• Javier (3/5): Sucio, ruidoso y caro para lo que ofrece - Buena localización Sucio, mal cuidado y en un edificio que daba miedo. La ducha tenía mugre acumulada, pelos por el baño y la basura tenía papeles. Zona con mucho ruido hasta tarde y con un colchón muy duro. Hay tablas más blandas que ese colchón. El wifi no funcionaba bien al tener poco ancho de banda.

• James (10/5): Central location. - Central location. Ermou is a pedestrian walking street between Syntagma and Monastiraki. The street performer with loud drums in the evening outside this place.

La pulizia della stanza insufficiente,il cestino del bagno non veniva svuotato regolarmente, cosa abbastanza problematica considerando che la carta igienica non può essere buttata nel water. Inoltre, il rubinetto della doccia non era ben ancorato al muro e di spostava durante l'utilizzo.

• Stephen (8/5): Small - Fantastic spot near Monostiraki Sq and station, and walking distance to Omonia Sq (handy for bus tours!). Neat and comfortable little place, just note no bag storage generally but there are a number of options nearby if required. Oh, and a nice view of the Acropolis!!

Tous les points d’intérêt touristiques sont facilement accessibles à pied en quelques minutes. La vue directe sur l’Acropole est un grand plus. Excellent rapport qualité prix. Petite remarque cependant, la rue est animée en soirée avec notamment des musiciens qu’on entend jouer jusqu’à minuit environ. Déconseillé à ceux qui se couchent tôt ou souhaitent passer la soirée dans leur chambre.

• Luke (10/5): In the Best Location - The apartment was modern and clean. The location was perfect! It was in the middle of shopping, restaurants, tourist sites. It was very close to the metro station. It was in an ideal location, and yet very quiet because it faced away from the street. The building hallway was old and cluttered.

• Βασίλης Πρωτοπαπάς (9/5): - Εμεινα μονο ενα βραδυ. Εξαιρετικη σχεση ποιοτητας-τιμης. Επι της Ερμου, χαμηλα κοντα στο Μοναστηρακι. Παλαιο κτιριο αλλα ασφαλες. Το στουντιο ηταν μεγαλο, με ολες τις ανεσεις. Καθαρο. Ζεστο νερο συνεχως, μεχρι και παντογλες μπανιου. Πολυ ησυχο το βραδυ. Θα ξαναμενα.

• Miamiliotou (7/5): - Τοποθεσια Αριστη Δεν εχει ντουλαπα και τα ρουχα σκονιζονται.επισης πολυ στενα στην τουαελεττα και πρεπει το γαυλι στον καθρεφτη να μετακινηθει γιατι οταν σκυβεις να νυφτεις κτυπας πανω.

• Angela (6/5): Pragmatische Wahl, aber doch weniger gut als erwartet - Sehr gute Lage, um sowohl nach Piräus als auch zum Flughafen zu gelangen - beides ist ohne Umsteigen möglich. Das Zimmer lag nach hinten heraus und war damit relativ ruhig. Das Zimmer an sich war sauber, aber die ganze Ausstattung war alt, wirkte "ramschig" und zusammengewürfelt und sah auf den Bildern deutlich besser aus. Der Flur, auf dem das Zimmer liegt, war seltsam, es sah aus wie ein verlassenes Geschäft oder ähnliches. Das Bett war für uns unbequem, ich spürte auf meiner Seite eine Feder und hab mich alles in allem nicht wohl darin gefühlt. Wir haben zum dritten Mal in dieser Preisklasse in Athen übernachtet und die anderen Unterkünfte waren besser bzw. viel besser. Ich denke, der einzige Pluspunkt ist hier die Lage. Wir haben diese nur für eine Nacht aus praktischen Gründen gewählt. Für einen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt würde ich nicht hier wohnen wollen, da gibt es wesentlich schönere Gegenden.

