L’host Hana, di una gentilezza infinita. 10/10 Non è uno smacco alla casa ma noi eravamo in 6 ed era un po’ piccolina.

• Shari (9/5): - Quiet location but easy walk to the station. Seven eleven is a 2 minute walk. We are a family of five and while it's cosy, this worked well for our family. We'll equipped with washing machine and drying function in the shower room to dry clothes.

• Pierrei (9/5): Spacious room w/ complete basic amenities, loved the large bathroom w/ japanese toilet - It was spacious enough for 6 adults with med/large luggages, unlike other similar apartments in tokyo for the same price. We really loved the spacious bathroom, shower has its own door so someone can use toilet while another takes a bath. Stairs may be too narrow for some but we managed w/ our big luggages. It's just a long walk to yamanote/hibiya line so that's the only downside for me.

• Eri (2/5): Terrible - Location. It's very convenient to take subway/JR, also walk around It was very small. Totally disappointing. The pictures on the website are too good to be true. I woke up at about 4am to the sound from the air conditioner like banging on the wall and we woke up and couldn't back to sleep. It didn't stop at all, so in the morning I contacted the owner but it seemed to be a company and a different person answered each time, and the their communication was poor and the problem was not solved. We went out in the rain as long as possible because the banging noise was driving us crazy. I will never stay here again. I realized that in rental properties, if such a problem occurs, you cannot change the room. The price is not cheap compared to hotels like before, so I will book a hotel where I can change the room if something happens.

• Ran (7/5): Good - The two real beds were comfortable. Bathroom and laundry facilities were good. The description is a bit misleading, as two of the beds are foldable beds. And when they are open, there is literally no room to move around. The apartment is really not meant for more than 2 people, even in Tokyo standards. Also, the location wasn't that convenient.

• Mohammed (8/5): Very convenient for family of 5 and customer service very responsive. - Very convenient to go anywhere. 6 mins walk to Shin-Okachimachi subway that connect us to around Tokyo. 1km walk to Akiharabara, Ueno Ameyoko… Is only there have elevator that would be perfect. But other than that all good.

THEN they tell you to watch the power as it can go off if there’s too much on. THEN they tell you to shut the AC off (in August!}, THEN they tell you hot water is limited. THEN they tell you to throw the garbage out yourself. Would have been better to have known all of this before. Very tricky.

Very happy with the easy service and WiFi is a life saver. Thank you It is what you expect for a nig city so there isnt anything to complain about

• Stein (10/5): Great location and apartment to go with friends - I enjoyed the AC which was great. Beds were comfortable and the shower was huge. Washing machine was very good to have while being there for 2 weeks. I think the only downside is that the apartment is a bit small in overall area. With 3 guys walking around it felt a bit cramped at times. But that is perfectly fine as we knew the size before we booked.

Easy to find after a long flight. Nearby convenience stores and laundromat were great as well. With a family of 5 the room was had was a little cozy - having to move the extra bed each day was the only issue we had.

• Amanda (9/5): Very nice and compact apartment. Perfect for our stay in Tokyo. Very glad that we chose a self contained apartment inste - Lovely and clean, everything we needed was provided. Location was fantastic, close enough to public transport, shops and restaurants. Yet far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. Very small, probably a little too small for a family. However, we spent most of our time out and only came back to sleep and shower.

• Anas (8/5): great location , wide space , great price - - Location , close to Okachimachi station , also close to Ueno and Akihabara stations . 7/11 and laundry store very close . - space : it's very spacious by Tokyo standards , has one punk bed and a normal bed . also a small living room , kitchen , and bathroom . - AC works great and internet is fast - No elevator . if you live in upper floors , it can be an issue especially if you have big suitcases or come with elderly people . - rains collects in front of our room 101. no apparent way to fix this issue . - sorting trash : you are supposed to sort your trash and throw in a pin twice a week . it can be confusing to non-Japanese people .
• Badrul (9/5): Nice quite new apartment. Well equipped. Unmanned but responsive person in charge. - Fully equipped. Even detergent and dish washing liquid were provided. Iron and iron board. Next to a coin laundry shop if you want to do some major washings. Convience store is nearby. Soft bed. Managed to laid down open our 2 large and 1 medium sized suitcases. No elevator but only 1 floor up from the ground. Coded security door for the building. The distance to the train stations is not that close but a pleasant walk as it is a quiet area. A little too sedate for a tourist like me. Toilet and bathroom is not separated. Bed is japanese standard which is quite small. (Our apartment came with 2 double bed not bunk bed)

• Sheridan (10/5): My Family Holiday In Japan 2023 - My 2nd time staying at this place. Great & understanding host. Convenience shop(Lawson, Family MART, 7-11 etc) very near. Ameyayoko Market & place to eat also nearby. Best place to stay... Only setback there no lifts.

• Thomas (8/5): Great for Akiba trips. - It's pretty well located, only a short walk from Akihabara. The space is very quiet. If you don't unplug anything from the TV set, the only remaining plugs are in a very awkward place, which might spell trouble if you're travelling with a group. There was also a fee of around 50 euro I didn't see until it was too late. That was my fault, but it did bump the price out of my expected budget.
