• lis (8/5): - Ho trovato la casa pulita, in ordine e con tutto il necessario per un piacevole soggiorno. posizione ottima per visitare il centro L’arrivo e la comunicazione con l’host sono stati molto difficili. In fase di prenotazione avevo comunicato che sarei arrivata in tarda notte (dopo le 23) e l’host aveva acconsentito. Ho rispettato gli accordi di mandarle un messaggio quando lasciavo l’aeroporto ma, nonostante ciò, al mio arrivo non ho trovato nessuno ad accogliermi. Tutte le chiamate e i messaggi sono stati vani e solo grazie all’intervento di booking sono riuscita a risolvere la situazione e ad avere risposte dall’host che - dopo 50 min - è arrivato. L’host si è scusato ma non mi è piaciuto come ha gestito la situazione, un incidente può capitare ma l’assenza di comunicazione e di risposte hanno fatto iniziare male il mio soggiorno. Se fossi stata avvisata dell’inconveniente non avrei avuto nessun problema a ritardare il check in e mi sarei organizzata per sfruttare al meglio il mio tempo (per esempio andare a cena visto che eravamo in viaggio dal pomeriggio, stanchi e affamati!)

• Frugale Bistro’ (6/5): Me lo aspettavo piu accogliente e piu fornito per Famiglie - Le due camere da letto e due bagni e la possibilità di portare le mie cucciole di taglia piccola Mancanza di un tavolo normale per pranzare o cenare eravamo 4 adulti mancanza di sedie cuscini pochi e scomodi per dormire mancanza di un'altra phon essendo due bagni e comunque phon seri non che l' unico che c'era si surriscaldavan e non andava più ' poca pulizia mancanza di teglie per il forno pentole vecchie e bruciate mancanza di lavastoviglie mancanza di scope e mocio per lavare i pavimenti etc.... Ritengo che se affitti un locale grande previsto anche per 6 persone queste cose siano indispensabili
• Hana (9/5): Great place to stay in Athens! - Great place to stay in Athens - clean, quiet, functional heating, plenty of hot water, clean sheets and towels, nice and safe neighborhood with lots of restaurants, bars and shops in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation, within walking distance of the main sights/attractions. Easy communication with the owner. Fair price. The only downside may be the unpleasant steep stairs to the house and the unpleasant and even arrogant staff of the garage, where the owner has parking (for an additional fee of 14 euros/24 hours - we knew this in advance, I don't see this as a problem). Even though the garage staff was unpleasant, we were glad to leave the car there, parking around the apartment is probably impossible, the streets were narrow and completely filled with parked cars. However, these are facts that the owner cannot influence.

Šeimininkų nuoroda, kad tinkamas 6 asmenims - gal ir tinkamas, bet nepatogumas garantuotas. Tik vienas raktas. Nebuvo plaukų džiovintuvo, nebuvo arbatos. Išgyvenom :)

• Penny (5/5): - • Spacious apartment with a well-equipped kitchen. • Shower gel and shampoo were not initially provided, but when I asked, they brought them. • The neighborhood has many nice places to eat, as well as a bakery and a mini market nearby. • There is no elevator! Although the apartment is on the first floor, there are too many steep stairs starting right from the building entrance. • The apartment is located on a sloped street. • The door handles of the bathroom and one of the bedrooms are broken. • There were small cockroaches in the bathroom. •There are actually two bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room, not three separate bedrooms. •A few of the light bulbs were not working.

Arranjei estacionamento para o carro gratuito, na rua, sempre. Somente das escadinhas que tinha de subir ao fim da tarde, mas nada impeditivo, é um primeiro andar.
• Gerassim (9/5): Superb - For two couples, the apartment was very spacious, comfortable, and clean, equipped with all necessary commodities. The location is excellent for those who seek easy access to the city's center, the Acropolis, the Parliament restaurants, bars, etc. There are a lot of places around to eat - even a sushi bar. We enjoyed it. The area is in the heart of the city, so finding a free parking lot is almost an impossible mission. There is a private parking some 100 meters away for 14 euros per day. The balcony is relatively small, which is also normal for this neighborhood.
• Kristina (10/5): Exceptional - Apartment was clean, spacious and well equipped The owner told us before we come that we will have private parking spot near apartment, with fee, but there wasnt parking place reserved for us. We need to go around the area to find a parking spot and when we call the owner he didnt answer. The guy who met us on check in was very polite but also didnt know about parking. There wasnt hot water in the evening and in the morning next day.
• Reza (10/5): An unforgettable stay in a perfect location with an incredibly kind and trustworthy host. - We stayed as a family of four, including two adult sons, and had a wonderful experience at this apartment in Athens. The place was very clean and located in an excellent area, surrounded by shops, restaurants, and cafés. We were able to walk to most of the city’s main attractions and the center every day. We needed some assistance during our stay, and the host, Chryssa, came by within an hour to help us. She was incredibly responsive and kind. The most impressive part of our stay happened on the day we were leaving early in the morning around 4:30 AM. On the way to the airport, my son realized he had left his jacket in the apartment, with cash in it. Since we had already left the keys inside, we couldn’t go back. We messaged Chryssa, and to our relief, she found the jacket and kindly arranged to ship it to Amsterdam. What an honest and amazing host! Thank you, Chryssa, for taking such good care of us. We will definitely be coming back! Non

