Umisteni bylo na jednu stranu moc fajn (hned u vchodu mala mistni pekarna s cerstvym pecivem, hned vedle mensi supermarket, kousek spousta baru a restauraci). Umisteni bylo na druhou stranu trochu naprd - pomerne hlucna ulice (auta), osklivy vchod, sousedi s ruinou. Co nam vadilo hodne bylo, ze nad loznici v mezipatre si asi udelali hnizdo holubi, takze rano nas budilo "cupitani nozicek". Nejdriv jsem se bal, ze jde o nejake mysi, ale dopatrali jsme se, ze to asi opravdu byli holubi. Nicmene kazde rano hodne neprijemny pocit, ktery velmi srazil komfort a nutil nas mit pres hlavu polstare, abychom se dospali.

Le petit déjeuner apporté chaques jours très bon. Et surtout le personnel en charge du logement,ménage ou accueil lorsqu'on avait un problème était extraordinaire ! Je recommande fortement cette location ! Pas grand chose,notre séjour était vraiment au top !

• mayuraa muralidharan (9/5): Comfortable, in a great location and a good value for money for a bigger group. - Apartment was in a prime location. It was a 10-15 min walk to the plaka and acropolis area which made it convenient. Our fridges were always well stocked on a daily basis. The beds were made and everything was cleaned on a daily basis. They also arranged airport transfer for us and gave us an option to store our bags on our checkout date since our flight was later in the day. The kitchen came with appliances which made it easy to cook/heat food. The AC/heat worked well. As you step out of the apartment building, the street has lots of cafes, bakeries and restaurants. Overall it was a comfortable stay for 5 people. These are trivial details and more nice to have things - Would have liked a lock on the bathroom door. Also, as you enter the apartment, especially if its after hours, its a bit dark. There is a motion sensor light closer to the elevator, but maybe would be nice to have one closer to the door.

• Lucie (10/5): Séjour formidable! BRAVO! - Tout était parfait. L'appartement est très propre, le ménage est fait et le petit-déjeuner est réapprovisionné quotidiennement. Beaucoup de sites remarquables (dont l'Acropole) sont accessibles à pied. Le logement est situé à proximité de deux stations de métro qui permettent d'envisager facilement des excursions (nous avons pu visiter l'île d'Egine en partant en ferry du Pirée, prendre facilement un bus vers le Cap Sounion). La communication avec l'hôte via booking a été très simple, il s'est montré très réactif et agréable. Je recommande vivement cet hébergement. rien!

• Corrina (10/5): - Perfect location - about a 10/15 minute walk to the major tourist shopping and sight seeing spots, but in a cool neighbourhood with local shops, bakeries, restaurants. Very clean, comfortable beds, and much bigger than expected! As others had said, don’t let the building scare you away! Only tiny complaint would be the lack of hot water. Old heaters only can heat enough for one person to shower.

• Carolyn (10/5): Fantastic- I forgot to mention the air conditioning which made the stay comfortable - It was clean and modern, has a washing machine and while we knew breakfast was included, we did not expect to have so much food in the fridge, bread, eggs, ham, cheese, juice and milk as well as bottles of water that were replenished daily. Having a separate 2nd bedroom was perfect as we were travelling with our 23 year old daughter so she had her own space. Communication and support from the Medluxe team was amazing, highly recommend and we will be.back. Thanks for helping to make our 1st time in Athens so good; helped by the great location. It was possible to walk to most places. Almost forgot to mention the lift which was great for luggage and not that common in Europe. Nothing, it was perfect

• Catherine (10/5): Perfect stay in Athens - Beautiful spacious apartment with everything you need including kitchen items, complimentary breakfast (amazing and restocked each day), great aircon, comfy sofa, quality sheets and towels. The apartment is in a great location - 15 mins walk to Acropolis and 5 mins walk to metro. Supermarket and cafe are literally downstairs. Most of all superb service from the Medluxe team who always responded so quickly and even helped printing tickets. Highly recommend! N/a
• CATHERINE (10/5): - Famille de 4 personnes, nous avons particulièrement apprécié la propriété de l'appartement, le confort des chambres et des lits, et la situation idéale, centrale et à la fois calme, et surtout à deux pas d'une rue incroyablement sympathique disposant des diverses tavernes avec terrasses ! Le seul bémol serait que les petits déjeuners mis à disposition n'étaient pas formidables

• Richard (10/5): This is how an apartment should be - Super clean. Everything you need. Comfortable beds. Fridge full of food. Cleaner even did our dishes. Step outside and you have an ATM in 1 meter, bakery in 5 meters and supermarket in 25 meter. The ONLY thing I can think of, after really long and hard thinking, is that I had to unplug the bed light to charge my phone. An extra outlet would have been nice.
• Claudia (10/5): Amazing. If you want to stay in Athens highly recommend. - Everything, could not ask for better accommodation. First place in Europe we stayed in on our 5 week trip that we came to a fridge that actually had water, milk, coffee and stuff for breakfast, we didn’t cook but it was a surprise. Apartment is extremely clean and close to restaurants. Bakery downstairs is amazing. Nothing, everything was exceptional.
• Suzanne (9/5): Really enjoyed our trip and will book this property again. - It was nicely decorated, had a balcony, included a washing machine, had a fridge restock daily (milk, juice, water, cheese and meat) and a cleaner. Close to metro. Lovely! The location on the street, and the lighting in the communal area. Building door also needs an update. Nothing about the flat which was lovely.
• Niki (10/5): We loved it! Super nice and spacious place. Beautiful kitchen and great air conditioning in all room - Very thoughtful to add vegan cheese, fruits and veggies! The only complaint would be that the bathroom is really tiny. It is very hard to move around in but the whole place is really amazing and spacious so it was worth the minor inconvenience of the bathroom!

