• Lisa (9/5): Perfekt für große Gruppen - Für unsere Gruppe (10 Personen) hat diese Unterkunft perfekt gepasst. Alle Zimmer hatten eine gute Größe und boten neben bequemen Betten genug Platz; ideal waren auch die 4 Bäder. Die beiden Balkone haben zum gemütlichen Verweilen eingeladen und die Küche war für unsere Gruppengröße gut ausgestattet. Der Gastgeber war unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Wir konnten am Abreisetag nach Rücksprache bis zum frühen Nachmittag in der Unterkunft bleiben, das war für uns super, da wir erst abends unseren Rückflug hatten. Die Lage in Exarchia hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen, in der näheren Umgebung gab es diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Bars und Restaurants, nach Plaka (Altstadt) brauchten wir ca. 15-20 Minuten zu Fuß. Nichts nennenswertes; normale "Abnutzungsspuren", die aber nicht stören.

• Hanna De Bruyne (9/5): Toploctatie voor een vriendengroep! - Het balkon, de grote koelkast met water- en ijsfunctie, de wasmachine, het aantal badkamers en toiletten en de aircondition in elke kamer! Er leek schimmel te zijn op het plafond in één van de badkamers. Er waren eerder weinig glazen om uit te drinken voor het aantal mensen die er kunnen verblijven.
• Travis (9/5): Superb - This spacious apartment was a good option for a large family group, with ample sleeping and bathroom amenities and the large shaded terrace from which you can see the parthenon is a great option for the cooler evenings. The host Theodoros was very helpful and a great source of information, giving us dining tips and letting us extend our checkout to catch a ferry later in the day. Don't be put off by pictures of the area, its actually full of great little restuarants, bars, bakeries and shops and the locals were very friendly. Its 10 minutes from the metro and had everything we needed.

• Aaron (9/5): Trendy Athens Stay - Host communication was excellent, he organised everything for us despite our arrival being delayed to 1am! The area itself looks a bit dodgy but we quickly realised this is a function of Athens itself and despite the graffiti the area was quiet and safe with a wonderful bakery down the road for all your coffee and pastry needs! The apartment comfortably housed the 7 of us with roughly 2 people per bathroom (3 people had to share the one bathroom). Apartment is close enough to the city centre (10 min walk to nearest metro) but far enough away from all the hustle. There are excellent restaurants nearby the apartment. NA

We coordinated my arrival time with his and the check was very smooth. We had two sets of keys between four which was fine Nothing really. Apartment was the perfect size with lots of comfort for our weekend break

Great balconies, one that caught the morning sun and the other for the afternoon. The restaurant recommendations were excellent. Some parts need refurbing. The street is not desirable and not an area you would walk on your own.
• Maria (10/5): Very big and comfortable apartment - Apartment is big, comfortable, clean and very well equiped. All rooms are big, one of them has private bathroom (there are 4 bathrooms in total). There are two terracces with enough space for relax (one of them is with Acropolis view). It is very closed to beautifull park and Archeological museum. It is also not far by walking to old city center. Owner was very nice and helpful, for us it was ideal accomodation, we enjoyed.
• Carmen (7/5): Good - The apartment is spacious and well-suited for 3-4 families, offering comfort, cleanliness, and a great location. It's conveniently situated within walking distance to the city center and a metro station, and parking in the area is relatively easy to find. However, the overall experience doesn't justify the high price per night. The bathrooms lack air conditioning, which makes showering uncomfortable during colder months. The check-in and check-out times are very rigid (check-in at 3 PM and check-out by 9-10 AM), meaning you effectively lose several hours of use, which is disappointing for the price. Additionally, the fridge was completely empty, not even a basic bottle of water provided. While there was a coffee machine, the capsules in the cupboard didn’t match the machine, and there was no tea or anything welcoming for guests. Basic cooking essentials like sugar, oil, or spices were also missing, leaving the apartment devoid of even the simplest items to make a short stay more comfortable. Lastly, while the Acropolis is technically visible, the view is distant and obstructed by the solar water heaters on surrounding buildings.
• April (8/5): Very good - Loved the view, and the apartment was great. All of the beds were comfortable. The refrigerator was even stocked with some items for us to eat. We would stay again. The location, while giving a nice night view of the Acropolis, was sketchy. A homeless woman was across the street talking and yelling most of the time, a rolling group of protesters and police came through several times.

