• Beatrijs (10/5): Goede uitvalsbasis om Athene verkennen! - Goede bedden, en ruime living en terras. Goede isolatie van ramen, waardoor we goed sliepen ondanks stadsgedruis. Kortom perfecte locatie om Athene te verkennen!
• Louis (10/5): - The location is great, very centrally located and super convenient. The host is very communicative and provides lots of information. The apartment itself is clean and comfortable. Highly recommendable! The hot water system isnt the best. There is hot water and some wait is needed.

• Francesco (9/5): Appartamento semplice ma pulito in centro Atene. - Posizione perfetta in centro città, senza i rumori del centro città :-) Vicinanza con metro, zone pedonali e non lontano dai maggiori punti di interesse turistico. Il palazzo sembra anche essere molto silenzioso. Speriamo di non essere stati noi quelli che hanno dato fastidio agli altri inquilini. Il problema della carta igienica che non può assolutamente essere buttata nel gabinetto è un vero fastidio, ma è così praticamente così in quasi tutta Atene da sempre. Per avere l'acqua calda bisogna ogni volta attivare un bottone e aspettare 30 minuti. Se si è in 4 la doccia deve essere fatta MOLTO VELOCEMENTE, altrimenti l'ultimo la fa fredda. Ovviamente come unico maschio in famiglia ho sempre fatto la doccia per ultimo e... fresca :-). Sono due problemi che una volta che lo sai, ti adegui di conseguenza. Niente di grave.
• Patricia (9/5): Excelente apartamento para conocer Atenas con niños - La ubicación excelente; fuimos a pie a todos sitios, pese a estar muy cerca del metro, al lado de una calle comercial muy animada. Un apartamento amplio y cómodo. Tiene todo lo necesario para cocinar. Además, tiene juegos para los peques, acceso fácil al WiFi y Netflix. El acceso al apartamento muy fácil también. El anfitrión muy atento y disponible; nos hizo llegar mucha información útil días antes de nuestro viaje. El calentador; el agua llegaba justa o a veces no llegaba para todas las duchas; cabe decir que somos familia de 5. Echamos de menos lavadora, pues íbamos con 3 peques. De todas formas, nada de esto nos impidió disfrutar del apartamento y de la ciudad.

• Alicia (10/5): Parfait 👍 - L'appartement était très bien équipé, très propre et confortable. Le plus est son emplacement car il est situé à 5 min de la place Syntagma et dans un quartier très commerçant avec beaucoup de boutiques et de restaurants. Nous avons pu tout faire à pied : 15 min de l'Acropole et de Plaka. L'hôte est très sympathique et communique bien. Nous avons eu des vidéos qui expliquaient comment trouver l'appartement et les clés. Il nous a également donné de très bons conseils et de bonnes adresses dans le quartier. Je recommande vivement ! ☺️ Étant donné que l'appartement est situé au-dessus d'un bar et dans un quartier très animé il y a un peu de bruit le soir. Nous étions bien fatigués par nos journées et cela ne nous a pas gênés.

Ο host ξεχώρισε για την ευγένεια, την άμεση επικοινωνία και τη φιλοξενία του. Νιώσαμε πραγματικά ευπρόσδεκτοι. Το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα και θα το ξαναεπιλέγαμε χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη

• Christiana (10/5): - The best place to stay in Athens with friends , family and even suitable for singles looking for either short or long escapes. The apartment is in the heart of Athens just steps away from Syntagma square , all the shops , best places to eat , bars , underground metro station , tourist buses , the Acropolis and Acropolis museum. A very welcoming , cosy renovated apartment which can accommodate up to 5 guests. It has two bedrooms with double beds and the one bedroom has even an extra bed. There are two toilets which is very practical. The host is very organised providing you up front with all the details you need to know for the apartment to make your stay more comfortable and even giving you information about places to eat, visit, bars to have a drink, activities to do, sights to see etc. He is reachable and responsive if you need him and in the apartment there is even a list of emergency phone numbers in case you need them. The apartment was immediately available upon our arrival and spotless clean. I stayed there with my two teenage kids and a friend and had a memorable short vacation for 3 days. Me and my kids shared the bedroom with the extra bed and my friend had the other bedroom so we were all comfortable . Will definitely stay there again and recommend it to my friends and family. Nothing to say. Everything was excellent!

