• Gissela (6/5): - Posizione abbastanza vicini ai punti d'interesse:10/15 minuti a piedi per acropoli e qualche minuto in meno per Plaka. Palazzo abbandonato a se stesso, pavimento pulito ma, muri e porta dell'ascensore molto sporchi. L'appartamento è piccolo ma carino, quando basta per riposare. Prima di prenotare avevo letto le recensioni, dopo esserci stata vi dico che.stranamente il hosting no da le indicazione per accendere la leva dell'acqua calda (lo trovo primordiale) invece per prima cosa ti inoltra tramite whatsapp i punti d'interesse che oramai troviamo con i vari motori di ricerca. Non ti fanno trovare della carta igienica, acquistatela prima di arrivare, portate i vostri shampoo perché lì trovate qualche avanzo lasciato da qualcun altro. Pareti all'interno dell'appartamento sporche, bagno non pulito come di deve e il lavavo piccolo e scomodo. Secondo me il prezzo è troppo alto per questo appartamento.

• Marina Llorente (4/5): Decepcionante - La ubicación y el barrio era muy tranquilo. Hicimos la reserva para cinco personas y solo había sábanas, almohadas, manta y toallas para cuatro, escribimos al dueño y al tiempo nos dejó de contestar y no nos trajo nada para la quinta persona, que se tuvo que apañar de mala manera. El apartamento no estaba sucio pero tampoco excesivamente limpio, la ducha funcionaba regular y no tenía presión, la vajilla, cubertería etc era la justita y tampoco daba mucha confianza. No repetiria.

Ottimo prezzo Ottimo host La vista dal balcone bellissima Ci vorrebbe una migliore pulizia e qualche accessorio in piu in cucina per chi come noi si ferma tante notti( esempio qualche tazzina da caffè e una padella in piu)

• ΦΙΛΙΠΠΟΣ (10/5): Θα το ξανά επέλεγα χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη! - Πολύ καθαρό και άνετο δωμάτιο σε καλή και κεντρική περιοχή που με κάλυψε πλήρως για τον λόγο που το επέλεξα! Πολύ καλή επικοινωνία με τον οικοδεσπότη που επίσης μας κάλυψε σε ότι του ζητήσαμε! Θα το ξανά επέλεγα για διαμονή! Δεν έχω να κάνω κάποια παρατήρηση!

Ήμασταν 5 άτομα και μας είχαν αφήσει 3 πετσέτες μπάνιου και 2 προσώπου. Καλέσαμε τον υπεύθυνο, το είχε κλειστό και δεν μας κάλεσε ποτέ πίσω.

• Nicholas (7/5): Great location. Very spacious. - Spacious rooms. Fantastic location. The host was lovely and helpful. A lot of rules to abide by re noise. The kitchen wasn't well equipped. No shower gel, toilet paper or batteries in the a/c and tv remote.

• Allison (6/5): Pleasant - The apartment had plenty of space for out family of 4, nice to have a washer and looked recently renovated. Location was ok but a good 20 minute walk to most of the key parts of Athens. You need to be prepared to walk or get on the buses. After staying in 4 other apartments has we traveled around Athens and 2 of the islands I was disappointed at how hard it was to connect with the host. I had reached out a couple times prior to arrival asking about how we get in, eventually having to call them direct to only be sent to voicemail. While standing outside on the doorstep for 10 minutes we finally got ahold of the host, finding out we needed to have what's app. Also be aware of the strict noise rules. Upon arrival, we were told that we needed to keep strict quiet hours in the middle of the day and the evening at the risk of the neighbors calling the police to complain of noise. We luckily did not have trouble but were nervous to move around to much when in the space. They need to be upfront about the noise rules because having young kids in the space feels that it could be an issue.

• Vera (9/5): Superb - Beds: Two full beds, one sofa (doesn't open). Soft mattresses. Warm, clean blankets. We were a couple and a friend; it was perfect for us. Location: Good. We could walk everywhere. Quiet place. Heating: We were there at the end of April and didn't need the heating. Cleanliness: Perfect. I have no complains.

• Patrycja (9/5): Great experience, excellent location and easy and straightforward communication - This property is in an excellent location. Great cafes around and many bus stops in the area and all the prime sightseeing locations are reachable by a short (around 20 minutes) walk. Plenty of natural light and nicely decorated. Easy and quick communication with the owner. Hot water in the shower didn’t last long for us to shower one after another so we had to do two in the morning and two in the evening, but that’s nothing we couldn’t work with.

Property owner was kind enough to allow us to check-in a little bit earlier bcos earlier guests left early. A little bit difficult to find location. Cannot find Themis 12 in google map. Only can find Themis 9. I was careless enough to key in Themis 12 in Google map, not realizing it took me to Themis 9 which was too far away. Had to take a subway metro to come back. A piece of advice to travellers, Google for SAHA Gym which is nearby Themis 12.

U have to change the line from airport metro to neos cosmos in syntegma from thr 15 mins walk to d room. Purchase d 5 day metro pass (it works for all mode of transports,it's less than 9 euros).if possible go in off season all d tourist attractions r half priced.if ur going with children take thr university ID card concession will be given.Buy airport metro 2 ways u will get it for 16 euros(2way reduced price to airport) Ermou street for shopping.propetry is close to tramstation and bus stop around 5 mins walk.property is well connected. Property owner is very polite and nice person ,any help required he was a phone call away. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds,neat and clean.

• Alireza (8/5): Very good - the location is near to vehicles industrial shops. but it was too near to metropolis. you can walk so easily to historical locations. if you are traveling by your car, the parking will be so trouble. the streets are very narrow and there is nowhere to park. everywhere is full of cars.
• Viktor (7/5): It was ok but I’ll choose another place to stay next time. - Rather big apartment. Clean linen. Not noisy. It needs a significant update. Especially bathroom and kitchen. Too many rules because of neighbors. It is not as close to the downtown as it looks on the map.

• Catalina (10/5): Central and spacious - The apartment is about 10 minutes' walk from the main tourist attractions. It was clean and spacious. The apartment is a little old, but it is normal for the center of Athens.

The owner is very pleasant, communication was conducted via Whatsapp, we received detailed instructions on how to collect the keys to the apartment, etc. Proximity to Syntagma Square means a lot, many things can be visited on foot, also there is a good connection with other parts of the city, there are public transport stations nearby. We will definitely try to book this accommodation next time. Plus, 50m from the apartment there is a family restaurant "Ψητοπωλείο ΠΑΥΛΗΣ" that serves perhaps the best souvlaki I've ever eaten. Large portions, reasonable price, friendly staff. :)
• Anna (9/5): Great apartment in quite place - The apartment is located in the center, very safe, close to the metro. Acropolis is 15 min distance by walk, very close there is AB market. Host is amazing, provided info in details on the whole process of how to take keys, allowed to check in earlier and check out later as much as it was possible. There is a fridge, cooking facilities in the apartment!
