• SIZIWE (8/5): It was generally pleasant. It was easy to find, it's close to convenient stores and the metro. - There was no breakfast. The window in the smaller room (blue room) let in cold air and this countered the aircon. The bed was also not comfortable. The bed frame in the 'elephant' room was giving a creaking sound.

• lika (4/5): - Είχαμε μια κράτηση στο συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα ήμαστε μια τετραμελής οικογένεια με 2 μικρά παιδιά το διαμέρισμα ηταν σε μία υπέροχη τοποθεσία κοντά στο μετρό και ηταν προσβάσιμο στο κέντρο, εννοείται μας διευκόλυνε το γεγονός οτι υπήρχαν γύρω σούπερ μάρκετ και πολλά μαγαζιά. Αλλά το διαμέρισμα δεν έχει καθόλου ηχομόνωση αυτό το γεγονός για την Ελλάδα που ακολουθεί το πρωτόκολλο για τις ώρες κοινής ησυχίας καταλαβαίνετε πόσο σοβαρό θέμα είναι ενώ είχαμε πληρώσει αρκετά χρήματα φοβόμασταν να μην μας κάνουν παρατήρηση που είχαμε και αυτό τον συμβάν από την γειτόνισσα που έμενε στον κάτω όροφο από εμάς δύο φορές μας χτύπησε την πόρτα λέγοντας οτι κάνουμε πολύ φασαρία ενώ είχαμε μπει μόλις στο σπίτι από μια έξοδο. Τα κρεβάτια ηταν παλιά, το συρτάρι στην κουζίνα έπεφτε συνέχεια . Το μόνο που άξιζε ηταν η τοποθεσία και το οτι ήταν ευρύχωρο. Δεν υπήρχε καν κούνια μωρού και όταν πήρα τηλέφωνο να ζητήσω μου είπαν οτι δεν διαθέτουμε ενώ στην κράτηση είχε φανεί οτι είχαμε μωρό

• marianthi ka (7/5): Πρωτοχρονιά στην Πανορμου - Πολύ εύκολη πρόσβαση σε Μετρό, σούπερ μάρκετ, ταβέρνες και καφέ. Άνετο σπίτι με ικανοποιητικές παροχές. Χρειάζεται περισσότερη έμφαση στην καθαριότητα, βάψιμο, αλλαγή σκευών για μαγείρεμα. Το πλυντήριο θέλει σέρβις επίσης. Το χαλί του καθιστικού παρόλο που ήταν χειμώνας ήταν παρατημένο στο μπαλκόνι. Σιδερώστρα δεν υπήρχε πριν τρία χρόνια, δεν υπάρχει και τώρα. Κατά την είσοδο μας, έπρεπε να μαζέψουμε και ενα παρατημένο κουτάκι αναψυκτικού.
• Niki (10/5): Άψογη και αυτή την φορά η διαμονή μας. - Είναι η δεύτερη φορά που μένουμε σε αυτό το διαμέρισμα!!Ειναι απίστευτα βολικό,σε πολύ ασφαλή και ωραία περιοχή.Μπορείς στο λεπτό να βρεις τα πάντα.Καλό φαγητό,Μετρό,πιάτσα ταξί,καφέ.Με σούπερ μάρκετ ακριβώς απέναντι.Πιο προσεγμένο από την προηγούμενη φορά.Θα ξαναέρθουμε σίγουρα.

