• Su_chan01 (8/5): Appartement confortable et tranquille parfait pour les familles et groupes d'amis - Appartement plutôt grand pour Tokyo. 3 lits doubles avec un 4eme stocké dans une armoire mais perso je pense que cela aurait été trop serré avec 4 lits. Taille confortable jusqu'à 4 adultes. La déco est un peu vieillote et l'eau chaude met du temps à arriver mais pas gênant. Il y a énormément de supérettes autour (dont un life à 7 minutes) et pleins de restos. Quartier assez tranquille même si le soir on entend souvent des sirènes. Il y a 2 rues marchandes pas loin avec peu de touristes. Super pour se dépayser. Nous pouvons mettre les ordures dans le local poubelles nous mêmes (pas possible dans d autres appart que nous avons loués...). Dans la cuisine il y a assez de vaisselle pour 4 personnes, un wok, une petite casserole mais aucun assaisonnement donc à acheter si besoin. Les toilettes sont à la Japonaise avec bidet et lave mains ! A notre arrivée il y avait à disposition du dentifrice, des brosses à dents, shampoing, après shampoing, savon pour le visage. Julian envoie le règlement intérieur et le code le jour de votre arrivée. Nous avons atterris vers 8h30 et avons pu faire un check-in plus tôt, merci encore à Julian car nous étions exténués par le vol et le train. Appartement situé environ à 13 minutes à pieds de toutes les stations de train, avec une légère montée quand on vient de Gotanda. Pas de serviettes à disposition, heureusement que nous en avions emmené et qu'on a un donki à côté de la station Gotanda ! Il y a un petit balcon mais la porte fenêtre pour y accéder fait énormément de bruit, c'est bien dommage car quand il fait beau on ne peut pas en profiter...

• Siti (7/5): Good - Everything about the house was great. The owner of the house provided everything that I need from washer machine, iron and even detergent. I like everything about the house.
• Benedicte (8/5): Convenient location and great way to bond with the family as the proximity is very close. - Well located and convenient to go everywhere in Tokyo. The wifi password is not too friendly so that could be improved. I’m a person who sleeps completely in the dark so having an option to close the curtain on the small window next to the table, could be nice.

Far from the train station. Confusing path from the station to the apartment. far from shops and restaurants. address only in Japanese, making it difficult for foreigners.
• Will (5/5): Good value for 5 people if you want to be close to Shinagawa. - The apartment was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. Good enough for 5 of us to stay. The room was opposite a very busy road so pretty noisy at night. You might want earplugs for this one. It's about 15 minutes walk from the train station, so bear in mind if you have a lot of luggage - we didn't find it the easiest place to locate, as Google Maps took us to the wrong location.

Julian was very helpful and responded to my questions promptly. The building has an elevator and that was very helpful when we had to carry our luggage. none

Clean & equipped with basic items. Water heater functions well. Wi-fi in the property was very good Nothing actually..but after a long tiring day exploring the city, how we wish the property is just 2 minutes away from the station
