• Robert (9/5): We had a lovely stay and would happily return to the accommodation. - Our host,Doros, met us at the apartment and gave us full details of the accommodation and controls etc. He also gave us very good recommendations for local restaurants and getting around the city.
• Jan (9/5): - Der Gastgeber war sehr zuvorkommend und mega nett! Er hat uns mit allen wichtigen Informationen von der Anreise bis hin zu wertvollen Tipps versorgt – unkompliziert und echt hilfreich. Die Räumlichkeiten sind sehr schön eingerichtet und wie auf den Bildern dargestellt. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt! Alles bestens! Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden.
• Thomas (9/5): Schönes Apartment im belebten Viertel - Lage in einem belebten Viertel, nicht fern der Altstadt und der archäologischen Stätten. Gute ÖPNV Anbindungen, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, viele Bars und Restaurants in der Nähe. Perfekt um das authentische Athen zu erleben. Der Aufzug ist etwas klein geraten, ansonsten war alles top.

• Zita (9/5): Certainly interesting experience to stay so close to Lycabetta Hill that we walked up to the cable car and back. Had a w - Great apartment layout. The air conditioning through out was a very welcome relief. The manager was especially helpful with early and late bag storage as well as many recommendations. Close to Lycabetta Hill. Two metro stops from the Acropolis and Acropolis Museum. Nothing. All great.
• Lucia (8/5): Bellissimi musei a ancora tante cose da scoprire! - Nell’appartamento, moderno, con un’ampia terrazza (purtroppo essendo gennaio, non abbiamo potuto sfruttarla..). Lenzuola di qualità. 10 minuti a piedi dalla metro e 18 minuti a piedi da vari bellissimi musei. Baretti, ristorantini e negozietti vari tutt’attorno. Stoviglie scarse…: 2 forchette, storte e spaiate! Pentole dal fondo scrostato e neanche una tazzina per la macchinetta del caffè! Il wifi non funzionava bene e dovendo lavorare un po’ da remoto questo è stato un po’ un problema. Inoltre servirebbe una mappa della città e l’ufficio informazioni turistiche dovrebbe distribuire del materiale che gli operatori mettano a disposizione dei turisti.. invece é chiuso definitivamente 🤬
• Popescu (10/5): Ne-am simtit foarte bine, apartamentul este primitor, dotat cum se cuvine, terasa este exceptionala. - Locatia este foarte aproape de zonele de interes precum Parthenon (17 min), Muzeul de Arheologie (10 min). Zona este inconjurata de cafenele, baruri, restaurante. Daca vrei sa faci o vizita in cartierul KOLONAKI ajungi in maxim 10 minute.

• Kyle (10/5): Best way to experience Athens - Great views, tons of space in the apartment and on the balcony, washer/dryer helpful, convenient location to city center, owner/management really friendly, beds were comfortable and blackout shutters worked perfectly. Owners provided great recommendations for food close to the apartment. Awkward door in the shower room

• Brandt (8/5): I would stay here again when in Greece! - The apartment had great space, was comfortable and had all the amenities one would need for a week's stay. Bonus, I appreciated the coffee they provided. I loved the location. You were in a cute neighborhood where locals lived. Great restaurants and bars nearby. Likewise in easy walking distance the the tourist attractions. Lastly, the host was amazing. He was easy to reach with questions and helped us with extra night's stay due to a family emergency.

• Liz (8/5): Great fav polities and location. - Location was fine, not too busy or touristy - can see how the locals live. Very secure. Doros was very responsive to any queries. Big fridge, good amenities, good views. Overall we would certainly stay here again. Could be a little cleaner, especially outside.
• Sara (9/5): Charming comfortable stay tucked away from tourist center - The host met us when we arrived from the airport and gave us the keys personally. He offered several recommendations on food, shopping, and sightseeing in English. During our trip, he was available via Whatsapp for questions, new recommendations, and to help us navigate specific situations where translation was helpful. He helped arrange a shuttle back to the airport for us. We had a better time in Athens because our host was so hospitable! Kitchen is stocked with basic needs, including a few pots and pans, some dishes, and a nespresso machine. TV is streaming services only. You can cast from your phone or sign into your account on the TV. Patio is beautiful and added so much to our trip. Shower water pressure was fantastic. There are no windows in the unit, but there are doors to the outside in every room, including the full-wall door in the living room. Doors have screens and it's lovely to have them open in the evening. AC works great and helps especially in the heat of the day. A note for US travelers - this apartment is in a neighborhood, not a tourist area. The building has a small elevator and the lobby is not staffed. Trash and recycling are disposed of in collective bins around the neighborhood. Local people are living their lives. There is a lot of graffiti, but it didn't bother us at all, and we felt much safer around the apartment than in the tourist areas -- where tourists can be targets for petty theft. We were able to get to the tourist areas easily in a taxi, or it's a nice walk. Elevator is small, slow, and necessary since the unit is on the 6th floor (7th floor by US standards). For more than two people, you'll need to take turns.

• Karen (9/5): The location of this beautifully firnished and modern apartment, as well as the warm welcome we received made our stay r - We were met at the apartment by the most friendly and helpful person EVER! (Thank you, Doros!) His immediate tips for restaurants and a supermarket in the area helped us to settle in after a long and tiring trip. This really made us feel at home. The apartment is beautifully renovated and tastefully furnished. It is on a quiet, very safe, but rundown-looking street - but that‘s describing much of Athens, I guess!. It is in an excellent location for reaching traditional sightseeing and ports. These are mostly a short Uber ride away - in cooler months, perhaps some sights are reachable even on foot. For a family of 4, the bathroom was a bit awkwardly laid out - sink behind the door - and the floor was very slippery if anyone was using or had just used the shower. Kitchen utensils were a bit random, e.g. there were only 2 wine glasses, not enough water glasses, and random numbers of cutlery. But the many nearby Taverna made it more desirable to eat out anyway.

• Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional apartment, wonderful responsive host. We would highly recommend! - The property was great. It was fully equipped with anything you could think of which was very nice. The only thing was that the AC was not working in the bedrooms so it was incredibly hot and difficult to sleep. We did let the host know, so hopefully he can get that fixed and the place would be perfect.

• Anonymous (1/5): Dangerous - Location Dangerous place. The radiator fell off the wall and it was by pure chance that our two-year old was not injured. Air-conditioning not really working, head shower broken. We asked for a refund but the owner refused to give us one.

Great apartment, lots of space and facilities Shower head needed replacing due to water flow. The linen would benefit from an upgrade. The street is very busy and almost impossible to find car parking, so recommend public transport or taxi.

Highly recommended. it is in Exarchion district, full of bars and restaurants and bookshops and vintage clothing shops. walking distance to all the classical sites, but not touristy like Psyrri etc.