• Florito (9/5): It was great! My family and I enjoyed Athens. - I didn't expect it to be that nice inside because the outside was not impressive but then I realized that's how it is in Athens. I guess the owner buys a unit and flips it, not the whole building. It was something new to me.

Medluxe provided breakfast for us everyday and water for our daily trips. The experience was great, and they stored our luggage at their office for the day. Highly recommend using them again. Hooks for towels only but that’s picky.
• Máté (10/5): Nice and cozy apartment in the heart of Athens - The apartment was excellent, with a perfect location - all the major sights, restaurants, and shops were within walking distance. The entire apartment was clean, modern, and comfortable. It was cleaned daily, and the beds were nicely made. Breakfast was also satisfying - we had everything we needed in the fridge, including coffee, water, and juices. Our expectations were fully met.
• Cindy (8/5): Good for a budget conscious traveller - We liked the quietness, easy to walk anywhere, close to a grocery store. The stairs, the need of a new sliding door into one room.
• Jennifer (7/5): Good - The beds were comfortable and the climate control worked well. Unlike the building, the apartment was updated and had very secure locks. There was a bakery and grocery store downstairs. The bedroom door on the 1st bedroom was a sliding door and was stuck open. It would not close and there was no privacy for the person in that room. The door for bedroom #2 had to be pulled hard and scraped against the bowed flooring. Neighbors upstairs could be heard on the phone as if they were in the apartment. The building was run down with holes in the walls of the foyer and stairwell, although the apartment was well maintained. We were told that we could leave our luggage at reception but when we went by at 4pm to check it out for the next day it was closed.

• Tomasz (10/5): Family stay to visit Athens - The appartment was really clean and well maintained. It was cleaned every day. The refrigerator was filled every day (juice, water, eggs, milk, tea, coffe capsules, butter, jam). Everything was in place and working - hair dryer, laundry machine, tv screens, cooker, A/C and everything else. Bed linen and towels were really clean, and there were some spare towels in the wardrobe. Location was good for us, metro station is in walking distance, trolleybus stop was very close. There is small shop and bakery just in the same building so we could buy anything we needed. Filopappou hill was very close so we started our visit in Athens with walking there, and then walking to Acropolis. It was reasonably quiet in the appartment.

The host was lovely, coffee shop/bakery right under neath was FABULOUS, best cafe freddo I've ever had!!! not far from restraunts. The water that was shut of for maintenance while we were there. The host did provide us with bottled water to drink which was lovely. Then the next day it being off again as someone had accidently shut it off again.

Dinos was and the maids were very attentive and flexible and let us do early check in since we had just come off the cruise early in AM. Will definitely recommend!

Supermarket next door if you need anything. Traffic noise even with blinds down heard motorbikes revi g and tooting. But it is a city location and we come from the country so not used to any noise.

He responded to requests for a power strip and a mat for the slippery bathroom floor immediately. He provided excellent guidance on nearby places and getting our transfer service setup for the airport. He was present when we arrived and when we departed. Thank you Dinos. Breakfast was spotty with the meat or creamer never replenished. Half the shower door was missing due to an earlier mishap with a previous guest, resulting in water flowing onto the bathroom floor. Shower floor was extremely slippery.

Starting with the offer to ensure transportation to the apartment and ensuring we were comfortable throughout our stay, attending to all our needs. The apartment was beautiful, very clean and well kept. Having breakfast items, juices and water available for us sets this apart from other facilities. The location is perfect, in a lovely neighborhood with restaurants close by, and most attractions a short walk away. Everything was perfect
• Andrey (8/5): Great place, but not for parents with baby strollers - The apartment is well equipped, very beautiful and air-conditioned. The neighborhood is perfect, a lot of restaurants and pubs and the streets are shaded. There is a supermarket nearby. The hosts are very professional and nice, good communication. Even though the apartment is listed under the category of 'upper rooms accessible by elevator' , the apartment is not accessible for a child with a baby stroller. First of all, there are some large stairs at the lobby, so you must take the child from the stroller and lift by hand. The elevator is so small that you can't fit the stroller unless you fold it. It also stops not exactly on the floor, creating another step.

The host asked us to let him know minutes before arriving and waited for us with a parking place. He provided information on where to go and eat and was available through whatsapp. The apartment had very nice smell, which was great. The beds were comfortable and shits were clean. A cleaner came every day and the frig was stocked for us. Location was 15 mins from the Acropolis. Super market located bellow the apartment. The shower had one of the sliding doors missing. Didn't really bothered us, but we needed to put a towel on the flower.

T - nice decoration fairly clean The apartment was put together poorly, the shutters don’t close all the way the screen door is so loose it’s going to fall apart at the slight pull, and the shower door was not closing and off the track it put my daughter in danger. overall the fixtures were poor quality put together quickly not made for multiple use.

• Natalie (10/5): Beautiful spacious apartment 5* service - The apartment was a gem! Brilliant location, spacious, beautifully decorated, comfy furniture, every room had a smart TV, fully equipped kitchen...it was fantastic. Twin room is a little bigger and has the balcony so we used this as the primary and our 1 year old had the double room with a cot. Electric black out blinds, and a stocked fridge of water, bread, jams, milk and juice. It was so much more than we were expecting. The manager Dinos was lovely he arranged a top up of some of the breakfast bits and airport taxi. Such a great stay couldn't recommend enough. If I had to pick one thing I'd say the bathroom was compact, but they have worked with the space they have, and it still contained everything you need.
