• STILIANOS (1/5): i am VERY DISSAPOINTED and dissatisfied with their behavior - They contact me before arrival via VIBER , They asked me the amount 150 euros for "insurance" which i paid. When i left the apartment i received a message that i destroyed the microwave (i just unpluged it ...there are 2 plugs for 4 appliances). Furthermore that i stole 2 towels...!!! I WASHED THEM the last night at the washing machine with my towels.and they are hanging outside at the balcony to dry...!!! the small hanger for hanging the towel at the bathroom was "glued" at the wall by double sided tape...!!!! which , of course unstuck..!!! As for the garbages at the ..VERY SMALL buckets, was only from the last day...( I threw the trash outside every day...!!!) At the mail , i tried to answer all those things but they didn"t respond...!!! At the end, i think that the cleaning lady made up those stories to avoid paying me back the 150 euros... I hope the owner of the house will read this letter and understand what really is going on...!!!!

The flat is so nice, cozy, clean and comfortable and has a very nice location. I highly recommend❤️ Nothing to say

Αφου εφυγα και ενω μου ειπε οτι ηταν ολα καλα, μου επέστρεψε μόνο τα μισά λεφτά.Έχει μερίδιο ευθύνης και η Booking που αφήνει τέτοιες πρακτικές να υπάρχουν,καθώς πρόκειται για απάτη, όπως επίσης και η ιδιοκτήτρια. After the payment, she asked me for €150 as a guarantee. After contacting Booking’s customer service, they told me it was a ‘common practice’ and that I should pay the guarantee. The accommodation did not offer free cancellation, so I was forced to pay the amount. After I left, and even though she told me everything was fine, she refunded only half of the money. Both Booking, for allowing such practices to exist, and the owner share responsibility, as this is a scam.

• Karrée-Lyn (5/5): The place is adequate. Great location, although building has construction and renovations going on If you are allergic - The location was very good. Close to shops, transportation and most of all the beach! Unable to access until 12:00 noon although I arrived at 5:00am. The wi-fi was horrible. The bed was uncomfortable and the shower is very small. There is no spa tub.

• Nikoletta (10/5): - Nice, clean and cozy flat well equipped near the sea. Good transport to the center, really good beach a few steps. The owner was really kind and helpful. Supermarket, bakery, cafe nearby. We had a really good experience here.
• Irina (10/5): - Die Lage, war vom Flughafen gut erreichbar. Nahe Strand, sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und eine Haltestelle für Straßenbahn und Bus. Die Wohnung war geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Hatte alles was man bräuchte. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, das gut und lecker kochen konnte. Die Eigentümerin war in ständigen Kontakt, hilfsbereit und sogar ein paar insider Tipps gegeben. • Peter (1/5): Keep clear of this property at all costs - Nothing it rewind my holiday It was not as described the address as advertised was 14km away from the address the owner sent me so I lost taxi money working that out then at the address it was dirty No sea view No city view No hot water to wash or wash my children The furniture was old and dated and very uncomfortable I advised booking .com to please inspect this hell hole of a property and market it as it is what it is not a sea view or city view that’s just the beginning
• Janet (7/5): Good - Excellent location and local info from Nazareth, was much appreciated. Booking.com advertise bath and soa which don't exist. There was a hydroshower, but booking.com must be more responsible on what the advertise.

Easy access to city centre taxi. Landlady could not be anymore helpful. Would 💯recommend. We Would never book a different apartment for our trip back to athens Absolutely nothing

• Helen (9/5): Lovely spot and cosy bed. - The location was amazing. Next to the beach and right by a tram stop that takes you straight to the city. The bed was comfortable in the master room. The shower didn't have anywhere to put products and I banged my head on the mirror/cupboard above the sink because it sticks out over the sink.
• Lucie (10/5): Spacious apartment near the sea and the centre for a good price - This apartment has a great location close to the beach, city centre, and sights. There is a bus stop, a tram stop and grocer's nearby. The host is very nice, answered immediately, gave us useful advice and communicated on WhatsApp. The apartment has two bedrooms, a living room with a sofa, table, and four chairs, and a small kitchen equipped with a cooker, oven, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle and all necessary kitchen utensils, and a bathroom with a shower and a toilet. Everything was clean and there was enough space to keep all the things. There is a large balcony with a table, chairs and a hanger. The beds are comfortable enough. You can use beach mats, a beach umbrella, balls and floats offered by the apartment, which is a great advantage. We had a night flight and our host was so nice that she let us stay till the afternoon. The living room and one of the bedrooms are air-conditioned, internet connection is fast. The apartment is on the first floor, there is a lift. Although it is situated near a busy road, it was quiet enough. Neighbors are mainly elderly people. To sum it up: good quality for a good price. I can definitely recommend it. It's is the best choice for those who want to combine relax on the beach and sightseeing in Athens. We were satisfied with everything. Maybe just for the people who are allergic to cats: there are lots of them around the area, sometimes you can meet one or two inside the block downstairs, but they are OK. In general, there are lots of cats in Athens everywhere.

• Alexandria (8/5): Great beach location, full apartment with kitchen. Close to trams. - Great location, two rooms. Close to the beach. Full kitchen. Access to trams and transportation. The hot water heater rules were very annoying and didn’t make sense. The apartment was generally clean, but some things were a bit sticky, like little kids had been there before.
• Marcin (1/5): Bad - Location. There are construction (=stone drilling) works 50 metres away from the building (photo attached) that start from 7:30 and finish around 3:30 from Monday to Saturday. Measured the noise via online apps- each time it stopped at 120 decibels (that was the maximum). As per broadband, it is a mobile router only.