• Afrim (10/5): - Το σπίτι σε πολύ καλή περιοχή δίπλα στο μετρό σε φόνους σούπερ μάρκετ πολύ ήσυχη περιοχή θα το πρότεινα ανεπιφύλακτα.
• Αικατερίνη (10/5): Τοποθεσία και διαμονή άριστη. - Πολύ κοντά στο μετρό και σε ό,τι χρειάζεται κάποιος. Πολύ καλή διαρυθμιση και με ότι χρειάζεται κάποιος. Ο κλιματισμός για εμένα δεν ήταν αρκετός για να ζεσταθώ. Βέβαια ίσως για κάποιον άλλο να μην είναι πρόβλημα.
• Patricia (5/5): Acceptable for us as husband having operation in nearby hospital but for a holiday would expect better facilities. - Spacious and good location Accessing the key was a huge problem. The lock box was on low railings and in the dark hard to get to.wouldnt open until a Greek man managed to get it to open. Property is a little dated so could do with an upgrade. No proper shower, you had to hold it to spray yourself, so unable to shower easily.
• Niki (10/5): Υπέροχη!! - Μας άρεσε ότι ήταν ευρύχωρο και καθαρό,σε ασφαλή περιοχή και ταυτόχρονα κοντά σε όλα!!
• Δημήτριος (10/5): Εξαίσια..!! - Η καθαριότητά του, η τοποθεσία και το μεγάλο μπαλκόνι του με θέα προς ένα όμορφο πάρκο, τα έπιπλα και η διακόσμιση, τα πολλά μέτρα ασφαλείας κατά των διαρρηκτών, η εγγύτητά του στο metro, οι πολλές του κρεβατοκάμαρες - 3 στον αριθμό (2 με διπλό κρεβάτι και 1 με μονό), οι 2 τουαλέτες του, ο πολύ καλός φωτισμός του (τεχνητός και φυσικός), η ευγενική μας επικοινωνία με τον (την) υπέυθυνο του καταλύματος. Θα το προτιμήσω ευχαρίστως και την επόμενη φορά. Στην μεγάλη τουαλέτα ο μπιντές είναι πολύ χαμηλός για άνθρωπο πάνω από 1,80 cm. Επίσης θα προτιμούσα ντουζιέρα και όχι μπανιέρα παλαιού τύπου, κάτι που δεν βολεύει και είναι λιγότερο ασφαλής για αυτούς που έχουν κάποια σωματικά προβλήματα και ιδιαιτέρως τους ηλικιωμένους. Κατά τα λοιπά 10/10 ΑΡΙΣΤΑ..!!

• Diana (6/5): Atena bellissima, sempre consigliata da vedere . Tutto ok a parte invonvenente con l’acqua calda . - La struttura si trova in un punto molto comodo , vicino al metro e ai numerosi ristoranti di diversi tipi . Ci ha piaciuto tanto il “Buon gusto “ praticamente sotto casa . Pietanze italiane con una pizza eccezionale. Di fronte un mini market . Comodissimo . Arredato molto accogliente , con gusto e cura . Materassi e cuscini comodi che ci permettevano di riposare al meglio . L’appartamento era ristrutturato parzialmente, al primo impatto molto bello da vedere e accogliente.., ma tutti i serramenti esterni , e le porte interne molto datate. Le porte scricchiolavano a ogni movimento e quella di un bagno non si chiudeva . Con l’acqua calda forse siamo stati sfortunati noi .. ma dopo diverse segnalazioni che non c’era lo staff a continuato solo a dire che dobbiamo alzare le leve del scaldabagno correttamente e aspettare 30-40 min. Che l’abbiamo fatto da subito , ma alla mattina purtroppo acqua calda spariva di nuovo ( se anche aspettavamo più di tre ore ) , per apparire solo alla sera per qualche ora . Penso che dovevano venire alla prima nostra segnalazione a risolvere il problema e non tempestarci dei messaggi inutili insinuando che non c’è nessun problema . Insomma-3 gg senza acqua calda alla mattina sono stati molto sgradevoli .
• Kostas (10/5): Εξαιρετικό για οικογένειες! - Άνετο διαμέρισμα με όλες τις παροχές! Προτείνεται σε οικογένεια. Καθαρό και εξοπλισμένο με ό,τι μπορει να χρειαστεί κανεις. Πολύ κοντά στο σταθμό μετρό, διπλα σε supermarkets, φαρμακεια, εστιατορια. 3 υπνοδωματια, ανετοι χώροι. Ωραίο ανετο μπαλκονι με ανοιχτωσια και θεα σε παρκο. Δύσκολο ελευθερο parking στην περιοχή. Το στρώμα στο 1 απο τα 2 διπλά κρεβατια θα μπορουσε να ειναι καλυτερο. Κατα τα αλλα μια χαρα ολα!

