• Chrysi (10/5): Lovely stay! - What a wonderful stay! The apartment was at a great location, parking was surprisingly easy to find (probably because we visited during Easter time), it was insanely well-equipped, sparkling-clean and the host was so helpful and welcoming. There were also tons of toys for kids to play with, and even welcome-snacks waiting for us in the kitchen. We 100% recommend this place! Everything was great!
• achp (7/5): Very good place, especially for prolonged stays; but slightly overdecorated - Overall a positive experience. The location is great - less than 20-minute walk from Acropolis, slightly over 30 minutes to Syntagma or Panathenaic stadium. Philopappou Hill with a decent park (with excellent views over the Parthenon) mere 5 minutes (but be aware that it has no lights after dark). There also are trolleybuses towards Acropolis, Syntagma and other locations - the stop is just 3 minutes away. The place itself is quiet but only a few steps from a bustling area with lots of restaurants, bars, cafés etc. The kitchen is excellently equipped and stocked in terms of both kitchenware and seasonings - maybe the best stocked kitchen we encountered during over our travels (and it is quite important to us because we like home-cooked breakfasts). Very valuable for longer stays. The bathroom is very clean and had all the necessary stuff, including plenty towels, toiletries, hairdryer etc. There is a plenty of room to store one's luggage and belongings, which is very convenient for longer stays. A nice touch was a welcome gift from the host. The bedroom feels a bit cramped. At night one could bump into things quite easily. The bed was soft. The shower area is also small, and it’s easy to hit the faucet while using it. The decoration is a bit excessive (vases, garlands, pillows) - the space feels somewhat cluttered, and sometimes you need to move them just to have some table space to put off a book. Somewhat irritating was that the intercom was quite loud whenever neighbors entered the building, which could be disturbing.
• Asit (10/5): My first stay in Greece and will be hard to beat. - George has everything meticulously thought out to make your stay comfortable. The kitchen setup was exceptional - every appliance you need. The bedroom setup was exceptional. The location was exceptional with the Acropolis at walking distance. The M2 metro (Sigrou-Fix) was just a 7 minute walk. Hot water was plentiful. Ah! Size of the bath. You have to stand perfectly vertical in one spot . No place to move. Not a deal breaker.

• RCS1962 (8/5): Fabulous location, great facilities, firm (!) mattress - Great location - farmers market on the next street every Friday is wonderful; easy access to city by bus or short walk to metro; plenty of food options nearby. Mattress is uncomfortably firm and the bed is too low to store any luggage underneath.

O box do banheiro é pequeno. Estacionar o carro pode ser um pouco desafiador. Poderia ter um pouco menos de elementos decorativos para o hóspede se acomodar melhor.

• 2 Paolo (10/5): - Appartamento veramente accogliente, pulitissimo, fornito di tutto il necessario per una permanenza di più giorni. Ci ha colpito l' attenzione per piccoli particolari che hanno reso il soggiorno davvero confortevole! La posizione è strategica per raggiungere facilmente a piedi le zone di maggior interesse, a circa 500 metri c'è comunque la fermata della metropolitana . Nonostante non ci sia un parcheggio privato è facile trovare un posto gratuito per la macchina nelle strade circostanti (noi l' abbiamo trovato proprio di fronte al palazzo!). Vicino ci sono supermercati, bar e locali; consigliamo in particolare il forno Rizos proprio di fronte alle finestre (che ci è stato indicato dal gentilissimo proprietario!). Se proprio dobbiamo indicare una cosa negativa è la doccia, piccola con tenda scorrevole...ma per cui in effetti pensiamo sia difficile trovare un' alternativa e che comunque non ha compromesso la piacevole permanenza nella struttura.
• Roberto (10/5): Ottimo e consigliato - L’appartamento è curato e pulitissimo. Non è grandissimo, percui per 2 é perfetto in 4 si sta un po’ stretti ma ci si sta. La posizione è ottima. L’host é stato di aiuto e subito disponibile. Abbiamo trovato un pensierino di benvenuto e ci sono dei lego e giochi per i bambini. C’è la lavasciuga. La doccia è minuscola 60x40cm, una persona normale comunque ci sta.

Квартира очень уютная, с первой минуты чувствуешь себя как дома. Очень приятная новая мебель, приятные милые мелочи, в квартире стоит приятный аромат. Нас ждал приветственный подарок от хозяина, что было очень неожиданно, но безусловно запомнилось. Удобно, что для детей есть игрушки, что сильно порадовало нашего сына. В ванной много полотенец, средства гигиены на высшем уровне. При выезде мы попросили о позднем чек ауте и нам пошли навстречу, за что огромное спасибо хозяину! Очень сложно найти, на что можно пожаловаться, потому что всё прошло очень классно. Квартира продуманная и хозяин 24/7 готов прийти на помощь. Единственный момент, который можно с натяжкой записать в недостатки: на телевизоре нет SmartTV, так что мы не смогли подключить Нетфликс, Ютуб. Но вместо этого мы просто посмотрели вестерн, который шел в тот вечер по ТВ.

It is perfect for a family — we were two adults and two children aged 13 and 16 — and found it spacious, clean, and nicely maintained. The location is excellent, just 15–20 minutes from the Acropolis and Ermou Street for shopping. Our host was extremely kind and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the area.
• anne (10/5): 非常暖心的住宿体验，房东很友好 - 房东准备了好多吃的和喝的，提前打开了空调，非常贴心。房间干净，一应俱全，像在这里有个家一样温馨。从地铁要步行十来分钟到达，有点坡需要爬。不过越靠近卫城越有坡度。从住宿步行15分钟就能到达卫城博物馆和卫城，非常方便了。 床偏软，软到有点塌了。周五早晨楼下有个集市，四五点开始有卡车卸货的声音，但是对于想带孩子逛集市的人来说，早晨起床流连在美丽的鲜花和各种水果蔬菜前，真的感觉太好了。

Lo recomendamos. Nos gustó todo en general pero si pudiéramos hacer una sugerencia seria que hubiera una escoba y una sarten pequeña.

