• Fitz (10/5): A great place to stay while exploring Athens - Nick the host was very helpful and kind, leaving some essentials and snacks out for visitors to enjoy upon arrival. The apartment was very clean, and had a wide range of facilities available to visitors such as a washing machine, TV, air conditioning, a lovely shower, etc. This apartment is a great place to stay if you want to explore Athens Nothing to complain about.

• Margaret (10/5): Beautiful apartment, everything you need. - The apartment was beautiful. Off the street and through a little courtyard. There were extras in the fridge and also toiletries, really could not have asked for more. Fabulous. Honestly, had everything.

• Konstantin (10/5): - Остановились на три дня. Хозяин лично встретил у входа, несмотря на то что мы задержались из за пробок. Все нам показал ,объяснил. Апартаменты соответствуют описанию ,все как на фото. Очень чисто, аккуратно,уютно. Продумано все до мелочей,но и лишнего ничего нет. На кухне все что нужно , достаточно посуды. В шкафах был необходимый запас п разных приправ, соли,сахара, немного круп. Все было аккуратно запечатанно. Это очень выручили,не было необходимости покупать такую мелоч. В холодильнике был минимальный набор продуктов - за это отдельное спасибо. Была возможность перекусить после долгой дороги,и не бежать сразу в магазин. Так же разные сорта чая и кофе. В душе- достаточно полотенец. Большой выбор различных шампуней и гелей - такого ни разу ни у кого не встречали. Даже ушные палочки и ,ватные диски и т.д. кровать удобная, белье чистейшее. Только положительные эмоции от проживания. Радиусе нескольких метров магазины и кафешки. Ник готов был помочв любом вопросе, но нам не понадобилось. Расположение неплохое, прям напротив гора. До центра,пешком далековато, но транспорт ходит регулярно. В общем, мы остались очень довольны всем. Рекомендую.

• Bence (10/5): Fully equipped, comfortable place for a 5 day stay - One of the best places we ever stayed, fully equipped, comfortable bed, large kitchen and a small porch. It’s a little off the center and the metro is also a little far, but everything else made up for it. Nick is very thoughtful and does everything to make you feel comfortable. The cat upstairs is also fantastic.

• Vanja (9/5): Loved our stay in Athens - The apartment was clean, well-furnished, and had all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Little touch like coffee, milk, cookies, and essentials in the bathroom, make it feel like at home. The host was welcoming and check-in it was easy. Close by there are a lot of restaurants that come alive in the evening.

• Łukasz (10/5): Exceptional - Great place in a great location. Nick is an excellent host, the flat was more than we expected. Exarchia is perfect if you want to blend in with all the locals and still close enough to the city centre if you wish to join all the other tourists.

• Jana (9/5): Großzügig, sehr gut ausgestattet, ruhig - This is not just a holiday flat, but as good as a complete apartment. There is a full kitchen including a dining table, a huge wardrobe in the bedroom, a washing machine, a spacious sofa, a large shower and the flat can be heated using a heat pump. The bathroom has shower gel, cotton pads, toothpaste and more; the kitchen has plenty of crockery, all the tools you could need, tea, coffee, spices and some food. It was also nice to have laminate flooring instead of the usual tiles. The check-in was easy, the flat was clean and everything worked perfectly. In addition, the flat was really quiet due to its location in the backyard. Little daylight - but this is probably more of an advantage in summer. You have to walk a bit or take the bus to the centre

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like. My only slight negative is that the bed was a little hard, but some people prefer that.

Nice little extras such as sweets and some basics in the fridge such as bread, cheese, juice and yoghurt. Hosts were amazing. I loved Exarchia, great cafes and a vibrant vibe. The apartment has an inner courtyard and this ensured practically zero noise from outside. Nick met us outside and showed us all we needed to know about his place and the area in which it was located. He even sourced a power adapter for us as we had brought the wrong one. The apartment is a short taxi ride from Syntagma Square or a 15 min walk from the nearest metro.

• Rahsan (8/5): We would like to stay again when we go to Athens. - The accommodation is centrally located and everything is as written and the photos are the same. The little treats were a nice gesture. The owner was very helpful to us. I think a full-length mirror would be nice:)
• Christian (10/5): Excellent - Well located at the heart of Exarchia with lots of great restaurants and bars around. Beautiful and large flat in a very nice building. Super friendly host who was always quick to respond to any questions. Loved the location but if you want to be close to public transport, be aware it’s a 20 minute walk to the metro. Not too much of a hassle, unless it’s 40+ degrees 🥵

He even has coffee, and some food available for guests as well. It’s just over a mile walk to the attractions of Athens, so not bad at all! The hot water for the shower does not last very long.

• Gianmarco (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice apt! I really enjoyed my stay there. Exarkia is a very interesting neiborhood, but now its touristification is over control. Support and buy from little and local shops, if you want to go to fancy bars and restaurants please go away from Exarkia, don't fund its gentrification. No complains regarding the accomodation. Oki metro sten plateia!

• Bernadette (10/5): Lovely appartement with a great host. - Nick's appartment is not only located close to the centre, clean and comfortable it also offers everything you need. From a washing machine to a bread toaster. But the best is that Nick really takes care of his guests. In the fridge you will find all you need for your breakfast, there are all kinds of coffee and tea and he has even thought of supplying items like toothpaste. Ideal when you arrive late direct from the airport. Communication is quick and clear and because he lives close by no hassle to check in, he will be waiting for you at the appartement. The entire setting is perfect for couples but also for women alone or as in my case, traveling with a child. Highly recommended.

It's in a lovely neighbourhood in Athens, a bit more residential and artsy with a friendly and cool vibe. Would stay here again any time and highly recommend!
