• Mariya (9/5): Great location, responsive host - The apartment was sufficient for our needs and we didn't lack anything. It has a nice view from the living room, which is a little smaller than it looked in the pictures, but otherwise matches the listing. There are two bedrooms with queen beds—one facing Nikis Street and the other facing a side street. The kitchen and living room are open and connected by a hallway; the kitchen has no windows but was well-equipped. Don't forget to turn on the boiler when you arrive to have hot water by the evening; it probably takes an hour to heat up fully. The kitchen doesn't have windows but provided that we spent so little time in the appartment, this didn't matter. The location is just perfect and overrides any small negatives.

• Elizabeth (9/5): - Location is excellent and very central but not right by the loud bars. We were able to walk everywhere. Comfortable space with lots of natural light in the bedrooms and living room. Several small balconies for fresh air. Plenty of closet space. Very comfortable for 4 people. Host was very responsive. All was good but just a bar of soap in the shower would have been nice.

• GOVIND (10/5): A cozy “home in Plaka” with an unbeatable location, steps from restaurants, shopping, and Athens’ top sights. - We (family of 4) had a wonderful stay at this Beautiful Apartment in Plaka. The location is unbeatable, super convenient and perfectly placed to explore Athens. The two bedrooms and the living room are comfortable and well laid out, and the apartment truly feels like home. Getting to all the major tourist attractions was very easy, and the best part is that shopping, cafés, and restaurants are literally right outside the door the moment you step out. If you want a central base with comfort and ease, this place is a fantastic choice. Everything was perfect.

• Susan (10/5): Highly recommend this beautiful apartment in Plaka! - This location can’t be beat! The apartment was spotless and very comfortable. Our host was attentive and very helpful arranging drivers for our needs. Absolutely nothing!
• Lina (10/5): a wonderful stay at the Beautiful Apartment at Plaka - it was very well located in a friendly neighborhood. very nice, clean apartment, with comfortable beds, well stacked kitchen with utensils. air conditioning/heating and water heating for shower were working well. there was a washing machine, laundry drying rack, an iron/ironing board. the apartment was very close to restaurants, travel agencies, shops and within walking distance to pick-up points for day trips and to the Acropolis and Syntagma Square. communication with Vassilis was easy. he responds to messages right away and he makes sure that you settle well in the apartment.

We didn't like not being able to flush toilet paper, but we understand that's common in Europe. Should provide some individual waste bags to dispose the paper in.

Easy to check in, and a responsive host. A place to leave luggage would have been nice. The bedding and linens could use an upgrade, but otherwise it was great.

The air conditioning worked perfectly, which made the stay much more pleasant given the heat outside. The location couldn’t be better — just 15 minutes from all the main sights, and even for the kids, it wasn’t tiring. I would definitely come back.

Rea - This Apartment is so charming, and we felt at home right away. Lovely retreat to come back to after all the sightseeing. The location is wonderful, and the host was easy to reach, and very helpful. We would come and stay here again in a heartbeat, you are in the middle of Plaka, but the Apartment is not noisy at all. We loved everything. Would be perfect, if the balconies were a little wider, but it’s not a big problem.

Easy to walk everywhere and soak up the 'Plaka' area. Apartment was simple but adequate and the host was very helpful and friendly. It would have been helpful to have a few groceries such as water, coffee, milk already in the apartment on arrival, although there is a mini market around the corner.

Even 2 large bottles of water were waiting for us in the fridge. We loved absolutely everything about this rental. It was perfect for our family of 4! The entrance door to the building was very heavy, but it was certainly secure!!l

Only one floor up so easy to get up to with luggage (no elevator). Comfortable beds and beautiful living area to relax. Nice big fridge and enough space to prepare food if needed in the kitchen. Great communication from the host who helped organise a transfer from the airport. Would highly recommend for couple or families. There is a washing machine but no dryer. However there is a good size clothes rack to dry your clothes instead.

The apartment is generally clean and comfortable, just that the kettle needs attention, it is too dirty for use, we need some hot water and do not dare to use it.

They even helped us by booking cars for us. The location was perfect, we could walk to most of the main sites, restaurants and shops. We will recommend this place to others who are looking for a place to stay in Athens. We only needed cars to the airport, and from the port. Their upstairs neighbors were a little loud at times - I think they need to keep off hours so we could hear them moving their dining chairs late at night but the location outweighs that.

Once we found some ants on the floor, after we cleaned they disappeared and did not show up again. Parking around the property are very expensive, and it is hard to stop on the street for loading.

• Dori (9/5): Adorable, cozy apartment, excellent location - Very cute space, great A/C, perfect location for getting to Acropolis, the metro, and shopping (grocery and tourist stores and restaurants) . Very responsive host. Washing machine worked well, stove too. Very comfortable for family of 5. No laundry soap there (though she said she had bought it) so we had to get some (and left it for y'all). Suggest having a knife large enough for cutting bread, melon please, and would like more than 7 nespresso pods. The taxi dropping us off couldn't get right to the door, but they can get to the corner.

• Suzaan (10/5): Excellent location! - The property is very central to Plaka, Monasteraki, Syntagma Metro Station and all attractions. It also has a convenience store downstairs. The apartment is very spacious and has plenty plugs to charge all devices for a group of people. The owners communicated well and were very accomodating towards our need to drop our bags earlier than check-in time. I would most certainly book this apartment again.

Due to short notice and change of plans, I needed a few more nights in Athens and most hotels were booked so I tried an apartment. This property was exceptional. I absolutely loved it, and my questions were answered immediately through text. I will definitely be back! I really loved it! I loved everything about this property.