• Randi (2/5): Gute Lage - grausige Ausstattung und Sauberkeit - Die Unterkunft war von der Lage sehr gut. Des Weiteren war sie geräumig und hatte genügend Platz. 1. Die Nachbarn haben uns 5 Minuten nach dem Einzug gewarnt, dass sie Lautstärke nicht abkönnen. Es wurde vom Aufzug bis oben hin Ruheschilder angebracht, die nur an dieses Unterkunft gerichtet wurden. Es gab Ärger aufgrund unseres Kindes. Die Wohnung ist nur für Leute die Mucksmäuschenstill sind. Alles andere führt zu Beschwerden. Die Wohnung ist extrem hellhörig. Man hört in der Wohnung alles im ganzen Gebäude. Die Nachbarin unter der Wohnung ist extrem gereizt und auf Konflikte aus. 2. Auch wenn so gesagt, ist es unmöglich am morgen zu duschen. Das Wasser ist trotz Erhitzer nur abends beheizt und das auch dann nicht durchgehend. 3. Die Waschmaschine ist nicht nutzbar. Das Ding ist eine Katastrophe. Wir sind zum nächsten Waschraum gegangen. 4. Das Mobiliar ist nicht seinen Namen wert. Alles alt und es fühlt sich dreckig an. Bei dem einen Doppelbett hatte man das Gefühl es bricht vor lauter knarzen gleich zusammen. 5. Die Türen knarzen so laut, dass man sicher sein kann, dass beim nächtlichen Klogang alle wach werden. 6. Bei Ankunft waren die Bettlaken saudreckig. Alles voller Haare. Es war so als wenn nach dem letzten Besuch alles nur gerade gerückt wurde. Der Tisch im Wohnzimmer war verdreckt. Man bemerkt, dass diese Wohnung ein Investitionsobjekt ist. Es wird nichts erneuert oder investiert. Alles ist wie versifft. Ich bin das vierte Jahr in Folge in Panormou. Das war bis heute die schlechteste Auswahl. Wir werden die Wohnung nicht wieder nehmen.
• SOFIA (8/5): Γενικά είχαμε μια ευχάριστή διαμονή το διαμέρισμα ηταν σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία κοντα στην στάση μετρό - Το διαμέρισμα ήταν σε πολυ καλή τοποθεσία με ωραία θέα Χρειάζεται βελτίωση στην καθαριότητα του διαμερίσματός και συγκεκριμένα τα σεντόνια και οι πετσέτες δεν μύριζαν φρεσκοπλυμένα ηταν σαν να μην ειχαν πλυθεί
• Παρασκευή (9/5): Πολύ βολική τοποθεσία ( συγκοινωνία, γειτονιά).Πολύ άνετο διαμέρισμα για γκρουπ. - Η τοποθεσία και οι μεγάλοι άνετοι χώροι Το έντονο τρίξιμο στις μεσοπορτες και σε δυο κρεβάτια , η έλλειψη φροντίδας του μπαλκονιού.
• Meer (9/5): I will certainly come back as it is the most pleasant, clean and comfortable place in Athens - This is my fourth stay there, it is in the middle of everything, shops, cafes and restaurants…. Very helpful owner and staff that are always there to help you if needed Some refreshment is needed! Note already given to the agency
• Georgia (9/5): - Πολύ μεγάλο και άνετο διαμέρισμα με πολύ μεγάλη βεράντα στο σαλόνι. Πολύ κοντά στον σταθμό του μετρό. Με κάποιες διορθώσεις θα ήταν άριστο. Η μπαλκονόπορτα στο σαλόνι δεν ασφαλίζει, πράγμα επικίνδυνο. Οι καρέκλες της τραπεζαρίας έχουν βαθουλώματα στο κέντρο και είναι πολύ άβολες. Το φως στον διάδρομο δεν ανάβει. Ένα ντουλάπι στην κουζίνα δεν κλείνει. Υπάρχει καφετιέρα για καφέ φίλτρου, αλλά σήμερα ο περισσότερος κόσμος προτιμά το εσπρέσο, οπότε μια εσπρεσιέρα θα έπρεπε να υπάρχει. Το πλυντήριο πιάτων ήταν χαλασμένο.

