was told that I am the first person to complain about this). There is no internet service, wifi does not work, and proposed coverage of mobile data cost by owner did not help, as there is no service. The situation of outside facilities is dirty with laundry unattended ( here I was told that they were unaware of this being a nuisance to guests).

No internet as it is a basement although we were informed that there is an internet facility. No airway as you can’t open the windows for the fear of mosquitos to enter the home

Also, only one set of keys allowed, we had our own things to do, and difficult for us to coordinate going out and coming back together every time.

• Claire (7/5): Well located, quiet, good apartment for a family - Very well located (close to Syntagma squiare), central but very quiet with double glazing and window shutters. Kitchen was basic but functional with oven, cooktop and large fridge / freezer. Bathroom was small but functional, good water pressure in the shower and shower had a door so doesn't spray water all over the bathroom floor. Good air con. We didn't need heating, but radiators appeared sufficient to heat the space well. This two bedroom apartment slept 4 comfortably but there was not enough hot water for 3 x 5 minute showers in a row. Beds were harder than we like, though this is a personal preference. Disappointingly, the Wifi wasn't working and because it's on the ground floor in a concrete building phone signal was poor so couldn't even operate on mobile data. Very difficult to make arrangements for tours and transfers etc.

Minor maintenance and housekeeping related issues were quickly sorted out. It’s semi basement. Rear courtyard shared by others, might give sense of insecurity and lack of privacy.

• Xiaodong (10/5): Very pleased and happy in all - The museum of Ancient Greek technology is literally just around the corner. Beds are comfortable. Very cost apartment. Washing machine and a laundry drying rack in the back yard, super convenient! The only critic is there was not enough shower gel.

• Eamonn (7/5): A great little place which was slightly spoiled by issues with the cleaners. - Great little apartment in a great location I was notified by the host just before I went to the accommodation that there was a problem with the cleaners getting there before. I waited until this was sorted but when I got there they had stuffed all the previous guest dirty bedsheets and towels in our wardrobe, dirty washing in the washing machine and the toilet was not cleaned properly.
• Wolf (8/5): Very good - The Appartement is very well equipped with anything you need for a short stay and located in downtown: excellent to visit Athen It is located in the basement of a building. You hardly get daylight and cannot see the sun. A long stay would not be for me.

• Iakovos (9/5): Great location and a value for money way to stay at Kolonaki area. - Excellent location just a couple of minutes from kolonaki square with lots of bars and restaurants and 5 minutes walking at Syntagma Metro station. The apartment was comfortable enough to accommodate 4 persons with 2 separated rooms.It was clean with sufficient heating (especially on those cold winter nights) and nice shower with warm water. For sure i will take it into serious account to revisit again in the future

• Daina (10/5): Yes, we enjoyed it! - We were looking for an apartment for our late arrival after midnight. So, it was very convenient to pick up the keys from a lockbox. Also, the apartment is within 10-15 minutes of foot from Syntagma square were the night buses from airport arrive. The apartment is renovated, fully equipped and comfortable. We found there everything we needed. There are two bedrooms , both facing inner yard - so, completely silent at night, with comfortable beds and new silent air conditioners. Since both windows face the courtyard where is no direct sun, it was not hot even with 38 degrees outside. And location - near to Syntagma, Plaka, Monastiraki and museums.