Also gave sometime to vacate the house in the morning. microwave was not available. Area looks very doggy. not sure whether it was safe in the night to walk around- atleast we were 8 in number, wasn't an issue.

There were many public parking garages nearby. The building had a small lift that worked quickly and conveniently. The acropolis view was partially obstructed.

Very nice chap met us to give us keys, very helpful. Nothing of real note, the description is a little misleading, you need to book specifically for the Jacuzzi, but we didn't go to Athens for a Jacuzzi! Unfortunately, you cannot see the Acropolis from the balcony as someone has placed a solar heater on another roof blocking the view, but you can still get a peek if you look out the shower room window!

At first, we were a bit worried as it didn't look the best but it was great. Loads of great eateries and trendy bars. Ignore the graffiti. 4. Great price for what we got. Nothing. Loved it all.

• Andreea (9/5): Large apartment for big groups - The apartment is really big, there are two terraces, 5 separated bedrooms and a wonderful 4 bathrooms, so it's perfect for a larger group of friends. The common area includes a large table and the open space kitchen, the table is large enough for 8-10 people. The facilities are pretty new and in good shape, the beds were comfortable and our host did a wonderful job providing us with everything we needed from toiletries to breakfast supplies. There is an elevator. There is carpet flooring in the common area including the kitchen...means it can get messy after 8 ppl having breakfast and it's not super easy to clean. The area looks/feels weird...but it's in walking distance to the center, the restaurants nearby were authentic and amazing ( and not really tourist scams) aaaand despite the strange derelict look and the police presence in the area it was safe to walk at night....so don't freak out.

• Goran (10/5): Short stay in an elegant big apartment - We spent two nights here, and I must say, everything was excellent. The apartment is very specious and meet all our expectations. Highly recommended. In previous reviews I read about the neighborhood, but i can say it is pretty safe, although looks a bit unsecure, except that is pretty dirty and messy around. Bus station line 035 is 200m2 from the apartment, metro Victoria is around 700 m, so you have easy connection with the center. Nothing. Maybe the elevator, which seems a bit claustrophobic

• Stefano (9/5): Very nice apartment in a cheap area of Athens at a convenient distance from the center. Recommended. - The apartment is very nice and with a charming view of the acropolis. There furnitures and appliances are all nice and in excellent state. The A/C works great. The host has been super helpful and the people at the nearby garage, with which he works in case you want to not leave your car in the street, was also very nice. The area is not great looking but it is very lively and interesting. Also the location is a 8 euros taxi drive from the acropolis, and taxi are very easy to find. The property is located in the Exarcheia neighborhood of Athens which is not have a good reputation (some rundown/occupied houses, dirty streets, graffiti everywhere). Although we never perceived any safety risk, you often see a lot of police forces around the area, apparently more for display than for real troubles… So, for us the issue was more hestetic than else. Concerning the apartment some more care in refilling the food supplies would improve the visitor staying.
• Radiyah (9/5): Great spacious apartment - Loved the huge balcony. The provided breakfast and wine was nice. I was pleasantly surprised to find out they have both a washer and a dryer. Very rare to find a dryer in Europe in my experience. Clean, quiet and spacious. The location wasn’t my favorite but seemed safe.

• Petr (9/5): Comfortable apartment close to the city center with a nice terrace. - We were two families with a total of 8 people. The apartment was ideal for us, comfortable, everyone had enough space. Part of the apartment is not renovated, but it didn't matter, we didn't need to go there. The terrace is perfect for sitting in the evening with a view of the Acropolis. Communication with the owner was very easy and reserved parking for our cars in a nearby garage was also well organized. There are many good restaurants and shops nearby and the underground is not too far. The surroundings of the house do not give a very good impression. You can definitely find better locations. However, we felt safe on the streets and also in the night. We have not experienced any problem.

Location is really great for exploring the city, 10 mins walk to Viktoria Metro, same to the Archaeological museum and with a view of both Parthenon and Likavitos Hill. The immediate area has a lot of graffiti so doesn’t look that nice but we found everyone very helpful and pleasant. Would definitely recommend a stay here.
