• Владимир (8/5): Чисто, удобно, приятно. Препоръчвам! - Добро местоположение в близост да метростанция. Може да се намери и свободно място за паркиране покрай адреса. Чисто, удобно, подредено място, с удобна тераса с маси и столове и вътрешен двор. Точно къщата с апартамента има магазин за хранителни стоки. Бих посетил отново мястото и бих го препоръчал на близки и приятели. В апартамента иамам няколко дребни забележки: няма микровълнова печка, но може да се използва фурната за притопляне на готови ястия. Душът в банята е малко по-ниско поставен от стандартната височина и поставката на тоалетната се размества. дребни козметични забележки.

• ARTEMISIA (9/5): - Η επικοινωνία ήταν άμεση και η ιδιοκτήτρια πολύ εξυπηρετική ακόμα και όταν χρειάστηκε αργά το βράδυ να μιλήσουμε μαζί της. Είναι λίγο δύσκολο το παρκάρισμα στην περιοχή.

• levenleo (9/5): Υπέροχο και άνετο διαμέρισμα - Πολύ καλη θέση, άνετος χώρος, ωραίο ντιζάιν, ιδανικό για τετραμελη οικογένεια. Ενώ είχε καφέ, δεν είχε ζάχαρη. Όπως επίσης δεν είχε σφουγγαριστρα.. Ηταν επίσης πολύ αυστηροί στο τσεκ άουτ ενώ προέκυψε σοβαρό θέμα υγείας.

• Evangelia (10/5): - Είναι ένα υπέροχο διαμέρισμα. Αν και μείναμε ελάχιστες ώρες καθώς ερχόμαστε Αθήνα λίγες ώρες για υποχρεώσεις είναι ένα υπέροχο ζεστό μέρος που το νιώθεις σπίτι σου. Θα το προτιμήσουμε και τις επόμενες φορές που θα επισκεφτούμε την περιοχή.

• EFTHIMIA (8/5): ΔΙΑΜΟΝΗ ΕΚΤΟΣ ΚΕΝΤΡΟΥ ΣΤΗΝ ΑΘΗΝΑ - Πεντακάθαρο, άνετο , ευχάριστο. Είχε όλες τις ανέσεις. Πανεύκολο και επεξηγηματικό το Check -in. Τα air conditions με δυσκολία ζέσταναν το χώρο. Έκανε κρύο το βράδυ.

• ATHANASIOS (10/5): - Άνετο διαμέρισμα ευγενικός οικοδεσπότης. Δίπλα market ok όλα πολυ καλά. Υπήρχε οικοδομή δίπλα με τη σχετική φασαρία. Κλειστά παράθυρα κ όλα οκ.
• EFSTRATIOS ALEXIOU (9/5): - Ήταν βολική η τοποθεσία. Το μέγεθος του σπιτιού και οι χώροι. Υπήρχε αρκετή υγρασία στον χώρο και ψύχρα και δεν μπόρεσα να βάλω τον κλιματισμό, παρόλο που το έψαξα, να βγάλει ζεστό αέρα.

• GeorgePK (9/5): Διήμερη στο Χολαργό - Είχε αρκετό χώρο, ήταν άνετο και καθαρό. Ωραίο μπαλκόνι. Ήταν σχετικά κοντά στο μετρό και τριγύρω είχε αρκετά μαγαζιά και supermarket. Πολύ ήσυχη περιοχή και πολυκατοικία. Εύκολη πρόσβαση στο κτήριο. Ωραία έπιπλα και μεγάλη τηλεόραση, και μια σε κάθε δωμάτιο. Ωραίο μπάνιο, ανακαινισμενο. Για χώρος που φιλοξενεί μέχρι 6 άτομα, ένα μπάνιο είναι κάπως περιοριστικο. Τα στρωματα ηταν παραπανω μαλακά απο το συνηθες. Επίσης, ένας καθρέπτης στον τοίχο του διαδρόμου θα ήταν εξαιρετική ιδέα γιατί όταν υπάρχουν κορίτσια στην παρέα, δημιουργείται ουρά για το μακιγιάζ! :)

• Petra (10/5): Nettes Appartement, reibungslose Organisation - Nettes Appartement, gute Lage, wir fühlten uns im Viertel sicher, trotz nächtlicher Ankunft und früher Abreise. Die Ankunft ist gut organisiert. Parken kann man in den Seitengassen. Gerne wieder!

• Brigitta (4/5): Disappointing - The apartment was dirty, there was a strong smell of cigarettes everywhere. The sheets were dirty, stained and used. Everything was dusty, we also found artificial nails on the floor. The air conditioner was not cleaned, its filter was thick with dust.

Good sized rooms and the heating was very efficient. Super market was seconds away. TV’s in every room, and easy to close doors to use living room as a private bedroom area at night. Bathroom was fully equipped. Kitchen had a coffee machine but would have been nice to have a microwave perhaps. There were no cleaning sprays sponges or wipes to clean the bathroom or kitchen so I did just grab a set of cleaning supplies from supermarket.

• Andrew (10/5): A very clean and well kept apartment for great value! - The value of this apartment was great. The apartment is only 10 minutes away from the M3 subway and the bus stop is right outside - both are great ways to get to and from the airport. There is a row of nice restaurants about 3-5 blocks away.

• Zoe (7/5): Good value but could be a lot better with a bit of effort - Check in was easy and the host was responsive. The apartment was clean and spacious. There's a small supermarket next door, a street with restaurants and metro nearby. All the necessities can be found nearby. The kitchen was well-equiped. There was also tea and coffee. The apartment has great potential but it didn't seem like anyone has spent time on maintaining it for a while. There were not big things, but many little things that were annoying such as: the (only) bathroom door has no key to lock with and the door is too close to the floor (expansion due to water damage?) so it makes a very loud squeaking noise when you try to close it. That's annoying for the people sleeping in the room next to it. The attachment to hold the shower head is loose so it cannot actually hold the shower head. The mattress was clearly sunken in and should be replaced. The drying rack was a bit broken, though we managed to hang our stuff without it touching the ground. The night stand was broken. The apartment could be a lot more comfortable with a little bit of effort. I hope they may improve it soon.

There were a coffee mashine (coffe inkl) and a washmashine. It's ca 10 min on foot to the metro station (blue line that goes to the airport) The door to the bathroom was difficult and noisy to open&close

• Marek (10/5): Exceptional - Great apartment, as it is only 20 minutes from the airport, so for those needing last night or two is a great option. We liked that there was a supermarket next to the place. Big apartment with everything you my need. I'm not sure how far from the centre it is or how the public transport works there but for us was perfect place before our flight back home. Nothing, really.

• Angelos (9/5): Cozy apartment with a garden!! - Big house with a nice garden and plenty of light coming in! The house has all amenities including comfortable beds, coffee machine with capsules and warm water from a boiler I guess! It's also nicely located! We happened to be in Athens during some cold nights so the house would get cold due to the poor isolation. The airconditioning though helped a lot.

Kitchen facilities were great Nice little garden in front of the balcony I have to say, it was absolutely freezing, it was end of January . The AC units do not heat enough, nothing to warm the bathroom nor the kitchen We bought a radiator to help the situation. The smell in the apartment was awful due to no airing. On arrival, somebody had opened the balcony door to air it, so again, ICY cold. It would be fine in the summer, but for winter rent, this must be heated properly!!!!
