• philippe (10/5): Excellent séjour - L’appartement est très calme parfaitement équipé comme indiqué dans l’annonce. Il permet d’accéder facilement au centre d’Athènes par métro ainsi qu’à la mer. De nombreux commerces et restaurants sont à proximité. Dimitris est hyper disponible et très réactif lorsque nous avons eu besoin. Un très grand merci à lui. Nous reviendrons très volontiers dans cet appartement lors d’un prochain séjour.
• KOSTAS (10/5): - Εξαιρετική διαμονή στον Άλιμο! Μείναμε στο κατάλυμα με το 8 μηνών μωρό μας και μείναμε απόλυτα ικανοποιημένοι! Ήταν πεντακάθαρο και πολύ προσεγμένο, ενώ ο ιδιοκτήτης ήταν εξαιρετικά εξυπηρετικός και φιλόξενος. Είχαν φροντίσει να υπάρχουν τα απαραίτητα για το μωρό, κούνια,βραστήρας,κατσαρόλα κάτι που μας έκανε να νιώσουμε άνετα και ασφαλείς από την πρώτη στιγμή. Η τοποθεσία επίσης βολική και ήσυχη. Το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα και σίγουρα θα το ξαναπροτιμήσουμε!

The location is excellent and the neighborhood very quiet while at the same time very close to main roads which makes it easy to move with or without a car. The accommodation is clean, fully equipped and its spaces very comfortable. The bathroom could have had brighter lighting.

The location was perfect – just a short distance to both the beach and the metro, making it incredibly convenient to explore Alimos and the surrounding areas. The house was impeccably clean, well-maintained, and beautifully decorated, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The living room was spacious and comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the beds were extremely comfortable. It was the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing. • Kostas_tat (9/5): A new, clean, comfortable apartment. - This is a new, small yet comfortable apartment that is fully furnished with all the necessary amenities for 2 people. Its location was convenient for my work and very easy to access. It was exactly what I needed for my visit to Athens. I cannot recall of anything special. There was a supermarket nearby, it was about 100 meters from a bus stop and about 600-700 meter from metro.

• James (10/5): Great host, apartment and location - Perfect location. Our host Dimitri was extremely friendly and accommodating. Dimitri made our stay so much better. He is a busy man and afforded us his time and gave excellent advice on what to see and avoid. The apartment was perfect for the 2 of us with fruit juice, ice creams and croissants gifted to us. Definitely come back.

It was a little difficult to find a supermarket, but in the end we could, it was not too far and we received everything needed.

• Rita (10/5): Dimitirios was a very welcoming and caring host. thank you Dimitrios - it’s location in a very peaceful green area , the house itself had everything you could possibly want even down to umbrellas and sewing tin very thoughtful and chocolate!! and breakfast toasts and felt sure if we wanted something Dimitrios would make sure you had it , well decorated and very comfortable will definitely stay again .

Beautifully bright and sunny especially in the mornings. Exceptional host, very kind and responsive!!! Additional supplies provided as a bonus made us feel very welcome:) The attentiveness and care and the little things made our stay extra enjoyable. We surely would love to visit again! There could be more warm lighting in the bathroom, which is spacious and new, equipped with a good large shower and a new large washing machine:)

• Christine (9/5): A delightful place to stay - Dimitri and his daughter are true Greeks and welcome you so well. Everything was lovely in the house. Drink and food are available and after a very hot drive there was even some chocolate lolly ice creams left in freezer for us. A nice local taverna very close too. Not that easy to find as my internet went down..always take a print out!

The main sights are easily accessible. The host is extremely helpful. We had a lot of fun. We recommend it to everyone.

New rebranded appartment fully equipped with new appliances (everything is there), the host is detailed person he thought about everything. going from food (Water, Ice cream juice, coffee, nutella, honey, jam, bread), shampoo .., baby wipes, stroller, in short everytime I’m saying I forget something I find it in the appartment (like kids life jackets, hair dryer ) The appartement is nice located 5min to bolivar and 10 min from glyfada or plaka The host Dimitri is one of the best person I met this year, he is so kind and helpful. He offered us a trip to the beach and he free up himself to bring us back at the end of the day. he even offered us a ride to plaka. Before we go out we always ask him for recommandations, and we enjoyed all of them. Many thanks for making our stay wonderful.
