• George Toulas (4/5): - Check in and out is easy and comfortable. Noone will bother you. To get in you need a code for the main entrance and another code for your room. You receive email with all info. To many cockroaches! Didn't have that issue before, but last time it was... well not enjoyble. Let's be honest, the aparements are in an old building on a very busy road of Athensand once you cross the road, you find yourself in 'katsarides'. This is the greek word for cockroach. However, it is called that because of the quantity and type of people you will see. It is the area where all the street junkies are. As well as the prostitutes. So, if you are interested in sex and drugs, then definitely book it :)

• Agustin (1/5): Muy malo- Muy diferente a las fotos- NO LO VALE - estructuralmente, es muy diferente a lo que se muestra en las fotos. La habitación muy descuidada y sucia, llegué y las sábanas y almohadas estaban manchadas, toallas corroídas, todo tiene aspecto de sucio. Me tocó habitación en el 5to piso (último) y el baño tenía constante olor a cloaca, y el wifi tenía muy debil señal, hasta se cortaba aveces. El colchón de la cama muy incomodó y se hundía hasta tocar la estructura de la cama. Poco abastecido, deberían porveer shampoo, jabón (lo básico) tuve que salir a comprar. La zona es bastante fea, y nunca hubo nadie en recepción del hospedaje para atender mis necesidades, no hay personal presente.

Tiene muchas carencias - La ubicación no estaba mal pero el barrio no parecía muy recomendable porque había gente tirada en el suelo y durmiendo en la calle. Y era una calle ruidosa. En el apartamento olía mal (supongo que eran las tuberías); al hervidero de té le faltaba la parte de abajo y no se podía utilizar; el enchufe de al lado de la cama no funcionaba; en la mesilla había una lámpara pero no había dónde enchufarla, con lo que no se podía utilizar; la cocina estaba muy sucia; pedí una colcha porque hacia frío por la noche y no me contestaron; el último día no había agua caliente.

• Sandra (2/5): Athens are very nice, nice weather, beautiful city centre. But the stay was degrading. - Quite close to the nicer part of Athens (centre). Supermarkets are pretty close. There were ants and i suppose even cockroaches. We informed about an extra guest in the room and asked about the extra charges, they informed us that” there weren’t any” - the next day that we arrived, the manager came and told us that its extra 20 euro. We weren’t informed beforehand about the charges, I even called 1,5 week ahead to ask about it. She, the manager, came and told us that the person we called was her son and didn’t know about the charges. If so, why add the son’s phone number if he doesn’t know about the extras. Very unprofessional. Poor communication with the staff, I asked for towels one day and got them the next day evening. Poor location, full of homeless and dr*gs. No reception, no one to come and help with something. One floor is even in a renovation because of a fire??

Appena arrivata ho subito chiamato l'assistenza perché la camera era veramente in condizioni igieniche pietose, sporca ovunque, piena di polvere e puzzolente di fumo e fogna. Lenzuola bruciate e macchiate chissà da quanto tempo, polvere e peli OVUNQUE, briciole a terra, stoviglie unte e polverose e una cicca masticata appiccicata al frigorifero, per non parlare della zona, piena di tossici e topi morti per strada. Sono letteralmente scappata subito e i conati di vomito non sono mancati. Ovviamente la struttura non risponde nè ai messaggi nè all'assistenza perché sa quanto sono lerci, vergognatevi e chiudete!! FATE VOMITARE.

• Anna (4/5): - One room has a double bed that has no stairs. Non functional amemities, no chair inside. Good thing is that shower and toilet is inside the room. And the fridge.. Modest price. There is no kitchen. Rooms are somewhat small and dark. Receptionist is working only certain hours, hostel doesn't seem to care much about their clients. The area is the worst in the city. There are other hostels in safer areas at the same price, so taking care of the dwellers , basic thing, would have been a great plus of this place.

• Ariel (1/5): INCUBO TOTALE – DA EVITARE ASSOLUTAMENTE - Esperienza semplicemente agghiacciante. Fidatevi: non mettete mai piede in questo posto. Il letto era qualcosa di indecente: sfondato, con le molle che ti entravano nella schiena a ogni minimo movimento. Dormire è stato impossibile. La camera era sporca in modo imbarazzante e aveva un odore nauseante, come se non venisse arieggiata o pulita da settimane. Le foto sono completamente ingannevoli: quello che mostrano non ha nulla a che vedere con la realtà. È praticamente una truffa. La zona è inquietante e per niente sicura: gente che si drogava letteralmente davanti alla porta, urla nel cuore della notte… una situazione surreale e anche un spaventosa. E la porta era rotta e ciò rendeva la cosa ancora più pericoloso. I muri sono sottilissimi, sembrano di carta: si sente tutto. Ho passato la notte con la musica dei vicini a tutto volume senza riuscire a chiudere occhio un secondo. E per finire, il dettaglio più disgustoso: lenzuola sporche, con capelli trovati nel letto. Una cosa inaccettabile. Davvero, uno dei peggiori posti in cui sia mai stato. Evitatelo a ogni costo.

