• Lieke (9/5): Amazing stay - This small apartment is perfect for two people. It's located in a lively neighborhood, one street over from a pedestrian only street filled with bars and places to eat. We'd recommend Laluk for drinks, they have a wide selection and amazing staff. For food you can't go wrong with Kalyvas. The apartment is about 600 meters, or a 8-minute walk to the nearest metro station named Syngrou-Fix. From here you can travel to basically anywhere in Athens and it's just one stop away from the Acropolis. Reserve your visit a few weeks in advance and pick the 8am slot! It's not as hot nor as crowded. Use the official site at hhticket.gr. The apartment has a small kitchen with a fridge, freezer, cooktop, coffee maker, kettle- all the usual stuff. We only used the fridge though. The food in Athens is quite affordable, so we ate out every meal. There's a bathroom with a sink, toilet (don't flush paper down it - this is standard across most of Greece) and a shower. One downside of the shower is you need to pre-heat the water heater about 15 minutes before you can use the shower. You'll need to do this for each use, so you'll have to plan for that. In the hallway there's a sofa. The bedroom has a TV, though we've never turned it on. The bed is ok, though the mattress could use an upgrade. The owners name is Andreas and he's super helpful! When we arrived, he was waiting for us in front of the building. He took us up one flight of steps to the first floor. There is an elevator, though the lobby also has a short flight of stairs you will have to climb before you reach it. Andreas showed us around the apartment and explained everything. He then took the time to recommend places to eat and see. During our stay we also received a couple of texts from him asking us if we're ok, if we needed anything and if he could help us in any way. On our last day, which was May 1st, there was a general strike and the metro was shut down.
• Sergey (10/5): It was an excellent stay. - The apartment is very close to the centre of Athens. It is in 15-20 min walking distance from Acropolis. You could reach almost everything by foot, maybe except the National Archaeological Museum which is easily reachable by metro. There are a lot of non-expensive Greek restaurants in 100 meters from the apartment. A metro station is in 7 min from the apartment. It is a very quiet apartment, we could sleep with open windows. The host, Andreas, is very kind and always ready to help.

• maria chiara (9/5): Giusta base di appoggio - Appartamento davvero molto piccolo ma se ci si appoggia e basta per vedere la città, perfetto. Posizione ideale, appena al limitare dal centro storico e vicino a tanti localini per la sera. Self check in sé richiesto e proprietario gentilissimo!

Fantastic bars and restaurants a short walk away. Main sites of Athens reached in a 20 minute walk. Enjoyable stay No real negative points

• Nathalie (9/5): Très bon établissement - L’appartement était très propre et très bien situé (nous avons pu faire tous les sites et musées à pied). La cuisine était bien équipée et nous avons même pu dîner sur le balcon. Notre hôte Andreas a été très attentif à notre confort et a toujours été très disponible Tout était très bien !

The location is excellent with corner markets, restaurants, cafes, laundry mat and pharmarcies all within a short walking distrance from the apartment. The metros station is a couple of blocks from the apartment and very easy to use. And, it was a short walk to several museums and other sites.

Restaurants very much aimed at locals. Flat itsrlf. What you see is what you get. Comfortable with everything we needed. Highly recommend! That we had to leave!

The place was squeaky clean, and the cozy vibes made me instantly feel at home. Plus, the location was unbeatable! It was right in the heart of Koukaki, with all the best spots within easy reach. But what really set this place apart was the considerate staff.

• Bahov (8/5): Great location - A friendly host checked in on us before and during the stay to ensure we were okay. The location of the place is fantastic - walking distance to the city center and the acropolis, right next to a main boulevard with lots of shops. It's also free to park on the street in front of the building. Unfortunately, the apartment wasn't well-cleaned when we entered. Also, the water heating system is not very convenient and there weren't additional pillows for the bed, as others have pointed out before.

• Ivaylo (9/5): Superb - Friendly and cooperative host, in fact he assisted us when parking in this crowded area of Athens, which was very helpful. The apartment is renovated and very clean, in fact we can't remember a place more clean than this in our travels. The host has provided almost anything one'll need for several days stay, including but not limited to coffee and cookies. Athens is a place known for it's mild winters, so we were unpleasantly surprised by the cold nights during our stay, a situation very rare indeed. The aircon struggled to heat the place, but we think it's a common problem for Athens. The area has no parking restrictions, but is a place where young crowd gather on weekends, so finding a place to park your car is a matter of sheer luck. Our host helped us to park, many thanks to him.
• Ogisazp (10/5): Perfekcija - One of the best apartments I've been to. All recommendations to spend the night here. The apartment has no parking, but you will find it in front of the building (we never looked for it for more than 10 minutes). The apartment is quite dark and has everything for a longer stay. You have a full kitchen with stove and microwave. The bathroom is clean and you have lots of soaps and different chemicals. The bedroom is huge. It has air conditioning and a TV. The internet was perfect and quite sufficient for watching domestic TV channels (Serbian channels). The host is very caring and nice. He explained everything to us and contacted me regularly to see if we needed anything.
• Iuliana (9/5): Very nice apartament close to city attractions - The host was very nice, met us at the apartment upon arrival and showed us around the apartment. He also gave us ideas on where to eat or have a drink in the area. The apartment is close enough to Acropolis and other tourist objectives to go on foot, has a pedestrian street close, with nice places to eat. The apartment is cozy, clean and the building is quiet so you can have a good rest after a busy day.
• Aleksandar (9/5): Great place in general - Almost everything was great. The apartment itself was great, the host was helpful, the location is perfect (20-30 min walk to all major landmarks). In general, everything was great except one thing... ... And that is the parking. It is stated that the free parking is available, I asked for more details about the parking more than once, and I got the information that free parking is available in the entire neighbourhood and it shouldn't be a problem to find a parking space nearby. However, it was a huge issue. When we arrived, we couldn't find a parking space for an hour. Eventually had to park the car in payed garage. The fact I had to pay for parking was not the issue itself, rather the fact that one of the reasons I booked this place was the free parking, which I didn't get.

The host is kind and always available woth good suggestions - very good location, next to a very lively area. 15 min walking from the Acropolis. Small but cozy apartment, perfect for two people. Very well equipped and with a small terrace. Amazing host, always available and with very good suggestions about the neighborhood, restaurants and bars. He also let us leave the luggage until our flight back home. Super recommended!