• Brian (8/5): - The apartment was clean and spacious, and was located close to the Athens Metro system. Lots of local information was provided by the host, as well as easy to follow instructions for getting to the flat and accessing a very secure location.
• Rani (8/5): Great Location, Wonderful Host, some Issues - Wonderful location, walkable to all attractions with lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Super communicative and helpful host. Netflix and Prime available to stream (Prime only if you have your own account). Comfy sectional sofa for relaxing. Very spacious. Smells vaguely like old cigarettes. Pretty noisy at night, even with earplugs, with the noise going in some nights til 2 am. (Music, motorcycles). The area rugs in the living room and living room were very worn and dirty and desperately need to be replaced. Wood parquet floor has potential to be gorgeous, but needs to be cleaner.
• INMACULADA (9/5): ATENAS MARAVILLA - Bonito apartamento y muy comodo. Con ascensor, dos baños pero solo una ducha y terraza grande bonita. Aire acondicionado, ventiladores y calefaccion en todas las estancias. Camas comodas, 2 matrimoniales grandes y 1 individual buena. Cocina basica, muy limpia y con buena vajilla , cacerolas y sartenes. Buena sala y comedor para 5-6 personas. Limpieza muy buena. Centrico, a un pie del metro y de la parada del bus para el aeropuerto. Comodo para visitar Atenas. Repetire cuando vuelva a Atenas, ademas nos enviaron un video perfecto de la localizacion del apartamento y de como hacer el checking. No hay posibilidad de dejar el equipaje si te vas tarde, aunque encontramos una cosigna de pago para dejarlos a 5 minutos perfecta y a buen precio.
• Lim (9/5): My family and I had a really good time and Manolis, our host, was super helpful , very quick to reply to any queries th - Excellent location , apartment is located on the 3rd floor and the building is equipped with 2 lifts. It’s very convenient as the apartment is located in commercial square. The metro is 5 mins walk and you can walk to Acropolis, Plaka and other nearby neighborhood. The apartment is well equipped, super clean, comfy. There’s no washing machine, however, there are laundry shops nearby, so no worries. None , everything was perfect.
• colin (10/5): - Brilliant location. Central to everything, shops, bars, restaurants and all the tourist attractions. Could not be better placed. Noise after 12. Due to its central location you could hear the late nightlife. Didn't bother us but it may for some.

• Nanette (9/5): A wonderful first trip to Athens; the apartment was a great place for our family to stay. - Excellent location with easy access to pedestrian street. Apartment was located in a very safe area. The beds were a little uncomfortable and we did find one dead cockroach in the kitchen.

There are plenty of shops, cafes, and it’s close to all the vibrant neighborhoods. there are two toilets and one shower The host is friendly and provided a lot of information and recommendations! The apartment entry is through a one-time code and a key. The furniture in the living room is uncomfortable. The sofa and armchairs could have been replaced. However, it didn’t bother us at all, because we spent most of our time outside.

Manolis was a super host, he sent us super detailed videos and instructions of how to get to the apartment. Easy self check in and checkout. • Pv (9/5): Live like a local in beautiful Athens - Amazing apartment with a view of the Athens Vista and the Parthenon. Secure building and fantastic location close to ermou and everything you need.. I felt right at home and will stay again!! The bathroom is well equiped (as is the second WC) but a fixed shower head and a shower curtain or shower screen would be ideal for what is already a good space that just needs those finishing touches to make it perfect.
• Lara (10/5): Very spacious apartment with excellent location - It’s a beautiful spacious apartment. We were a family of 5 and this apartment was perfect for us. Excellent location in the middle of Ermou street. The host was very helpful and provided us all the guidelines and tips prior to our arrival. Easy self check in and checkout. We would definitely come back. The only thing to know if you have rented a car, is that parkings are quite expensive in the area. So you might want to take this into account when doing your calculations

The host provided all the details for the check-in and what to visit in the city, was very helpful with any questions made. One of the best accomodations I had. All perfect (only thing is that the wifi could be a bit faster)

• Pilar (8/5): Super well located and spacious flat! - The location was great; very convenient and very close to the main square in Athens, Syntagma Sq, with all the main attractions at a walking distance. Even though we didn't meet the host, he was very friendly and helpful, providing us with a lot of information and tips on the neighborhood. Also, my son enjoyed very much that there was a box full of board games to play with every time we came back to the flat to have some rest. The fact that the apartment was very centric, it also means that it's likely to be noisy. And even though there were soundproof windows, there was a concert or a festival in the main street (Ermou) every night so you can imagine the noise (any complaint about this for the aparment, it was a coincidence).
