• Γιούλη (5/5): - •τα δωμάτια είχαν κλιματισμό •ο ιδιοκτήτης ήταν ευγενικός και εξυπηρετικος •τα κρεβάτια άνετα •ημασταν 4 άτομα και οι πετσετες ήταν λιγότερες ( συγκεκριμένα υπήρχαν 3 σώματος, 2 για τα χέρια και 2 για το κεφάλι οπότε προφανως δεν έφταναν για 4 άτομα). •σε ένα από τα δυο υπνοδωμάτια η μπαλκονόπορτα ήταν χαλασμένη και δεν έκλεινε παρα μόνο σε ανάκληση. •πολυ υγρασια
• Mira (1/5): - Nada porque no apareció el dueño para darnos las llaves. Nos quedamos en la calle Estaba a media hora del centro caminando, en una zona no tan turística. Y el dueño no aprecio para darnos las llaves. Tuvimos que buscar otro alojamiento de urgencia.
• Marta (6/5): Niby jestem zadowolona, ale nie do końca - Obiekt wystarczająco duży, lokalizacja bardzo w porządku. Stosunek ceny do jakości zachowany. Kontakt z właścicielem wychodził całkowicie ode mnie. Dopiero na moją prośbę podesłał instrukcje wejścia do obiektu. Sama również musiałam dopytać się o to, jak włączyć ciepłą wodę oraz poprosić o doniesienie suszarki do włosów. Woda z toalety wyciekała na podłogę, powodując ciągłe zalanie łazienki. Obiekt posiada dodatkową kanapę, na której nie da się siedzieć. Kołder nie było (byliśmy w listopadzie), jedna została nagle zostawiona w torbie pod drzwiami w połowie pobytu (byliśmy w 4 osoby, na dwóch łóżkach)

• Andrea (1/5): - We had a very unpleasant experience with this accommodation. Everything had been confirmed for months, and communication with the host seemed fine until the day of our arrival. When we got to the address, the host suddenly canceled our reservation and turned off their phone. We were left without a place to stay, even though everything had already been paid for. This was extremely unprofessional and stressful. I do not recommend booking this place, as you can’t rely on the host to keep their word.
• Pete (9/5): Long weekend in Athens . - Very close to city centre and only 5 minutes walk to a metro station. We had no hot water the first night but after getting in touch with the landlord it was an easy fix.

• Guntars (8/5): Great few days in Athens! Thanks for the great time! - Location is perfect, if you planning travel by train later. Close to Metro station. Appartments it self have all essentials. In baathroom sink not working properly, but I expecting they fix by the next stay.
• Ramona A. (8/5): Good value for money for a short stay - This apartment offered very good value for money. The location was good, close to the center and quiet. The apartment was big, the beds were comfortable and the air con was working. The owner was easy to talk to. Overall a good experience. As with most apartment in Greece the high humidity can help create mold in some areas (bathroom). The kitchen was small and didn't have everything you need for a longer stay (for example there weren't any knives).

• Nikos (1/5): - Τίποτα διότι δεν το είδα ποτέ Απαράδεκτος οικοδεσπότης, αρχικά δεν απαντούσε στα μηνύματα και κάποια μας άλλαξε διαμέρισμα και μας έδωσε ένα πολύ μικρότερο αντί για δύο υπνοδωματίων που είχα πληρώσει χωρίς καν να μας ειδοποιήσει,. Αναγκαστικά να το αποδεχτώ διότι δεν είχα άλλη επιλογή , λόγο ότι ήταν αργά το βράδυ, με την προϋπόθεση ότι θα μας επέστρεφε ένα μέρος του ποσού πίσω από αυτό που είχα πληρώσει. Φυσικά αυτό δεν έγινε ποτέ … ΜΑΚΡΙΑ ΑΠΟ ΑΥΤΟΝ!!!!

