• Annabel (6/5): Bien placé , bien équipé. Dos sensible s’abstenir. - Très bien placé, très calme et très bien équipé. Le lit est très inconfortable. Il faut le remplacer. Il y a également un problème d’odeur nauséabonde à la salle de bain même en bouchant les bondes.
• Panagiotis (9/5): A cozy, clean and convenient place in the heart of Athens. - A cozy, clean, and warm apartment near Kolonaki and Syntagma Square, while its convenient location served the purpose of my trip! I will definitely choose it again on my next visit to Athens. There was nothing that I didn’t like.

• Rainelda (9/5): Our stay was perfect, lots of good restaurants in the area. - Location. Breakfast only no room to cook anything else! Not that we would have cooked anything else.. We were very satisfied with the apartment. Kitchen was very small but we never expected it to be other than that.

• Ioannis (8/5): Overall good short stay - Great location. The appartment was arranged to be superclean. For an appartment overlooking in the back yard of buildings it was quite. Lots of amenities just outside the door of the building. Very easy to reach from the airport. Close to syntagma, panathinaiko stadium, kolonaki square etc. The owner was very polite via messages and super responsive! Would be better to be mentioned that the appartment is underground, that the garden is common. By this it gives the customer the option.The hummidity signs on the walls are difficult to keep away but that together with the assosiated smell is not very nice. We tried to sit on the veranda outside and an a/c unit from above was driping on us so it was outputting. A strong smell of naphthalene stands in the corridor going down the stairs towards the room.

Merci Mirka ☺️ Comme il n'y a qu'une seule porte fenêtre ça sent un peu le renfermé mais ce n'est pas horrible non plus. Faut bien aérer une fois dans l'appartement

Very cozy with a great outside courtyard, and includes everything you might need for a short or long term stay! Mirka the host was extremely friendly and highly responsive throughout my stay and Natassa from housekeeping who does everything with a smile will ensure the apt. is squeeky clean filled with her genuine positive energy! Highly recommend!!

• Marisa (9/5): Superb - The studio is very clean. It's located in a very nice area with easy access to the metro. At the entrance in the building there is a small set of stairs and the light doesn't turn on until you are nearly at the door.

• Holly (10/5): A very safe location, next to Evangelismos metro, easy to get around. - Just like the pictures. Very cute, cosy and comfortable. Has everything you need. Host communication was great and I had no issues at all with my stay. The air condition does drip from above but it’s manageable. (did not ruin my stay)
• Justo (10/5): Feeling like a local in Athens - The property was perfectly situated in the city close to a variety of cafes, restaurants and bars.what is great was that it was a 2 min walk to the metro station which makes it additionally easier to travel around. I did like that the area seems to be very local so the hustle of tourists is just not there, it’s a great place to be in the evening after a long day of walking around the tourist attractions It’s something that no one can control but it was the noise coming from some type construction that started around 7am. If you have the patio doors closed then you don’t hear it. Just keep in mind you are In The city and are surrounded by apartments.

• Marco (2/5): Uncomfortable - The position Underground, no light, unbearable small, mold in the bathroom, uncomfortable bed, noise from neighbors, it is not a garden just a table and chairs on a internal court and no privacy because of the shared space with the neighbors.

• Zeta (9/5): Great, central flat for a short stay. Not recommended for a longer stay, due to the mold. - The location was perfect; it was very central and with a lot of amenities around. Arriving to the flat from the airport was easy. A lovely lady met us at the location, to hand us the keys. The communication with the host was excellent. A mosquito repeller was available and very much needed. Shampoo, Shower gel, towels, iron were also provided. The flat is not on the ground floor, as advertised, but in the basement. There was, however, enough light coming in the room from the yard. The mold in the bathroom was off putting. The smell of mold was strong every time we entered the flat.
• Melda (8/5): Very good - Arriving to the studio from the airport is super easy. The location is perfect-20 mins walking distance from Syntagma. The room was pretty clean. We had no complaints about our stay.

Emmy, the manager, and the owner were extremely helpful, starting with arrival and especially in helping me to resolve an emergency issue after I accidentally left my passport in a drawer! I was able to be on my way. Much appreciated! I would be happy to stay again and plan to.
• Ellh (7/5): Mixed feelings but I still would recommend this property - It's the second time I booked this appartment as the location is perfect, central, near metro station. It's comfortable and has a good wi-fi, a small kitchen and a sitting area. It's a good and safe area to stay. The awkward situation that arised with the host. In short I was asked to pay 20 euros more for an arrival between 10-11 pm but on arrival at 11.15 pm I was asked for 30 euros (my flight was delayed). I got a refund at the end and an excuse from the owner but still, it was an unpleasant situation and exchange. Not sure what would have happened if I didn't have any cash and euros arriving there. The bathroom has a problem as the drain was closed and if you take a short shower the water overflows in the bathroom. Also, there was no brush for the toilet.

• Lellyw (9/5): Great flat. Just a good as the pictures show. - Location was great, it was very close to Evangelismos Station which is on the Airport Metro line, so around 40 mins from the airport. Very well fitted out, everything there apart from the hairdryer. I couldn't find it but I didn't bother the owner to ask about it. Just let my hair dry naturally 😊 No biggie but worth a mention so the owner can look into a solution. The air conditioning unit leaks all over the patio area and unfortunately the upstairs neighbour's did too, onto the table and chairs. We woke up to a soggy table and chairs but just sat inside for breakfast and headed out. Not enough of an issue to change the recommendation to stay here.
• Ellh (9/5): Perfect location and very comfortable - Location was perfect near metro. The appartement was nicely decorated and comfortable. Excellent Wi-Fi. Well equipped. A little restaurant just next with home cooked dishes to take away as well as shops really next to it. The freezer couldn't be used, it was fully blocked by ice. We bought ice cream and had to throw it away. The bathroom door can't open well due to the big washing machine. Pretty noisy during the day due to street work.

• Kelsey (7/5): Nice, cosy appartement close to the metro - Located very close to the metro which is convenient. The room is exactly as seen in pictures so nothing unexpected. Comfy beds and good airconditioning, which is nice in Athens weather :-). No noise from outside. Although mentioned in the description, there was no toilet paper, which is inconvenient when you just arrive and would like to use the toilet. I sent a polite message to the host but unfortunately never got any response. The bin in the bathroom was still full from the previous guests.