• Birte (9/5): Lovely, clean, spacious flat in excellent location - Great, convenient, quiet location in lovely, safe neighbourhood with lots of cafes, restaurants & supermarket, and within walking distance of metro station (10min), stadium (10min) and city centre (20min). Spacious for 5 people, very clean and modern. Friendly & helpful owner! only a minor detail: we had to improvise at breakfast time as there was only x1 cereal bowl and a couple of drinking glasses - we ate our breakfast cereal out of mugs and drank orange juice out of shot glasses :-)

• Jan (9/5): Fine and luxurious location for exploring Athens, close to Airport metro line. - Two bedrooms and two bathrooms (1 en suite) plus a spacious sitting room. Lots of space, and a balcony to have your morning coffee on. Only 10 mins from Metro station Evangalistos (Airport line). Many restaurants in the neigbourhood. Excellent location for exploring the antiquities of Athens. Flexible host, an earlier check in was no problem, good communication. nothing.

• Matilda (9/5): Wonderful stay in Athens - The apartment was super central, located in a nice and lively neighbourhood only 15 mins walking from the Acropolis area. The beds were comfortable and all the rooms and toilets were very clean. The kitchen was well equipped with everything. Definitely recommend for a stay in central Athens! Everything was perfect!
• Lorie (9/5): Comfortable and suited our family’s needs. - Had 2 bathrooms and bedrooms and was clean. Nothing. There are stairs up to the apartment, but everywhere we stayed in Greece and Israel had stairs to the apartments! Just the way it is.
• James (9/5): Awesome apartment, friendly host and neighborhood, convenient location! - Pagrati neighborhood where this apartment is located is very close to the Evangelismos Metro station, a good 8-10 minute walk. The AB supermarket is 4-5 minute walk. The neighborhood is very safe to walk around in. The apartment is as advertised in the picture, very spacious for a family of 4, 2 separate bedroom and a den, 2 separate bathrooms. Apartment was recently remodeled, it looks very modern inside. Kitchen is fully-equipped (eating utensils, plates, pans, full size oven), a clothes washer is available and I know a few people have complained about the steps being a little steep and may be slippery, so unless you have very serious mobility issue, just be careful yourself and take your time. :) The fact we had to leave Athens. :( We'll be back for sure. Lots more to see in Athens that we did not get to do.
• Radek (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is clean and modern. Comfortable beds. The apartment is located in a nice neighbourhood with restaurants and bars. Walkable distance to the Acropolis and the tourist centre or if you prefer the subway is only less than 10 minutes walk away. The shower doesn't drain well and fills up quickly but if you want to just take a very quick rinse then it's fine.
• Mihail (8/5): It's OK for the price. - The apartment is a walking distance away from all you can see in the historical centre of Athens. It has a balcony, which is useful and also the apartment is very well furnished. The apartment is huge, but the table is tiny. If you are more than 3 people and want to dine in the apartment, you will not fit on the table. The Kettle was left filled with water and the inside was dirty. Also one of the sink channels was clogged. The worst of all was that no shampoo/shower gel was provided in any of the two bathrooms.
• Cameron (8/5): Pretty much great, with small little issues - The location, size, and quality. Very clean, with friendly and helpful caretakers The guest bathroom drain was almost completely clogged, so shower was almost unusable after 3-4 minutes.
• Gvantsa (9/5): Excellent - Everything was great. The host is very communicative and friendly. She explained all the details in detail. In addition, it should be noted that due to the flight delay, we had to arrive one day late. Nevertheless, we managed to communicate with the host and she met us at the apartment at the appointed time. The only thing we didn't like was the shower as the water quickly filled up and overflowed into the bathroom.
• Ivana (10/5): So beautiful apartment - Very clean, modern, spacious, beautifully decorated apartment. It has all amenities for a longer stay. Perfectly located on a lively street with lots of shops, restaurants, pharmacies, and all you need. Within walking distance of all main attractions. Great communication with the owner. We are a family of 5, and we all had enough space. Two bathrooms are really useful. Big reccomandation. Parking is a big problem. You don't have a reserved parking spot as it is described (additional charge). We reserved this place bcs of available parking, but it turns out that there is a small private parking (the owner has nothing with it) where you will not find an available spot. You can park on street, but also, you will not find the space. We found an available parking place about 600 meters from an apartment at a high cost. We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment, and gave a high score, (it is deserved score), but it should be mentioned the problem with the outflow of water from the shower cabins. Fix it, don't let that problem, which can be easily solved, spoil the whole impression