Has a Metro station, restaurants, supermarkets and fast food joints very conveniently located. Apartment was clean and well maintained. The major disappointment was the non-functional washing machine. If not for this, the stay would have been perfect.

• Meer (7/5): The apartment is perfectly located next to everything, but the management is not as it was previously, to think about re - Location I have stayed here almost one year ago, everything was perfect except the washing machine, but this time everything is getting old and not functioning, washing machine, Hoover … though the host had provided us with a hairdryer, I have asked to fix the washing machine and the Hoover, as they were both important for a family who stayed 9 days, no response was provided. Furnitures are getting old, chairs and sofa are not comfortable, as well as beds except one queen bed which was ok, others are hard like a brick and making noise the whole night
• Darren (8/5): Home, far from Home - Property was very clean throughout; Host very helpful and responds promptly; Supermarket accross the road with restaurants/cafes downstairs; Received complimentary (one way) lux taxi transfer to the property; Free WiFi with all the media streaming services readily available; Impressive lighting features in the rooms;Semi open plan, front of house; Large terrace balcony with dining table, cushioned sun loungers, motorised awning; One of the two WC's has bathing facilities; washing machine works well. All in all, good value for money (paid £406.09) Overall, was quite a homely property, however, lacking in comfort somewhat. Some aspects of the decor showing signs of wear and tear and some aspects are incongruous to the rest of the house, adding to the discomfort. Green dining chairs used for living room seating needs to be replaced with a sofa, Stayed in the middle (single) room, single bed was firm though I slept well enough but the sofa in the room doesn't look inviting. The other two rooms received no complaints. Overall, the property needs only the slightest attention to detail to up the comfort aspect.

• Frank (9/5): Superb - The apartment was lovely, very comfortable and well appointed. The veranda was roomy and able to capture an occassional breeze, even on the hottest days.
• Ceylan (9/5): This is one of the best houses listed for Athens. The balcony looking at the park is a cool breath.. - The house is located at a newly flourishing part of the city. So it is much quiter, cooler and less touristic than the center. You spend your days around locals and feel like a local. Lots of cool cafes, restaurants around. The local farmer's market on Saturdays is very close. The house is literally 2 minutes walk to the Panormou metro station. All the instructions to check-in were very detailed and clear. We had no problem finding the lock box, reaching the keys and entering the house. It is a high security building, so we felt safe and did our best to keep it that way by closing the building door everytime we used it. The house is spacious, beds and rooms are OK. Even 6 people can comfortably stay there. Cleanliness did meet our expectations, house facilities are enough. I'd definitely stay here again if I visit Athens one more time.
• Marcin (10/5): We were at the seaside and on the island Egina, we saw Acropol and beautiful view from Licavitos - Nice building, clean staircase and elevator, near of metro, bakery and supermarket, safe neighborhood.

It's a nice appartment in a very convenient location: shops and restaurants accross the street, and the metro around the corner. The single bed was not the most confortable.

Even though we met none of the owners/staff in person, they were extremely responsive and helpful via messages. Some features and details in the apartment are dated, but do not affect the overall great experience.
• Theoni (9/5): Great location. - Excellent location as very close to Panormou metro station (3 minutes). Lots of nice restaurants nearby, right across from green space, quiet at night and great hairdressers next door. Access with lock box made it easy to get in / exit the place. Spacious apartment with good distance between bedrooms. Nice terrace / balcony as well. A bit dated inside; some beds not as comfortable. Overall comfortable and would stay here again.

• James (9/5): Superb - Great flat, very clean and has everything you need, great location, metro round the corner (2 minute walk and only four stops to the centre of Athens/ Acropolis), three eateries and a supermarket on the doorstep, plus loads more, literally a minute or two away.  Excellent communication and accommodation information from host, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Nothing, all good.
