• DA Silva (10/5): - place is so popular it was fully booked, so we couldn’t extend our stay. That alone says a lot about how well this home is run. We stayed as a family of 8, including two children, and having five separate bedrooms made everything much easier. Everyone had their own space, which is essential when travelling with a big family, especially with kids. The house is a typical Japanese home, so the stairs and hallways are compact, but it felt calm, safe and well organised. It was a very comfortable place to return to each day and really gave us the feeling of living locally rather than staying in a tourist area. The walk to the station is about 10 minutes along a straightforward route. There are convenience stores, supermarkets, pharmacies, bakeries and plenty of places to eat nearby, so managing daily life with children was easy. The large shopping street near the station was great, and we also enjoyed visiting the local onsen, Shimizu-yu, which was a lovely way to relax. Upstairs, the natural light from the skylights makes the space feel open and pleasant. Since our last visit, electric curtains have been installed, which allowed us to control the brightness and sleep comfortably. From Musashi-Koyama Station, it’s easy to connect to the Yamanote Line, making trips to Shibuya, Shinjuku and other main areas very manageable, even with kids. When I mentioned that our children love Tokyo Tower, Kumiko thoughtfully told us about another hotel called Premier Suite Daimon–Hamamatsucho, located near Tokyo Tower. She explained that the entire building can accommodate up to 20 guests, which would be perfect for a larger family gathering. We’re already talking about coming back next time with an even bigger group. Kumiko is consistently kind, organised and quick to respond, which makes a huge difference when travelling as a family. This is a place we genuinely want to return to next year. see you again. non
• 珊妤 (8/5): - 和廚房有關的各方面都很好，很貼心 客廳不夠亮 房間拉出床後根本沒有空間了，需要和客人說一聲 廁所垃圾桶真的。。。太小了 樓下浴室旁，如果可以準備一些毛巾用具在樓下會更方便。。
• Cindy (8/5): Clear communication, a spacious and well-equipped house, and a quiet yet accessible location - Communication before our stay was excellent, with quick responses to any additional questions. The instructions for finding the house were clear, and the location in a quiet neighborhood was still very easy to reach by public transport. For Japanese standards, the house was quite spacious and equipped with everything we needed. A great place to stay, especially for groups of friends. We had virtually no negative comments.

• Y (10/5): A perfectly relaxing stay in the heart of Tokyo - We stayed at Premier Suite MEGURO Tokyo for several nights, and it truly exceeded all our expectations in every way. The apartment was even more beautiful than the photos — spacious, modern, and tastefully designed, yet it felt just as warm and cozy as home. The living room was bright and airy, featuring a large comfortable sofa and a dining table — perfect for relaxing, chatting, or enjoying morning coffee. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, from cookware and tableware to basic seasonings, making it easy and fun to cook together. Each bedroom was spotless and comfortable, while the bathrooms were sparkling clean with great water pressure, fluffy towels, and hotel-quality amenities. We especially appreciated the smooth self check-in via door code — the instructions were clear, and communication with the host was quick, polite, and professional. The host also kindly accommodated our requests, showing great hospitality and attention to detail, which made our stay even more pleasant. The location was fantastic — just a few minutes’ walk from Musashi-Koyama Station, with convenience stores and restaurants nearby. Perfect for both sightseeing and business trips. We would definitely stay here again the next time we visit Tokyo. Highly recommended for families, friends, or groups looking for a stylish yet comfortable home away from home! 🌿
• 野村 (9/5): - 最高の滞在でした。正直、次は長期でここに腰を据えたいほど気に入りました。お部屋は写真以上に清潔で、5寝室＋広いリビングダイニングのおかげで大人数でも動線がスムーズ。キッチン用品やランドリー類が充実しており、日常の延長で快適に過ごせます。静かな住宅街にありながら、駅や大きな商店街、コンビニ／スーパー／ドラッグストアが徒歩圏内で、観光とローカルの良さを両取りできます。リモートワークも問題なく、Wi-Fiは滞在中ずっと安定していました（3階の端はやや弱め）。 照明や設備は良好、清掃も行き届いていて、夜はとても静かでぐっすり眠れました。建物は階段移動になりますが、都心の戸建では一般的なつくりです。駅までは徒歩7〜10分ほどで、むしろ心地よい散歩コース。周辺道路はやや狭いので、大きめの車でお越しの方はご注意を。 何よりホストが素晴らしい。連絡は迅速・丁寧で、チェックイン前の案内も明確。長期でも安心して暮らせる拠点だと実感しました。東京で“家のように”過ごしたい家族・友人グループに心からおすすめです。今回は予約が立て込み短期滞在になりましたが、大人数で宿を探していると相談したところ、同グループの新宿や浜松町のお部屋も紹介いただけ、どちらも広々として快適でした。次回はもっと長く滞在します！ 特にありませんでした。

• Siew (8/5): We, a family of 12, enjoyed our stay. - The host is very responsive. There was a small hiccup on the wrong code provided for the front door but this was resolved very quickly via booking.com chat. There are 5 rooms and they are very spacious and clean. 4 of the bedrooms can sleep 3 persons each with pull out beds. The living and dining rooms are well equipped even come with Netflix and it is really kind of the host to provide tea and coffee and biscuits for us. Two of the rooms have attic windows without curtains so they get very bright in the morning and can’t sleep in. Would be good to have blinds. Would also be good to have one or two portable heaters for the toilets as they are really cold.
• Sergio (10/5): Great big house in an eerily quiet neighborhood with a nearby station. - Host was great made it very simple and easy to find the location, having a door code is so much easier than having keys especially with a big group. I also enjoyed how there is a lot of things around, a 7/11 super close and even a 24hr grocery just as close. There is also arestaurant that is super good that closes at 4am and very close so take out made it good. super spacious and the TV was a good bonus. I liked most things if i have to pick something tho it was probably the stove. It was a little annoying having to figure it out, and it does a beeping sound thats annoying and it woke me up the first couple of days but after figuring it out it was fine.

• Bamford (8/5): Overall the stay was lovely and we enjoyed our time there! - The location was perfect to access the trains. And lots of space for housing several adults - we could all sit comfortably in the living room/kitchen area. The wifi was strong and the hosts were pretty quick to reply to a message. In the kitchen, we couldn't find a small paring knife to cut fruit, a tea towel to dry dishes, or a small sized pot to boil an egg. There's also a little mould in the bathroom, but that seems inevitable since the room gets humid from the shower