• Sara (1/5): Unzumutbare - Nichts. Bilder entsprechen nicht die Wahrheit. Die Zimmer sehen anders aus. Ich hatte Kakerlaken im Zimmer und im Badezimmer jede Menge Fliegen. Da gab es nicht mal ordentliche Decken. Da war nur eine Wolldecke ohne Bezug, total unhygienisch. Ich konnte aber mein Zimmer kostenlos stornieren.

Порадовала камера хранения, рецепции на месте нет, но быстро отвечают на вопросы через приложение. Нужно учитывать, что район с опасными людьми, но нас это не смущало, нам зависило расстояние к центру города. Запах в душевой. Сгоревший чайник.

• Alejandra Beatriz (1/5): Horrible lugar. - No me hospede porque apenas vi lo sucio y desprolijo de la habitación, tuve que buscar otro lugar, nada era como lo publicado. Tuve que retirarme, porque era imposible quedarse ahí. Nada me gustó, vasos sucios, sábanas sucias, sin calefacción el lugar estaba helada, el baño una vergüenza prácticamente te bañaba y no podes usar inodoro porque estaba pegado. La ducha estaba a la entrada del baño.

• Andjela (1/5): - Our stay was a terrifying experience. During our time here, the apartment directly below ours caught fire and was completely destroyed. We were in serious danger and genuinely feared for our lives. This was an extremely traumatic situation and not something any guest should ever have to experience while on vacation. The building felt unsafe overall, and the general condition of the property raised serious concerns about maintenance and safety standards. After what happened, we no longer felt secure staying there. In addition, the surrounding area did not feel safe, especially at night. There were many people loitering around the neighborhood, which made us feel uncomfortable and unsafe. Because of the fire, the poor sense of security, and the overall conditions, we absolutely do not recommend this apartment. Guest safety does not seem to be a priority here.

• Souleiman (1/5): C'est l'horreur absolue - Nous sommes arrivés en soirée et avions un petit souci avec le cadran du code de la chambre. Elle a répondu tout de suite au téléphone pour nous aider. - J'avais besoin d'une kitchenette pour des raisons personnelles. J'ai donc filtré mes recherches sur ce critère. Je suis tombé sur cet hébergement et l'ai pris sans vérifier, au préalable, les avis. FUNESTE ERREUR !. En effet, j'ai passé la nuit la plus horrible qui soit. -- lit sale, avec des odeurs de vomis - - des cafards vivants et morts, dans la chambre - - la cloison entre les chambres est faite de contreplaqué mal ajusté laissant des espaces de communication entre les chambres. - - les voisins étaient particulièrement bruyants: des cris, des disputes, de la musique très fort. - la fumée de cigarette de leur chambre a envahi la notre -- et en enfin le pire de tout , c'est la saleté au niveau de la kitchenette commune, au 4ème étage. IL Y AVAIT DES EXCRÉMENTS HUMAINS AU SOL. INCROYABLE. J'AI PAYÉ POUR DEUX NUITS MAIS JE N'Y AI PASSÈ QU'UNE SEULE. A ÉVITER ABSOLUMENT
• Miriam (1/5): NIE WIEDER! Hat mir meinen Athen Aufenthalt versaut! - Die Unterkunft liegt im schäbigsten Stadtteil von ganz Athen. Vor der Türe kann man den Drogenabhängigen bei Heroin spritzen helfen/zusehen. Das Zimmer was dreckig, die Handtücher waren schmutzig und das Hotel hat eine Kakerlaken PLAGE. Ich habe zwei Zimmer gesehen und beide hatten unglaublich viele davon. Natürlich erst Abend zu sehen, da sie lichtscheu sind. Auf Rückfrage darauf, wird mir seither nichtmehr geantwortet. Bin ausgezogen, weil es so ekelhaft war. Ausstattung war auf schön gemacht, aber sehr kalt und wenig qualitativ. Jedes andere Hotel ist besser! NIE WIEDER. Ich hoffe niemand bucht das hier nochmal!
