The owner was incredibly helpful and responsive, making everything smooth from check-in to check-out. Clean, comfortable, and well-located — exactly what we needed. Would definitely book again! N/a

It has oven, fridge, coffee machine, microwave and many other necessities... Also a spacious beautiful terrace. The person who communicated with me was super friendly and helpful. • Dēna (9/5): Pleasant experience with unexpected quirks. - Well furnished, a nice big balcony, good location, good communication with the host, electric roller shutters that can provide blackout during the night, water and coffee provided. The apartment is only accessable via an old elevator, the room has another door that leads to the emergency staircase but there is no deadbolt on the inside for it. So it's not for those with claustrophobia or those paranoid about someone coming in.
• Amar Mahmutbegovic (8/5): Quiet and safe neighborhood - Considering that it was a work-related travel, the location was excellent, but for someone who comes as a tourist and wants to explore the city more, I think there are better options on offer. Quite a quiet and safe neighborhood. The terrace was wonderful, the bed and pillows were great for a good night's sleep. One of the things that bothered me the most was multiple messages from property owners asking for the same information. We were asked multiple times about the time of our arrival, copies of our documents, so I think that communication between the property owners must be improved. Multiple messages were really unnecessary and should be kept to a minimum. The washing machine leaked water during one use, so we didn't use it later.
• Markus (10/5): Ontzettend fijn verblijf!! - Zeer vriendelijke en attente gastvrouw(en), ontzettend goed en compleet uitgerust appartement, met fijne keuken, badkamer, bedden en balkon. Goed gelegen in rustige wijk nabij metro, supermarkten en veel café’s en restaurants. Komen graag nog een keer terug! -

• Tiina (10/5): Clean, well equipped, good location. Big recommendation! - The studio is as in pictures. Very neat and clean, super well equipped, we didn’t lack anything. I mean, three different coffee making options! Bed was comfortable. Room was easy to heat up and there was hot water at all times as we stayed in the winter. Hostess Eleni must be one of the most informative and attentive even she operated from the distance. The neighbourhood is quiet at night but offers pubs, restaurants and shops. Easy to get to city centre by walk/public transport. We had a lovely six nights stay as a couple and we can highly recommend for other solo travellers or couples. The most annoying thing was returning home when the holiday was over.

• Eleftheria (10/5): Εξαιρετική επιλογή διαμονής - Από τα καλύτερα διαμερίσματα που έχουμε μείνει στην Αθήνα, άνετο, καθαρό και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο. Η περιοχή κεντρική αλλά ήσυχη, εύκολα προσβάσιμη και με λίγη προσπάθεια, με δωρεάν χώρους στάθμευσης. Η οικοδέσποινά μας, εξαιρετική-έχει σκεφτεί την κάθε λεπτομέρεια ως προς τον εξοπλισμό του καταλύματος-πολύ ευγενική, η απόκρισή της σε οποιοδήποτε αίτημα ή ερώτησή μας ήταν πάντα άμεση. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα! Δεν εντοπίσαμε τίποτα αρνητικό κατά την παραμονή μας στο κατάλυμα.

• Afroditi (10/5): Great stay, recommended! - The apartment was really clean, spacious and very well equipped for a longer stay. The location of the apartment also was great next to bus stops, restaurants and metro station. Special mention also to the hosts especially Ms. Evdokia. She was very accomodating, responding immediately and helping us with everything. Despite also being central, it was very quiet. The apartment is accessible with lift or stairs. But even if you go with the lift, you have to use a small pair of stairs that you have to use. Not a problem for us, but I find it important to mention.

Location was ideal, near Megaro Moussikis, providing convenient access to places of my interest and public transport. The host, Mrs Eleni, was exceptionally supportive, polite and responsive throughout my stay, since she also dealt with effectively with all my concerns. I d love to stay there again!

It had everything we needed, I loved the fact that everything smelled incredibly and all the rooms were super clean. Also, the kitchen is very well equipped and we could cook there every day. The host is very responsive and accommodates all your requests. The location is great, next to coffee shops, the supermarket and the metro station. Definitely coming back!

• Chudybrzydal (10/5): Exceptional - This is the best facility, out of the thirty I have booked on Booking.com :) Everything is top notch: very clean, functional and beautifully, richly equipped apartment and a GREAT terrace with a canopy. Everything you need for living: bathroom and kitchen fully equipped; coffee and drinks, fruit and cake to welcome you. Friendly neighbourhood with cool pubs and friendly surroundings and a variety of shops. Close to transport, especially the metro. And importantly: polite, smiling and always helpful owner. Plus I had a taxi from the airport included in the promotion. If you live in Athens, only here!

Very comfortable and exceptionally clean, the flat was just what I needed for a few days stay to relax before a long trip. The hostess was incredibly kind and helpful, eager to attend to any questions. She made the check in super useful and fun - check out was similarly convenient. The flat was very centrally located and super close to public transport, yet very quiet, which was rather surprising. Overall I had an excellent experience and would happily return.