• Cavazos-alfaro (10/5): Perfect place to stay if you are going to Meteroa or the Parthenon. - I liked having two bedrooms with air conditioning available. One bed was softer than the other so if you like a harder or softer bed, you can pick. Location was good especially if you are planning a trip to the Meteora Monastaries. The buses are about a 5 minute walk from the property. It is close to Larissa Station. Most of Athens looks run down so don't get scared of the area. We had not issues at all. There was a mini store close by to buy snacks, sodas, etc. There is a bakery with all types of sweets and coffee and a restaurant that grills all kinds of meats. Overall a great place to stay!!! Opening the door was a little challenging but once you got the hang of it, it was good. The only thing that I was not happy about was that there was very little toilet paper when we first arrived. I messaged the host and he had someone drop it off immediately. I am sure that it was probably an oversight. I would definitely recommend staying here and I would stay here again because the host made sure that everything was alright.

• Anand (8/5): Had a good time with family. - Central location. Easy accessible to all archeological sites. I couldn’t find any chopping board, knife, scissors etc. for doing cooking.
• Arif (1/5): Disappointed - The only thing I liked was the fact that the host let us check out late. There were so many things. First of all, we were given a completely different apartment than the one that was advertised. The check in was very difficult. The key was kept in a safe outside the building. And it was very difficult to open even though we put the right code. The heaters did not work in the rooms. So we thought we would use the AC to warm the room. But to our surprise one of the ACs were not working as well. The bathroom was moulded and disgusting. The shower rail was broken. The shower curtain was dirty and smelly. There were no clear instructions as to how to turn on the boiler. So no hot water on the first day. Also the boiler was fitted right over the shower and was very my dangerous. Our whole tour was spooned because of this.

• Stephen (9/5): Great flat near the main station. - Very handy location near to Athens main Larissa station. Two spacious bedrooms both with a balcony one with a washing line. Well equipped kitchen. On second floor with lift. Dining area only has borrowed light.

• Christiano (4/5): Good location ,but Mold in the bathroom and toilet door couldn’t even close - The owner was very friendly and provided the apartment earlier that 3 pm which is the official check in and I’m Very thankful. Also provided parking area information close to the apartment. Good location close to metro The mold in the bathroom sealing was inexcusable and the door in the bathroom wasn’t closing at all. The information about the hot water was missing you had to wait at some point for the water to get warm on its own since it was automatic(I guess)which was very inconvenient Only 1 pillow per person which was flatt and dirty Bedsheets were smelly like someone has smoked cigarettes close by When you pay an amount of money for a rent apartment you expect at least the basics

• Meggie (8/5): Very good - Nice apartment. The big beds were comfortable. Kitchen enough equipped Not far from the centre but the neighborhood is not good at all...the building is very old and you can see urban decay everywhere. A lot of ants even though there was a smell of bleach everywhere

• Georgios (3/5): Poor - It was clean. The area is not the right one for families , definitely it's not like everywhere in Athens and the parking you recommend is 900 meters away from your place. At 11 o'clock in this area is forbidden.
• Hikari (3/5): Poor - The room was enough for our family I think the location was not good for family and it is different to find a taxi around here. It took some time to find this room in the apartment. The inside apartment was too hot and the lift was for just one person so I brought my suitcase by stairs. There are many aunts in living room.
• Natasha (8/5): Very good - Thermis is an awesome host, was there for all additional questions and was flexible about the check out, which was highly appreciated. Efharisto!!! Something that is not nice to see in the neighbourhood are junkies. Very sad.

Amazing place, next door to a supermarket and there is a street market on Wednesday. Only about 20 minutes from Acropolis by train which is a 5 minute walk away. If i went back to Athens would definitely stay there again. Very affordable!!!
• Susan (1/5): Terrible - The apartment was in a very old building but had new bathroom fixtures that were clean. it had AC that worked well. DANGEROUS NEIGHBORHOOD!! We chose it because it’s close to train station (which it is) but the neighborhood is full of thieves and drug addicts and it is NOT safe! Our Uber driver warned us when he dropped us off not to walk outside. Also, the mattress was disgusting and stained and only had a sheet on it. It was also loud during the night with people yelling. I would NEVER stay there again.