• PANTELEIMON (10/5): Υπέροχη διαμονή, απίστευτη εξυπηρέτηση - Άριστη διαμονή, καθαρό κατάλυμα το οποίο επισκέπτομαι για 2η φορά καθώς είναι στο κέντρο , είναι όλα πεντακάθαρα, και η εξυπηρέτηση είναι άμεση και άριστη. Εξαιρετικός ο κ Μιχάλης και ο πατέρας του καθώς ήρθε αμέσως και μας έφερε κάτι έξτρα που ζητήσαμε. Υπάρχει απόλυτη ησυχία ενώ βρίσκεσαι στο κεντρικότερο μέρος, απόλυτη ασφάλεια καθώς μπαίνεις στο κτίριο με κωδικούς. Το δωμάτιο έχει βραστήρα, καφετιέρα, τσάι/καφέδες, μαρμελαδίτσες, μπισκοτάκια. Μοσχοβολάνε οι πετσέτες και καθώς μείναμε 6 βράδια ζητήσαμε και επιπλέον πετσέτες που μας τις έφεραν αμέσως
• STAVROS (10/5): Άψογα - Εντελώς κεντρικά και με ασφάλεια (βγαίνεις άφοβα ακόμα και μεταμεσονύχτια) , στον πιο κεντρικό δρόμο της Αθήνας με τα περισσότερα καταστήματα και στο δωμάτιο δεν ακουγόταν τίποτα απολύτως και άριστα από θέμα καθαριότητας και παροχών. Άριστη σχέση ποιότητας -τιμης.Ελπίζω ο ιδιοκτήτης να μη βλεπει τα σχόλια για να μην ανεβάσει τις τιμές γιατί σίγουρα θα το ξανα προτιμήσουμε!!! 😄

• Adriana (10/5): Muy recomendado - La ubicación es excepcional, las vistas del acrópolis desde la ventana, esta muy limpio, bien equipado. Esta muy céntrico y hay algo de ruido por la noche, recomiendo llevar tapones si te molesta el ruido y antifaz porque la cortina deja pasar algo de luz.

• Anaiti (8/5): - Ήταν πολύ άνετο το διαμέρισμα με πολύ καλή τοποθεσία και καθαρό Στο ντους ήταν πολύ χαμηλά τοποθετημένο το τηλέφωνο με αποτέλεσμα να μην μπορεί κάποιος να κάνει μπάνιο άνετα..Το πιστολάκι για τα Μαλλιά δεν ήταν στην καλύτερη κατάσταση καθώς απουσίαζαν κομμάτια από πάνω.. Θα μπορούσε να είχε έξτρα ακόμη 2 πετσέτες μπάνιου..

• Maria Thessaloniki (8/5): - Διαθεσιμότητα καταλύματος νωρίτερα από την ώρα του τσεκ ιν και για αυτό ευχαριστούμε τον ιδιοκτήτη. Πολύ καλές, αναλυτικές οδηγίες για την είσοδο μας στο δωμάτιο. Η τοποθεσία ήταν καλή για την ακτίνα στην οποία κινηθήκαμε. Λίγο ενοχληθήκαμε το βράδυ όταν περνούσαν μεθυσμένοι την Ερμού και έκαναν φασαρία. Η καθαριότητα επιδέχεται βελτίωση.

Ειδικα σε πράγματα όπως τα μαχαιροπίρουνα και ο βραστ - Ήταν σε πολύ κεντρικό σημείο Τα μαχαιροπίρουνα ήταν βρώμικα, ο βραστήρας είχε μέσα άλατα και νερό απο τους προηγούμενους και το βάζο με τον καφέ ήταν μέσα στην σκόνη
• Αθανασιος (6/5): Οκ - Ωραία τοποθεσία στο κέντρο Πολύ βολικό για άτομα που δεν γνωρίζουν καλά την πολη. Είναι κοντά σε πολλές περιοχές Όταν μπήκαμε δεν ήταν καθαρό το δωμάτιο που αντιλαμβάνομαι ότι λογο φόρτου εργασίας μπορεί να μην ήταν εφικτό αλλά ήμασταν κουρασμένοι από το ταξίδι. Ένα άλλο δωμάτιο θα ήταν καλύτερα από το να μας πει ο οικοδεσπότης ότι φύγετε και θα έρθει η καθαρίστρια.
• Mauro (9/5): Comfortable and Central Apartment - Very central apartment with excellent value for money. The main streets are just below the apartment, so you don’t even need the metro to get around. In the evenings, street noise can be a bit loud, but at night everything is quiet. We stayed only one night, but I would definitely recommend this apartment. I would just improve the bathroom: it is spacious, but the sink is quite small and, above all, the glass shelf above it makes it awkward to use comfortably. Everything else was fine.
• Szymon (6/5): - Świetna lokalizacja w centrum Aten z widokiem na wzgórze Akropol. Klimatyzacja działa bez zarzutu, wyposażenie aneksu kuchennego i łazienki bardzo dobre, wygodne i duże łóżko. Hałas z ulicy był nieznośny, okna nieszczelne. Na pierwszy rzut oka apartament był czysty, jednak po pobycie zauważyliśmy pogryzienia przez pluskwy...
