• Judith (7/5): Bien, pero con sueño - La propietaria era encantadora. Dispuesta a ayudar en cualquier momento y dándonos información sobre que ver y donde comer. El apartamento cuenta con todo lo esencial y está muy bien ubicado, cerca de Monastiraki y de todos los puntos de interés. El ascensor es muy antiguo y precario, pero la mayor cosa negativa fue el ruido. Fue muy difícil descansar con todo el ruido que había en la calle. Eran las 4-5 de la mañana y seguía habiendo mucho jaleo.

• Miguel (9/5): Good value, good location, great bed - Studio Anastasia has everything you need. Location, really comfortable bed, natural light, plenty of amenities (hair dryer, shampoo, shower gel, olive oil, cutlery, plateware, glassware, etc), very spacious studio. Few minutes from the buzzing city center and metro station. if you don't mind walking, you can even explore the city easily. The host was great, even gave plenty of recommendations to eat and drink. there's a great bar next to the building, and but if you have light sleep you might hear the music. Two things I would say to be careful: - don't flush toilet paper (everywhere in Athens/Greece) - one of the lift is not in good shape I would recommend and stay again in this property.
• Tsomaia (10/5): Everything is very close by we practically didn’t even need the metro. The airport bus stop is just a 10 minute walk awa - The most important and pleasant part of our stay was our host the sweetest lady, very friendly, who took great care of us. Her advice was extremely helpful, especially when it came to gastronomy. In fact, if you visit her, you’ll practically receive a full guideline for touring Athens. As for the apartment, it was very clean and wellorganized. You’ll find all the necessary equipment and appliances you might need. Street noise does come in due to the area being a tourist hotspot, but it’s not unbearable, and you can still sleep comfortably. The night views are very pleasant. Everything is exactly as shown in the photos, and the bed was soft and comfortable! So, I have only positive recommendations. If I return to Athens, I already know where I’ll stay I’m definitely not disappointed. As for the shower, some reviews mentioned that the water didn’t drain well; yes, it was a bit slow, but it wasn’t uncomfortable at all just a little slow. So don’t worry about that.

Ev sahibi çok ilgiliydi. Her şey düşünülmüş. Sinek ilacı bile vardı. Manzarası da mükemmeldi. Geceleri biraz gürültülü bir sokak.

• Leonie (7/5): Perfekt für Nachtschwärmer, herausfordernd für Familien - Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, und die Gastgeberin hat uns alles genau gezeigt und erklärt. Besonders praktisch ist die Lage: Nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß von der U-Bahn-Station Monastiraki entfernt – ideal, um vom Flughafen anzureisen und die Stadt zu erkunden. Das Studio liegt mitten im lebendigen Ausgehviertel Psiri, umgeben von Bars, Cafés und kleinen Supermärkten, ein großer Supermarkt ist ebenfalls in der Nähe. Direkt unten im Haus gibt es sogar ein 24-Stunden-Café-Kiosk. Die Wohnung selbst entspricht exakt den Fotos und der Beschreibung – modern, zweckmäßig und gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Es gab sogar eine kleine „Erstversorgung“ mit Wasser, Öl und Tee. Besonders schön: Vom Bett aus hat man einen Blick auf die Akropolis! Praktisch ist auch der Aufzug, da die Unterkunft im sechsten Stock liegt. Das Badezimmer ist groß und nach griechischem Standard völlig in Ordnung. Sehr hilfreich war außerdem das liebevoll zusammengestellte Dossier der Gastgeberin mit Restaurantempfehlungen, Ausflugstipps und Rundwegen. Sie war jederzeit erreichbar und wohnt ganz in der Nähe. Der große Vorteil der zentralen Lage im Viertel Psiri ist zugleich der größte Nachteil: Wer nicht selbst das Nachtleben genießen möchte oder mit Familie reist, sollte wissen, dass es dort am Wochenende extrem laut ist. In beiden Nächten (Freitag und Samstag) wurde bis etwa 6 Uhr morgens auf der Straße gefeiert, und die Fenster sind leider nicht ausreichend schallisoliert, um den Lärm abzuhalten – selbst mit Ohrstöpseln waren die Partypeople und die Musik deutlich zu hören. Unter der Woche könnte es ruhiger sein, aber am Wochenende war Schlafen kaum möglich. Zudem war der Aufzug im Haus in der Wohnung deutlich hörbar, was zusätzlich gestört hat. Das WLAN war eher schwach, Streamingdienste ließen sich kaum nutzen. Etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig war auch, dass man kein Toilettenpapier in die Toilette werfen durfte, sondern dieses in den Müll geben musste, da die Leitungen offenbar schnell verstopfen. Das ist in südlichen Ländern zwar nicht unüblich, aber für uns war es dennoch ungewohnt und wenig angenehm – vor allem, weil unklar war, wo man die Beutel anschließend entsorgen sollte

• Michael (10/5): Excellent place to stay - Fabulous host Fotini. She went out of her way to help and advise and gave us home wine and family recipe sweets. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We were kindly picked up and taken to the port. We had good chats with Fotini and her husband. The balcony was just so good to watch from in the evening. Very clean and obliging to everything we asked eg. Umbrella The property was great and nothing bad can be said. The only thing I wish was that the rubbish dump bins collection in the street in the early morning was a quieter.

• Kate (10/5): Perfect place for a perfect stay! - Studio Anastasia was wonderful! The proximity to the centre, shopping, bars, and restaurants was perfect. The room was very spacious and beautifully furnished. There were basic extras (tea, coffee, shower gel, shampoo) that made a nice extra touch. The bed was comfortable. The air conditioner was great, but the room kept a nice temperature so we didn't need it constantly. The view to the Acropolis was stunning, especially at night! Our host was absolutely wonderful. She was on time, very friendly and explained everything to us very clearly. She had even put together a lovely guide book with sites and restaurants and a bunch of great tips! Cannot recommend highly enough!

• HELGA (10/5): Excelente!! - The studio was perfect for our stay in Athens. Spacious enough for 3 people, with a large closet to store all our belongings. The kitchen was well equipped (with a kettle and utensils), allowing us to prepare meals if we wished. We were provided with plenty of clean towels and toiletries. From the window, we could see the Parthenon — what a treat! The location is unbeatable: very close to all the main attractions, which we visited on foot, and only a 4-minute walk from the metro that goes directly to the airport. The host was very kind and attentive, making sure we were comfortable and giving us clear recommendations on where to eat, shop, and what to visit. We would definitely stay here again. It is a good size with very comfortable beds and would be ideal for a family of 4 who want to use it for a good nights sleep. The host Pelagia met us on arrival and allowed us to store our luggage on the day of departure. She was very knowledgable on the area and offered great suggestions of restaurants and walking routes. Lovely side view of the Acropolis from the picture window. Due to the location there is some street noise at night but the location made up for that and didn't bother us at all.

It tends to get noisy due to night club scene. Also there was construction happening so it was noisy starting at 8 am weekdays, so not a very pleasant relaxing sleep.

Picky Brunch is nice for a coffee to-go and breakfast. :) There is also a cheap bakery, a market - everything you need. The view from the window - no need to visit a rooftop bar thanks to it. The guide - in the room you will find a list of recommendations from the owner, some trip ideas, ticket options etc. - it’s very helpful, we went to a few restaurants from the list and they were great! The area is quite noisy, so if you have trouble sleeping then earplugs might be helpful. The walking distance to all attractions is worth it, though. :)