• Mladen (10/5): Exceptional - If someone says that something is not perfect, know that they are not telling the truth about both the host and the apartment. The apartment has everything you need, from toys for children to a washing machine. The host even left a bottle of wine and snacks. That has not happened to us so far. If we go to Athens again we will definitely come back here again. All recommendations!
• Tera (10/5): Would absolutely stay here again! - The decor, great AC in living room, only one floor up, close to markets, not too far from Acropolis, and the host was so friendly and helpful. Small shower, microwave faulty, no way to cast from phone to tv (nearly all stations in Greek and had to stream entertainment on phone)
• Zlatko (10/5): Very nice apartment, good location - Great apartment. Fine size, excellent location, close to trolley bus, metro not far and most of the major sights within the walking distance. We had no problem with parking in the street. Great bakery right under the window, and grill couple of minutes away, recommended by George. Bed was too soft for my aching back.
• Maria (10/5): Fabulous accommodation in a great area - The host was extremely helpful and the accommodation was fabulous. The property was very comfortable and clean with every amenity you would need or want and the host provided some nice little extras such as bottled water, wine, juice, chocolate and biscuits as well as shampoo/soap/shower gel and body lotion. The location was excellent. It was in a quiet road but just a couple of minutes walk to excellent shops, restaurants and bars and trolley bus. The metro was a 10 minute walk and approximately 20 minutes away from the Acropolis area. There was nothing that we didn’t like.

• Allison (9/5): Very comfortable stay in good location. - Great location. We have stayed in Koukaki before so knew it was easy to get to the main sites and had lots of good places to eat nearby. Very well equipped and nice welcome touches. It was very quiet at night and the air con in lounge and bedroom were vital! Nothing major but the fact the name on the apartment is different to the name we booked confused me. The owner responded very quickly when I double checked so all was fine.

• Franchesca (10/5): A hidden gem in Athens - This is a hidden gem in Athens! The location is amazing, great restaurants around, and about a 30-minute walk to the Acropolis! If it's too hot the bus is only a 5 min walk away. This apartment is so cute and feels homey. It was convenient to have a washer/dryer on hand and the AirCon is a blessing on the scorching days!! We didn't meet George but when I did ask a question he was so prompt in response. He also left snacks, and a complimentary bottle of wine for us to enjoy! Most of all I was so impressed with how accommodating they were to my 10-month-old baby. On request, I was able to get a baby bed ready for us and they had so many toys for my son to play with! We loved this place and we would use this apartment again.

• Igor (10/5): Exceptional - Thanks a lot to George for such an exceptional apartment! Excellent location- a couple of minutes walk to the bus stop, 10 minutes walk to the Colosseum museum. Lots of places to eat a variety of food on the next street, grocery stores. The kitchen has everything that you need. Bottle of wine, gift, and some snacks. I definitely recommend staying here!

• Jessica (10/5): Quiet and clean apartment with modern creature comforts in a nice centrally located neighborhood. - Modern, clean, and well appointed space with little luxuries that we especially appreciated (e.g., a wash dryer, great AC in the bedroom area). The location was wonderful for us - close enough to walk to all the attractions in the city center, but free from the throng of tourists and a chance to experience more “local life”. The bakery nearby (recommended in George’s guidebook) was 10/10 and we loved the surprise of a local farmers market that took place just outside the apartment on one of the days we were there. George also went above and beyond to make sure our honeymoon stay was absolutely perfect!! Highly recommend staying here! N/A

• Philippe (10/5): 10/10, book this place now! - Our stay in the apartment was fantastic. It is very roomy and tastefully decorated, as well as being fully equipped for longer stays with a full kitchen, washer/dryer for laundry and large living room. Communication with the host was great, and he had a lot of recommendations for us to enjoy our stay in Athens. The neighbourhood is also great, with a lot of restaurants and bakeries right around the corner. It is just far enough from the touristy areas to feel more authentic while remaining extremely charming and welcoming. We had heard mixed reviews of Athens in general, but our stay in this apartment and neighbourhood really had us wondering what people were on about.. we loved Athens and would come back anytime!

Apartment not far from major historical sites but the neighbourhood itself was not touristy. Would stay here again. Noise from the road was bit loud into the night, but not surprising given it's a busy city, and not unique to this apartment.
• Timothy (9/5): Great place to stay in Athens - Cozy, well-equipped and clean. 15-20 minute walk to the Monastiraki/Plaka area. The immediate area has a good number of great cafes, restaurants and access to groceries. Our host was easy to reach and very responsive. Sofa bed in the living room was quite uncomfortable. Difficult to use the shower without getting the bathroom floor wet (host did provide enough towels to wipe the floor)

• K. (9/5): Great place to put up for couples thinking of a long stay in Athens. - Location was great, its close to all the historical sites and Plaka shopping district. There are also many grocery shops, convenient stores and restaurants in the neighbourhood. Nothing I can think of, if I had to nitpick, it'll be the dark lobby and hall area of the apartment. Other than that, overall its fine.

• Ele (10/5): A flat that feels like home! - The flat is Modern and clean . It is perfect for 4 persons (2 adults/2 kids). It feels like you are in your house cause it provides everything you could need . There are plenty of parking spaces around the area. The most important is that the Communication with Mr George was excellent and he always tried to give us the best service !!!
