• Bagree (9/5): Super property for families but not for two couples. - The location, the host and the apartment was top notch. Amenities inside the apartment were also great. This apartment is for families and not for two couples. One bedroom is a loft bedroom with little privacy. This should be clearly mentioned so that guests are not misled into thinking it has two private bedrooms.

We were well taken care of with wonderful tips on places to eat and transportation arranged for us for everything, made it simple to go anywhere. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back! • Lenka (9/5): Great location, comfortable apartment, and lively city atmosphere — perfect for exploring Athens. - We had a wonderful stay at this 2-bedroom apartment. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable visit. The fully equipped kitchen, including a Nespresso machine, filter coffee maker, and milk frother, made our mornings especially pleasant. The location is excellent — just a few steps from Monastiraki metro station and within easy walking distance of all the historical monuments and attractions. Being right in the heart of downtown also means you can truly feel the atmosphere of the city, with lively music and traditional sirtaki sounds continuing late into the evening. The only downside was that the music from the nearby bars and restaurants continued until very late at night, and the sound could be strongly felt inside the building and the apartment.

It was spacious and comfortable and complete with a view of the Acropolis! Vasileios was the perfect host, providing any information we needed quickly and attentively. Lovely welcome gift of wine and complementary tea and coffee. The apartment has every thing a travelling family could possibly need. Coffee machine (coffee pods provided), washing machine, toaster, iron....everything! And right in the middle of the city with the shops at your door step. Highly recommend! (There is also a lift!) This was a fabulous apartment!!

• Brunn (10/5): Beautiful, Spacious Apartment in the Heart of Athens with Perfect Location and Excellent Host - We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment right in the heart of Athens. The location is perfect; everything is within walking distance, including the metro, which made exploring the city incredibly easy. The apartment itself is very spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. It was spotlessly clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. One bedroom was located upstairs and separated with a curtain, featuring its own private bathroom. In addition, there was a separate room downstairs with another bathroom, as well as an extra bathroom and a sofa bed in the living area, which made the layout very practical for a group. A washing machine was also available. The host was very accommodating and welcoming, making us feel at home from the beginning. He provided us with wonderful restaurant recommendations: the food was excellent. Due to the very central location, there is occasionally lively street music outside, which adds to the vibrant city atmosphere. The music stops normally around 11pm. We stayed for 5 days and truly enjoyed every moment in Athens. We would definitely choose this apartment again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

I would definitely come back and s - The apartment was excellent—very big, spacious, and in a perfect central location. Everything was clean and comfortable, making it ideal for our stay. The host was extremely friendly, always available, and very responsive to anything we needed. There was a small issue with one of the showers leaking, but it wasn’t a major problem and the host fixed it promptly.

• Lisa (10/5): A rare gem in a perfect location. - This is a gorgeous apartment. The view from the balcony of the Byzantine church beside the apartment was as lovely as a view of the Parthenon. Great bed, great shower, with grocery stores, coffee shops and bakeries around the corner. The washing machine also includes a tumble dryer. Nothing.

He also organized taxi for airport pick up/drop off and gave us suggestions for restaurants in the area. The apartment was spacious and clean. The location was perfect! The noise from a band playing at a nearby bar could be heard on one night.

The area is incredibly lively and vibrant, almost like living in a small-scale Times Square, yet it never felt overwhelming. Being right in the heart of the city made our stay especially memorable. What truly set this experience apart was the owner, Varsios. He was an outstanding host—warm, professional, responsive, and genuinely attentive. Communication was seamless from start to finish, and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. His flexibility and care made us feel completely at ease. Konum şehrin tam kalbinde olduğu için, gece yarısı sokaktaki gençlerin sesleri az da olsa geliyor. Biz hiç rahatsız olmadık gerçi.

Host was super helpful and generous. Being in the center of Athens also brings some noise from buskers until midnight but it didn’t really disturb us.

• David (9/5): - What an amazing location. Access is via a quite laneway into a beautiful building and views are overlooking a busy square. We were staying in Athens with family for a wedding and this apartment was perfect. We had so much space and we were right in the centre of all of the action. The rooms were beautifully decorated and the host was amazing. Nothing. We loved it and would highly recommend.

The location is phenomenal and centrally located to most attractions and restaurants (15 minute walk or less). There is also a small grocery store near the apartment if you need a few items. While it can be a bit noisy outside, the inside is well insulated and little sound comes through. The owner, Vasileios, was very nice and responsive. He even gave me a list of restaurants in the area and helped me arrange a cab to the airport. Check in and Check out were easy. Honestly, I have no complaints about the apartment.

From restaurant reservations, booking transfers, bringing baklavas, and sharing lots of excellent tips and recommendations. The apartment was beautiful, comfortable, clean and in a great location. Everything we wanted to see and do was in walking distance. And when we needed to rest, we sat on the balcony and soaked up the lively atmosphere below. Having a kitchen and washing machine is a bonus when traveling with kids.

We appreciated the elevator. Not being able to flush toilet paper in central Athens is just odd (coming from an American). The atmosphere outside is lively and can be loud late into the night.

Centraler kun je niet boeken, je kunt alles lopend bereiken. Goede koffie bij de onderburen! De bank in de woonkamer zou iets comfortabeler kunnen zijn, maar dat is een kleinigheid.

Vasileios the owner and host met us at the drop off and walked us and toured the apartment. He was informative and funny. He gave excellent recommendations and made reservations for us. Everyone knows him- truly a knowledgeable local. The apartment is in a perfect central location. It is luxurious with a perfect view of the acropolis. It has everything you need including a wander dryer. Wish we had more time to stay and enjoy his place. Will definitely stay here again our next time in Athens. Book it! You won’t regret it! Nothing

• Reena (9/5): Perfection - couldn't ask for a better place to stay in Athens - The location was perfect. We were 15 minutes from the Parthenon and so many cafes/restaurants and shops right outside our door. Our location could not have been more ideal for our family. Vasileios was so accomodating, helpful and easy to communicate with. He helped arrange transporation for us from the port an to the airport. The house itself was very spaceous and had all that we needed for our short stay. We all wished we could have stayed longer! Would have liked someone to come and give towels, take out trash and make beds during our stay. It may have not been offered during our time there because it was a holiday.

The support impeccable (One of the best hosts I have ever met), the assistance proactive and helpful. The rooms are clean, the atmosphere is perfect. The laundry is impeccable. Something to work on to improve, if I have to look for something, perhaps it is more maintenance. Curtains are very nice but I would have preferred them cleaner, as well as some details in the bathrooms. This had no implication on our stay. It was a successful holiday, also thanks to the help of the host.
