• Anna (9/5): All you need close to good transport in Athens - Comfortable apartment close to good transportation. We had all we need, even supermarket nearby. Good comunication with the owner, they contacted us to explain everything. Very clean apartment. The bathroom is small, but for a short stay it is OK. One of the windows would not close properly, and it was noisy during the night, but i believe they have fixed it already.
• Kalliopi (10/5): - Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία. Πολύ κοντά στη στάση μετρό, σούπερ μάρκετ και εστιατόρια. Πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένο, πεντακάθαρο με όλες τις ανέσεις ενός διαμερίσματος. Δε μας έλειψε τίποτα. Προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα.

• ΑΝΘΟΥΣΑ (9/5): - Καθαρό διαμέρισμα. Πολύ βολικό σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία. Καλύπτει πλήρως τις ανάγκες μιας ολιγοήμερης διαμονής. Άβολος ο καναπές στο καθιστικό.
• Nikolaus (8/5): Clean, nicely furnished and well equipped apartment within easy reach to the centre - Nice, comfortable and well equipped apartment. Very friendly owner with quick response times. Quite location and good access to the centre, yet away from noise if the city.

• MARAGKOU (9/5): Πολύ καλή διαμονή, εξαιρετική σχέση ποιότητας τιμής. - Είναι ένα πολύ άνετο και καλά εξοπλισμένο σπίτι με όλες τις παροχές και σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία κοντά στο σταθμό του Μετρό. Το μόνο αρνητικό είναι η τουαλέτα που είναι λίγο στριμωγμένη.

• Panagiotis (8/5): Ηταν ευχάριστη και σε καλή τοποθεσία. - Πολύ ωραίο στρώμα, εξαιρετικό (της κρεβατοκάμαρας). Άνετο σπίτι ειδικά για δύο άτομα, αλλά και τρία άτομα που ήμασταν, ήταν αρκετά βολικά. Θα ξαναμεναμε στο μέλλον καθώς ήταν μια καλή σχέση ποιότητας τιμής και μόνο 7-10’ από το μετρό στην στάση μέγαρο μουσικής. Υπήρχε μια οσμή στο μπάνιο ίσως λόγω του φωταγωγού, δεν υπήρχε κανένας καθρέπτης στον κύριο χώρο πέραν του μπάνιου και κατά το check out, ο καθαριστής του χώρου άνοιξε την πόρτα με κλειδί ενώ ήμασταν ακόμα μέσα και ετοιμαζόμασταν να φύγουμε, ενώ θα μπορούσε να χτυπήσει το κουδούνι για αποφυγή τυχόν παρεξηγήσεων ;). Ωστόσο, δεν καθιστούν τα αναφερόμενα σχόλια την εμπειρία μας δυσάρεστη, παρά μόνο λειτουργούν σαν σχόλια για βελτίωση.

• STAMATIA (10/5): - Το διαμέρισμα ήταν όμορφο, ανακαινισμένο, πάρα πολύ καθαρό και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο. Η τοποθεσία ήταν πολύ βολική, 12-15’ με τα πόδια από σταθμό μετρό. Στην γύρω περιοχή υπάρχουν επιλογές για καφέ, φαγητό, σούπερ μάρκετ. Η επικοινωνία με την ιδιοκτήτρια ήταν πολύ εύκολη και υπηρχε άμεση ανταπόκριση όταν χρειαστήκαμε τη βοήθεια της. Συστήνεται ανεπιφύλακτα.

• I Gosman (10/5): Если буду в Афинах, обязательно забронирую еще раз. - Приятная, уютная квартира в очень хорошем состоянии. Всё, что может понадобиться гостям, есть. Всё продумано до мелочей. Расположена недалеко от маршрута автобуса в аэропорт, большой супермаркет чуть дальше. Чувствовал себя, как дома.

• NIKOS (9/5): - Η καθαριότητα του σπιτιού και τα πολύ καλά κρεβάτια. Η τουαλέτα αν και μικρή ήταν βολική. Η πολυκατοικία στην οποία βρίσκεται το κατάλυμα ειναι παλιά και με όχι καλή καθαριότητα. Η εξώπορτα το βράδυ ήταν ανοιχτή μπορούσες σπρώχνοντας να μπείς στην οικοδομή χωρίς να χρειάζεται να χρησιμοποιήσεις το κλειδί.

• Abhipsa (10/5): Very well located and well maintained property - Extremely well located and well maintained property. Easy to find. Very close to the supermarket and bus stops( Ambelokipi , Ote and Galaxias). 100 metres from Cosmote (you can get SIM here). Close to metro station too (Ambelokipi). Just a few stops by metro to Syntagama and Monastiraki ( places where all the major attractions of Athens are located). Well equipped with all the utensils and other amenities ( washing machine, AC, fridge, toaster, coffee roaster) that you need for a convenient stay for a long duration. WiFi is also really good. Host was very clear about check in process. Loved the apartment.

• Magdalena (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is comfortable, equipped with everything what you need for a few days' stay. If you travelling with small luggage, additional equipment (washing machine, hair drayer) is perfect. Contact with the host was very good by WhatsApp. The metro station is about 10 minutes walk, shops and restaurants are nearby.

I would definately return. The only thing that I can think of is a net in bedroom window so that you could have fresh air at niggt without the aircon.

• Fabio (9/5): Short stop in Athens - Very nice and tastefully decorated apartment. Kitchen complete with oven and microwave oven which could also be used to cook something other than just breakfast.

• Avgi (10/5): Very good value for money, would choose again! - Super clean, cozy room, comfy mattress, always hot water. Location was good, but not perfect. Quite central, but the distance from both metro stations was more than 10' away (but easy walking).
• Georgios (9/5): Superb - Excellent apartment, extremely clean, very spacious lounge, bedroom and kitchen, very good location, it's 10 minutes walk in between 2 metro stations, Ampelokipoi and Megaro Mousikis and 5 minutes from the X95 airport bus, stop Galaxias. It could be noisy as it's very close to Mihalakopoulou street, but not a big deal. Nothing else to complain about.
• Nataliia (10/5): Great apartment and neighborhood - The apartment is located in a good quiet place in 3 stations to the city center. It was cozy, clean, well equipped, and suited for 2 persons. It was really nice to stay there. I got all the instructions 1 day before the arrival and had no problems with check-in and check-out (although non-standard time of arrival). Definitely recommend.
• Urszula (10/5): well equipped, clean, great location, kind and helpful host - The accomodation is well-equipped, very clean and spacious, there is also an elevator in the building. Host is helpful and avaiable to contact whenever we needed. The appartment is located near to metro station as well as bus station so it's travel-friendly. Supermarket, 24/7 convenient store, coffee shop and bakery as well as bars and restaurants are nearby. The beds are very comfy and blinds in the bedroom are an amazing idea. We also received a little welcome snack which was a nice touch. Some people may find the neighbourhood quite loud because the appartment is located near the main street but I think accessibility to metro and bus station compensates it.

• Karolgrr (10/5): Exceptional - - Unbeatable quality at this price point - Contactless check in - Rooms just as described in the pictures - Small things like coffee, sugar, salt, spices provided free of charge. - Comfy bed - Two air cons. Both very silent. - Easy access to X95 (4-5 minutes) or M3 (10 minutes) All in all, just as you see in the pictures. If you see this place available, go book it straight away. 10-20more EUR more a day might bring you closer to the city center, but the quality would be worse. There are none. If I really need to be picky, these would be just for other travelers to consider: - Bad sleepers should bring ear plugs. Noise from the street. A problem felt in most of Athens. - Some basic oil for salad dressing would be nice, but I suspect some guests might steal it...
