• Dimitrios (10/5): Εξαιρετική!!! - Υπέροχο το studio!! Πεντακάθαρο!! Έχει όλες τις απαραίτητες συσκευές (μέχρι και πλυντήριο πιάτων και ρούχων!) Το πιο σημαντικό όμως είναι ότι έχει χώρο στάθμευσης κυριολεκτικά 3 βήματα από την πόρτα του σπιτιού!! Επίσης ακριβώς απέναντι είναι η στάση τραμ! Ότι πιο βολικό σε σπίτι θα μπορούσαμε να κλείσουμε!!! Η ιδιοκτήτρια ευγενέστατη και άκρως συνεννοήσιμη! Θα το επιλέξω σίγουρα ξανά το κατάλυμα!!! 😊

• Laura (9/5): - Das Apartment war ausgesprochen sauber. Es ist genau wie abgebildet auf den Fotos. Die Kommunikation mit dem Host war sehr freundlich und immer prompt. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sogar mit Spülmaschine. Das Bett ist sehr bequem mit einer guten Matratze. Trotz der Lage an der Hauptstraße war es absolut nicht laut. Unmittelbar vor der Haustür fährt eine Straßebahn. Wenn die Fenster geschlossen sind, hat man nichts von der Straße gehört. Cafés und Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar. Eine Tür zum Schlafzimmer hätten wir gut gefunden, da wir mit Säugling dort waren.

• Onur (10/5): Perfect stay - It was definitely the best stay of my Greece holiday. I was able to park my car safely in front of my door. It has a small garden and is very pleasant. The tram passes in front of the house, making it easy to get everywhere. The house has everything you need. It was absolutely comfortable. There are also markets and restaurants nearby. I didn't met the host, but I extend my sincere thanks to him.
• Sara (10/5): - Great location and still quiet, parking right next to the apartment, tram station in front of it. Lots of amenities, also ground floor so no stairs :) Clean! Not a lot of natural light in the apartment (not necessarily a bad thing given the temperatures in july :) )
• Gavriil (10/5): - Η ιδιοκτήτης πολύ εξυπηρετική,αν και χωρίς τη φυσική παρουσία της,δεν μας έλειψε τίποτα .το πάρκινγκ δίπλα στη πόρτα του διαμερίσματος,όταν στη περιοχή ούτε μηχανάκι δε μπορείς να παρκάρεις.διπλα σε στάση τραμ,και κοντά στο κέντρο και στη παραλία για μπάνιο.τρεις στάσεις με το τραμ η πλατεία Νέας Σμύρνης.Θα το προτιμήσω ξανά σε επόμενο ταξίδι μου.Πολυ καλή η καφετιέρα για εσπρέσσο.και χωρίς φασαρία. Αν είχε και καμμιά κρεμαστρα στο τοίχο για ρούχα.....

• Mazen (9/5): Good location with easy access to public transport. - The location was perfect, opposite the Tram station which goes straight to downtown, and in the opposite direction straight to the beach. The apartment had everything I needed. Everything was ok.
• Stylianos (10/5): Exceptional stay - The appartment is much better than the photographs , we found everything we needed inside , and the location is great for the beach or to reach all the main attractions, there is public transportation exactly outside the building . Parking spot is a big plus , and the access is very easy , since you don’t have to use any stairs or elevator . I would definitely return .
• Filia (9/5): Clean, modern and comfortable. Well located for public transport. - Beautifully furnished with ample cleaning products provided. Perfectly located on the tram line so it is extremely easy to get around. The apartment is behind a building and has a terrace at the back overlooking a garden. There is a mini market right next door as well as a bigger supermarket a little walk away. The hosts were both extremely welcoming and very helpful and responded quickly to any queries I had. The apartment, being behind a building, is a little dark. The wi-fi is open so I felt a little insecure using it for any sensitive internet sites.

• Nadiia (4/5): Disappointing - There is a lot of good restaurants nearest There are a lot of big cockroaches and mosquitoes. Dirty filter in air-conditioner.

• Dimitra (8/5): Very good - It was really convenient, across the TRAM station, and great for working trips As a common issue in Athens it was ground floor, there was not any safety issues, although we found dead cockroaches in the bathroom after returning from our walks.
