- Alina (1/5): Worst experience ever - Nothing The worst experience ever! I arrived in the evening. The owner didn’t answer to my text and she wasn’t answer to my phone too. I didn’t know where is the key and how to get in. Somehow we found a nice neighbour who new the owner and give us the key. But when we went inside we realised that it was not clean. Someone else was staying at the property before us and the owner did nothing to change the beds or to clean the toilets or to clean the kitchen! I spoke with Booking and they say they will give me an alternate hotel to go to stay with my kid. It was late I was very tired after a very long ride… I book by myself another room in a hotel and nobody gave me back the money for that stupid apartment! Even if it was clean… I didn’t like the apartment! Everything was very old … the furniture very very old and not even the towels or the sheets a little better… those ugly and old🥲
