• Salih (8/5): Bizim için keyifli, memnun kaldığımız üç gecelik bir konaklama oldu. - Eşyalar ve ev iyi durumdaydı, kaldığımız sürece rahat ettik. Temizliğe dikkat edildiği belliydi. Terlik, temizlik ekipmanları gibi otellerde gördüğümüz ama bnb’lerde görmeye alışık olmadığımız malzemeler hazır edilmişti. Sinek kovucu, şemsiye, çamaşır deterjanı gibi ufak detaylar hoşumuza gitti. Mahremiyet bizim için önemli bir konu; dış camın yansıtmalı cam olması dışardan içerinin görülme riskini azaltıyordu ki zaten perdeleri kullandığımızda içeri güneş ışığı bile giremiyordu. Balkon korunaklıydı ama karşı bina biraz yakın olduğundan balkonun tadını çok çıkaramadık. Binanın iç yalıtımı çok iyi olmadığı için diğer dairelerden gelen sesleri sıkça duyduk.

Man darf sich nicht vom aussehen des Hauses und der Umgebung abschrecken lassen :) Im Apartment findet man alles was man braucht. Eine Anleitung für warm Wasser, Fernsehen und….. liegt aus und sollte gut gelesen werden. Das „Exit“ leucht Ding war viel zu hell, habe es mit einem Tuch abgedeckt 🫣

• Benedetto (10/5): Perfect stay in Athen. Don’t think twice to book it. - Everything. Good price for quality and location. The apartment is like in the photo, perfect for two people with everything you need for a few days. We stayed 9 days. Elena was an amazing host, she really cares about their guest and wants to make sure your stay is perfect. The apartment is close to Omonia station, walkable distance from city center and also nice vibrant area in the surrounding with cafe, bars and restaurants. Early november is still warm in Athens so we could use the balcony. Not a big deal if you’re here for leisure and stay out for most of the day. Wifi wasn’t that powerful and since I was also working from home, that was not ideal. Elena’s support was exceptional and provided a better solution in just a few hours.

There was also a washing machine, which was great for doing laundry after several days of travel in other countries. The host was friendly. We paid €206 for two nights, so we didn’t expect the apartment to be located on such a narrow and shabby street. We had informed the host of our arrival time in advance, but when we arrived, no one responded to our messages or calls. We stood outside the old iron gate feeling upset and unsafe until the host showed up. At one point, a large man entered through the iron gate and shouted at us as we waited for the lift. It was a frightening experience.

Elena was warm and welcoming, she was at the property for check in and gave useful information about the apartment and local area. Apartment is perfect for one or two people, spotlessly clean, has everything you could need, is comfortable and quiet at night. 2 mins walk to Omonia metro, 15 minutes to Syntagma. Nothing :)

Night Club next street, so people on weekends on the streets, but no loud music.
• Max (10/5): Perfect apartment for a city trip 😊 - The title tells the whole story, the apartment was spotlessly clean, very nice interior and also very central. We only walked 10 minutes to the majority of sights and if a further walk would have been required, the metro station was only 3 minutes away and metro is pretty affordable in Athens (1,20€ per person single ride). Apartment is very quiet as it is located in a side street and on the 7th floor with elevators. Elena is a very nice hostess and very responsive. When we visit Athens again, we will definitely stay with you again, thanks Elena for having us 😊

It's impeccably clean, and its location couldn't be more convenient – right in the heart of the city center! However, the most remarkable aspect of our stay was the incredible hospitality we experienced. Unfortunately, we accidentally left our wallet behind, which contained numerous important cards. Thankfully, the host discovered it and went above and beyond, promising to help us retrieve and return it. We are immensely grateful for their kindness. We must admit that we were a bit apologetic about not keeping the property as pristine as we found it, but to our surprise, the host had already taken care of everything, restoring the apartment to its spotless state. Their dedication to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness is truly commendable. Our stay was so enjoyable and memorable that we couldn't resist sharing it with our followers on Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms. By the way,Athens is a very beautiful city and almost everyone speaks English very well. please see my photos below,really beautiful, I really enjoyed my stay in Athens and this lovely apartment. During my stay, I often found myself leaving early in the morning and returning late at night. As a result, whenever I arrived at the apartment, it was usually quite dark. However, since it was necessary to lock the door behind me, I faced a slight challenge. The keyhole was not easily visible in the dim lighting, and unfortunately, the magnet couldn't be directly connected to the power supply. To overcome this hurdle, I resorted to using the flashlight on my phone. By illuminating the keyhole with the phone's light, I was able to navigate and lock the door without any inconvenience. While it would have been more convenient to have better lighting in that area, my quick solution with the phone's flashlight did the trick. I must commend the host for their understanding and accommodating nature throughout my stay. Despite the occasional darkness upon my arrival, it didn't overshadow the overall positive experience. Their hospitality and attentiveness made up for any minor inconveniences I encountered. Overall, my time in the apartment was truly enjoyable, and I would gladly recommend it to others.

The location is great - about 10 minutes to the centre so you're out of the hustle and bustle and can get some quiet. Can feel a bit dodgy at night so I wouldn't walk alone... Bed is super comfy and great facilities!

We could make small meals on the 2 burner stove with tea and coffee. Elena, the host, was excellent. We arrived late from a flight and she was at the property to meet us. She showed us around the apartment explaining how things worked. When we said we wanted to do some laundry, she dropped off a drying rack for us. She explained the nearby shopping etc. Elena arranged a taxi to pick us up at the airport and at the end, to take us to the Cruise terminal. Her attention to detail was excellent. The location was good, particularly if you walk down the street,there are a number of restaurants nearby. we walked everywhere in Athens. The building itself is a bit tired, but the apartment was excellent and luxurious.
