- Olufisayo (1/5): A very deplorable condition at WSD hotel - Upon arriving at the hotel, there was no staff on hand to give me keys to my apartment. I spent 3 hours with my family outside the facility waiting to get the keys from the management. Meanwhile, all efforts to put a call through proved abortive as staff were either rejecting the calls or not wanting to speak with me. Through the intervention of a local, we were finally directly to an apartment that looked so dirty, tattered and unkempt. There was television, no WiFi. I had to go to a nearby hospital to look for a WiFi to be able to communicate. I left the apartment 2 days later for a better apartment.

- Molnar (1/5): Senki ne menjen ide! - Nothing, We caught a cold at the accommodation because there was no hot water and the heating didn't work properly. It ruined our vacation, and my grandchild is sick — we're continuing our trip in this condition.

- Giorgos (4/5): Dissapointed. You cant be renting apartments without WIFI or TV claiming that you have them. This is not 1990! - The property was clean and tidy. They promised wifi. There was none. The apartment had no signal inside so I couldnt use my mobile data either. Lets not talk about the fact that it says they have TV and the TV, has no wifi, no smartTV, no channels, simply for decoration i would say. When I addressed the property of the issues, they were giving me excuses and didnt want to solve my issue. We agreed on a refund. That was supposed to be 10% and they gave me only 5£ back for a 5 day stay.

- Helena (5/5): Passable - Very basic, lack of essentials, bathroom lights broken, electric sockets hanging out of the walls. Lacked a mirror all the walls had scuff marks. The shutters and balcony were filthy.

It is a little strange that we have to contact the property to get the details of how to get in. The towels and the bedddings are very old and not fit for a flat that is not cheap. Similarly, it is recommended that the flat provides a hair dryer, as this is an essential really.

- Thespina (5/5): Uncomfortable left after night one didn’t stay for second night - Nothing Upon opening door it smelled like an old ashtray . Even though no smoking signed through apartment it was evident slot of smoking takes place. It was not clean sheets were stained as were pillow cases furniture damaged it was a 1star apartment. Very disappointing

The most disturbing thing was the smell of smoke and humidity all around the apartment. In a case of inconvenience just to ask for an information they responded after 12 hours.

The location was fantastic, making it easy for us to explore the city and enjoy our vacation. Everything was fine overall. The apartment itself was comfortable and well-equipped, providing everything we needed for our stay.
- Iloveeurovision (9/5): A great value place to stay if you are willing to travel into the city. - We enjoyed staying here as the apartment had everything we needed for our first visit to beautiful Athens. There are a few restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance and also it was very easy to get food deliveries etc! This is not the apartments fault but it is not very near to the station or central Athens and this meant we had to use Taxis/Uber throughout our stay. A cold bottle of water would have been appreciated in the fridge for our arrival.

I have stayed in 2 different appartments in this complex in July 2024. The one inside with the 2 double beds was great. This stay on ground level with the two singles and a double needs some general maintenance work, a TV, new pillows, less noisey air conditioning unit, smoke smell still lingering. Would stay in the other apartment again, not this one.

- Tahira (9/5): Nice and Affordable Apartment in Athens for Family with Kids - The proper was very good, size, its was two bedroom apartment with living room, kitchen and bathroom, everything was clean, with nice beds in both rooms, along with clean bedsheets, comfort. Bath room was nice and clean with very good space/bathtub. Kitchen was also equip with stove, fridge, oven etc.. Location, easy access to near by super market café, taxi avalible very easy to reach any tourist attractions just in 10 Euros. The owner was helpful, although reaching owner on phone was bit task. We had a issue with bathroom lock stuck and I got locked in the bathroom for little while, after so many calls (he was busy) he sent technician open the door and get me out. This happens on last day when we getting ready and checking out from apartment. The lock was changed. There is lack of kitchen utensils, like only 1 glass, 2 cups, and few plates. I must suggest that there should be more glass, cups and plates, for group of 3 or 4 people. Bathroom shower head must be changed

- Konna (3/5): Not recommended - We didn't like anything at all. No TV, no espresso machine, no water bottles. Disgusting bed linens, synthetic not cotton. The bed wasn't property set up, see photos...Poor furniture and decoration. Old bathroom. All windows opened and still there was a bad smell in the house. We didn't feel comfortable to stay at all. At 6am we were awaken due to noise of other apartments. Parking was also difficult to find at the neighborhood. Price is not fair for what they offer at all.

- Bob (6/5): adequate but unwelcoming - Spacious, good blinds, windows and insect protection. Settee and foot stall good No bathroom mirror. Toilet too close to uncurtained shower so area easily flooded, No bedside lamps. No TV remote control so no way to use TV No oven and many cooking utensils missing eg wooden spoon. spatula, sharp knife, juicer, etc Pillows too hard. Given the location in a quiet part of a suburb distant from the centre, information for tourists was needed in a welcome book
