• Dimitrios (5/5): Μέτρια διαμονή - Καλή τοποθεσία. Θέα από μπαλκόνι. Δεν ανταποκρίνονται οι εικόνες με την πραγματικότητα καθώς η γωνία λήψης σε κάθε φωτογραφία παραπλανεί. Επίσης η διακόσμηση δεν ανταποκρίνεται 100% στις φωτογραφίες. Καθαριότητά 7/10. Θέρμανση με δύο κλιματιστικά τουλάχιστον 20ετιας. Ζεστό νερό με ηλιακό θερμοσίφωνα ο οποίος οριακά έφτανε για 1 άτομο αν ήσουν τυχερός και είχε ήλιο διαφορετικά άνοιγες τον διακόπτη περίμενες 15 λεπτά πάλι για ένα άτομο. Σαμπουάν ήταν ήδη ανοιγμένα και μισοτελειωμένα. Είσοδος για το parking αρκετά δύσκολη καθώς οριακά χωρούσε ένα μικρό αυτοκίνητο το οποίο είναι εκτεθειμένο χωρίς κάλυψη και με πιθανότητα να στο τρακάρουν καθώς είναι πάρα πολύ στενό.
• Miloš (9/5): Overall, we had a smooth and convenient stay, with everything well organized and as described. - We really liked the location, which was very convenient and well connected. The parking was excellent, and our 4.6-meter car fit without any problems, which was very important to us. The view from the property was very nice, and having a lift in the building made access easy and practical. The property was clean, well maintained, and well equipped, and everything was exactly as described. The host was professional and organized, which made the stay smooth and comfortable. The bed in the living room was not very comfortable. The entrance to the parking is a bit tight, but it is manageable and allows for proper maneuvering. Everything else about the property was fine.

• Viktor (10/5): Прекрасная квартира в хорошем районе Афин - Великолепная квартира в центре Афин, с собственным парковочным местом (!) (я был на Фиат Панда), огромным балконом, горячей водой, двумя комнатами, кухней со всеми необходимыми инструментами. Вай фай, лифт на 7-ой этаж. Эмм, я даже не знаю, что может быть лучше по этой вполне адекватной цене. Рядом магазин ОК Маркет, работающий допоздна. Хозяйка Маркела супер, ключи получить было очень легко при приезде, хотя я и предпочитаю сейф и не беспокоить людей. Ничего улучшать не нужно.

• Jenny (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely welcome, felt like home, the owner couldn't do enough for you, really lovely. Great balcony, very close to shops and transport links. Everything you need for cooking and washing really was like home from home.

Only the parking is very tight, and you will need some driver skills for it, BUT parking is big plus in that part of city. First day, we walked to city center, not too far.

They cooked us a home meal and gave us a bottle of wine. We really enjoyed, excellent service. The parking is not very comfortable.
