• Athinai (9/5): A wonderful flat with a big roof balcony - Everything perfect Modern wonderful flat on the last floor with a big big balcony with comfortable relaxing chairs. Washing machine, dish washer, micro wave..... In the kitchen are all tools you need. Very near to the center and the Acropolis. We will come again!!!!!!!. /

• Line Agnete (9/5): Great apartment - Great apartment! Might be the best host in Athens. Very clean, also textils like the sofa and decoration pillows, very dust-allergy friendly. Terrace is great, nice furniture to chill outside. The bathroom solution I didn't like at all. Not a big deal for some days, but for longer stays it is a bit uncomfortable to get ready. Prefered the desk for work, but the internet was not good there, had to work on the dining table for stable internet connection. *Digital nomads The interior was a bit dark for my taste.

• GRAVOU (10/5): - Πολύ ωραίο διαμέρισμα, καθαρό, προσεγμένο στην κάθε λεπτομέρεια. Πολύ όμορφος εσωτερικός χώρος με πολύ μεγάλο μπαλκόνι. Σ κεντρικότατο σημείο. Δίπλα στο μετρό. Μπορείς να αφήνεις και το αυτοκίνητο στο υπόγειο παρκινγκ του μετρό. Παρά το κεντρικό σημείο, κλείνεις τις μπαλκονόπορτες και δεν ακούς τίποτα. -

• Pavlina (10/5): Absolutely Amazing Athens - This is an absolutely amazing place with all the amenities and more than a person needs when staying in Athens for a longer period. We stayed for a week and appreciated the washing machine and iron that were available to us. The kitchen was fully equipped for small vacation cooking, with a big fridge, coffee machine, kettle, and toaster. There were washing machine and dishwasher pods. What I really appreciated were the window blinds. When closed, you don't hear anything from the streets. The bed mattress was in perfect shape, and I liked that I could choose from two pillows available. Combined with the window blinds, I have never slept so well on any vacation. The hosts provided us with slippers and even small face towels, which really surprised me. The location is superb, with a bus/tram/metro station within a 5-minute walk. We also walked to the Acropolis. There are many nice restaurants and coffee places around. If you're looking for a vacation where you can visit the many ancient sites and museums, the place is perfect for you. The closest beach is around 25 minutes by tram. The hosts were attentive, and there was a small reception. We got fruits, water, juice, and homemade sweets. They were responding quickly on WhatsApp. I felt really welcomed. Narrow pipes mean that you are not supposed to flush the toilet paper. But this is the case throughout Greece, and you can't do anything to avoid it. It takes some adjusting, and you have to mindfully think about it when in the bathroom.
• Bernard (9/5): Great apartment with beautiful terrace - - great location in a hip area - nice apartment with comfortable bed - incredible terrace with view of the Philopappos hill - friendly and helpful people - we were able to park the car in a public spot right around the corner - well equipped, including a washing machine - very small room for the toilet (smelled a bit) - not far from a busy street, but we knew this before we booked and weren’t bothered by it
• Jeremy (10/5): Thoroughly recommendable for a great Athens stay - Its a little gem of a place with everything you need in a fantastic location in the heart of athens. The staff of Absolute Athens are at your beck and call whenever you need to know something. Taxi service offered worked like a dream too. The flat has a huge terrace too. Lots of great places to eat around and 15 min walk to Acropolis and Museum There is a busy road near but the windows and doors function fantastically so you get a fab nights sleep in a very comfy bed

• Dror (10/5): Perfect comfortable stay in Athens - Beautiful apartment, pretty close to the city center. Bed was very comfortable. Loved tharthe hosts left fruits, bread, spreads and juice for us. There is convenient luggage storage around the corner. Overall a perfect stay. You need to take a picture off the wall to turn on the water heating. It's not so convenient.

• Lori (10/5): Great big terrace and convenient central location! - The apartment had everything you would need for a trip and thoughtful touches like free fruit and juice/coffee/tea waiting for you when you arrive. I appreciated that it had a hair dryer and really enjoyed using the big terrace. The sofa bed wasn't super comfortable, but it was okay. The WC does smell a little bit but I suppose it is because it is an older building. I think the only change I would make would be to install a second hook for a towel in the shower room.

• Katherine (10/5): Highly recommend! - What a fabulous apartment! Situated in a nice area, 2 min walk from the nearest metro station (Syngrou Fix). The apartment was beautifully presented, very modern, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for our stay including smart tv, micowave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The complimentary fruit, jams/honey, coffee, bottles of water was a lovely touch. The bed and pillows were so comfortable and my daughter also slept well on the bed settee. The balcony was well furnished with a table and chairs, 2 sun loungers and some pretty flower boxes. The host was so helpful and kept in contact via WhatsApp. He even contacted us to inform us of a transport strike taking place on our departure day which helped us make other plans to get to the airport so a big thank you Giannis! We reached all the major tourist areas by foot. There is a large supermarket (4 floors) 5 mins walk away, which was very handy, plus some small tavernas and bars 2 mins walk away. A fantastic holiday spent in a fantastic apartment!

• Kylie273 (9/5): Overall a great stay and amazing apartment. Amenities need amending on the platform. - Good location. Amenities were great. A lovely welcome spread of bread and jams, sweets and much appreciated water in the fridge. It was 38 degrees most days for the duration of my stay. The amenities noted a washing machine, but there wasn’t one. Very disappointing as it was a key amenity that I needed. If there was laundry facilities there was no documentation to advise.

• Artur (10/5): Must come back! - Everything! The apartment, the host, the location, everything is the best! If I had to choose a negative aspect is that the apartment has no central heating. We used the two air conditioning units for heating and it was very ok. And I am sure that for the most part of the year, the temperature is not a problem.
• Howard (9/5): Almost perfect but be sure you have Internet access when you arrive to get lockbox location. - convenient location, 15 min walk to center, 5 minutes to subway. Huge terrace deck, well furnished, clean, kitchen has everything. Place was renovated with expensive furnishings. Good communication with host. WIFI had problems. lost connection many times unless I was right next to the DLINK device. Bathroom really small and narrow, maybe 1 meter. Toilet not part of bathroom but in a separate very small closet. Location of lock block with key not provided so I needed to contact the host on arrival and lock box and difficult to find. As it is not possible to find street parking, illegally parking in front of the apartment and then trying to find the lock box was a hassle.
• Robert (9/5): Great apartment in a lively local neighbourhood - Lovely and airy, nicely decorated and with a fantastic terrace/balcony that goes round the whole apartment. The local area is fantastic, with great bars, restaurants, shops right on your doorstep. Right across the road from the museum of modern art. A short walk to the nearest metro and tram stop, and fifteen mins walk to the acropolis and Plaka. Only the noise at night as you are close to one of the main routes out of Athens, though the double glazing was pretty good at drowning it out. The internet was a little marginal but ok if in the living room. Bottom line is we would happily stay again.
