• Zeynep (1/5): This place is a scam. My advice : Dont stay here. Worst neighbourhood. Worst booking.com experience i ever had . Cannot - It was my worst booking.com experience. This place should be out of the list. Dont stay here. Everything was under any acceptable standards. The worst is nobody took responsibility of it. When i arrived more than half of the lamps werent working. The entrance door to the apartment didnt even have a handle to begin with. I checked in late , i wanted to take a shower. The lights in the bathroom werent working so i texted the owner and the answer was ‘’ these things can happen ‘’. Everything in the apartment is falling apart including the bed . I dont even want to talk about the neighbourhood. Basically you dont want to walk around in that neighbourhood after 6 pm. Full of junkies and i dont know what. Everything smells like piss. When i told the owner that i wanted to check out next morning and i would like the refund of my following 2 nights because i wasnt going to stay here. He said no problem . So i checked out. He didnt refund me my 2 nights instead he refunded me only 1 nights. Booking.com is not even taking the responsibility of it as the mediator! This is theft ! I am more than disappointed , instead of being compensated for this disaster they steal my money. I have lost all my trust in both parties .

• Deena (4/5): Disappointed. If the flat looked like the pictures, with pictures on walls, and everything fixed it would be wonderful. - Pictures are deceiving. No covers on sewergrates. Futon bedding dirty. Shower head not connected to wall. Quick on providing new bedding tho, very helpful. No microwave. Pillows were very old and flat. No locks on patio doors. Walls need cleaning.
• Al (7/5): Good - The area is very bad and it doesn't feel safe at all. I was worried to leave the house with my kids especially at night. I saw people taking drugs just by the front door of the building. There are also prostitute and homeless people in the area The house on it self had lots of mosquitoes 🦟 I kept killing them but they kept appearing I don't know from were even with windows closed. My poor children were bittin so bad during our stay. Do not recommend.

• Hemme (1/5): Scary, Awful, did not sleep!! - Nothing, We were very uncomfortable with the street. Used Syringe needles were all over the foot path. We witnessed druggies shooting up in front on us!! The bed was missing slates causing the mattress to sink in. The beds felt dirty. No shower head! Cleaner was there 20 minutes before our check in.

• Katrina (1/5): don’t recommend - nothing there was a drug gangs and substance users just besides front door, no bedsheets, the person meeting us upon arrival was late and did not speak english. no hot water and it smells. apartment has a smell that somebody has died there. terrifying experience, we did not stay there, left and lost money.

• Michael (2/5): Low expectations, but not low enough - Big. Very shabby and unloved, uncomfortable furniture, poor kitchen. Owner didn't respond on arrival, had his phone on mute, apparently, at the time I'd told him I would arrive. Clearly doesn't care about the flat or customers.

• Ivan (3/5): Poor - The apartment is moderate good The location where the accommodation is located is in a small street where the local population uses drugs and deals drugs. Not for families with children. Do not park your car on the street, even though the owner of the building says that there is free parking on the street, they broke our window and stole what they found in the car. The picture shows local people dealing drugs, and the place across the street from the entrance to the building where they do drugs.
• Mariola (2/5): Amazing Location but DO NOT STAY THERE - It is extremely dirty, smelly and forgotten - The flat is in great location and spacious enough for two people or family of 4 - even with another couple would be comfortable. It is Extremely dirty, there was no hot water and the host never sent any instructions until I asked at the very end (I did not think I had to ask about hot water in 2022!) we have arrived late and the host left the keys outside of the main entrance in the soil but next to the gate there was a homeless person injecting crack… it was very unsafe place to leave the key. the block of flats smelled of urine and was extremely aged and not cared for. the lift was ancient and had a whole right in the middle so it felt like it was going to break! The flat is at the 7th floor so walking up the stairs with the luggage didn’t seem like a great alternative. Air conditioning was working well and the flat itself was spacious. however it looks like no one has cleaned this flat for a long long time. The Coffe table is broken and sofa so uncomfortable that you cannot seat for longer than few minutes! Floor, and the balcony were also dusty and every corner looked dirty, smelly and well overused. in the sink there was a bit of mould which has definitely been there for more than a week. Cooker was greasy and covered in dried and fried food, plates and cutlery were washed but smelled of food and had bits on them…there was a coffee machine and the kettle but both like 100 years old and broken. It looked like someone was trying to make a coffee in a kettle but even though it looked like 20 years old no one bothered to clean it or replace it! There was no way of making anything hot to drink. The fridge had a broken freezer and smelt of food as well. The bathroom had mould and rust around every pipe and those were out in a view. The bathroom sink had two drawers that were both so mouldy that slight touch caused them falling down on your feet. Kitchen and bathroom was so utterly disgusting and dirty that I can not even imagine how people can rent place like that for sooo much money! I have taken pictures of everything and would like my money back.
