He spent a good deal of time explaining everything at the beginning which was reassuring. Throwing toilet paper in the garbage bin instead of into toilet bowl. Not such a big deal, however not so pleasant.

• Jayne (10/5): I highly recommend this apartment and cannot wait to return. - We stayed at this beautiful apartment in July 2023. It is very clean, modern, well equipped and in a fantastic location. Within easy walking distance to the lake, beach and many bars and restaurants. My family of four had plenty of room for the week’s stay with the much needed added bonus of air conditioning and super WiFi - a must for my teenagers. The host has really thought of everything and those small touches make a considerable difference to your holiday.

They both did not hesitate a moment to go an extra mile to make our stay absolutely wonderful, especially in respect of our need of unusual check-in/check-out hours. Konstantinos also provided us with many useful tips. We will certainly return.

• Marko (9/5): Vouliagmeni gem - top location and great value for money! - The renovation style is great - modern with all necessary amenities. Location is great for those wishing to visit Athens's fanciest beaches, and plenty of cafes and dining options just around the corner. It's a ground floor apartment in the back of the building without any view and poor daylight. We spent most of the day out anyway.
