• Donatas (10/5): a rare perfect 10 - It is one of those perfect 10's. They've thought of every little detail, down to the kitchen cabinet bar where you can pour your own little drink! Situated on a quiet street, it gets little or no noise from the traffic. The bed linen and towels are of good quality. I liked the availability of coffees and soft drinks at no extra charge. All in all, I recommend this apartment wholeheartedly.

Checking in was easy with host meeting us at property. Location was excellent 10 min walk to Kolonaki and 20 minutes walk to central Athens. Lots of cafes, supermarkets, restaurants close by. Highly recommend staying at this apartment Nithing
• Niloufar (9/5): Superb - We loved this place and we will book it again if in the area. My flight was late and my friend had arrived earlier. She did not speak any Greek and told me that the person who met her to give her the key was extremely polite, helpful and easy to understand in English. The place was super clean. The beds extra comfortable. The small kitchen had all sorts of equipment that you would not expect to find in a rental. If you know Athens, the location is superb, pretty central and easy access to a lot of places. Constantine (who we did not meet) was SUPER helpful via email. He responded to every single question. He provided an extensive list of activities to do and places to go (to eat, to visit, to shop, etc.) that one would need couple of weeks if not more, to visit them. All and all we had an amazing time at this place and we'll go back in a heart beat. Thank you Constantine.
• Valerie (10/5): Excellent - Very good location, close to metro station. A few streets below lots of restaurants and an excellent vegan coffee place called ohh boy. Kitchen full of the basics needed to cook, oil, vinegar, salt, tea, coffee, etc. washing liquid also available. A warm thank you to Nina who welcomed me on arriving and explained everything about the appartment and whom I could contact anytime in case of need. Airconditioning was quite noisy in living room but hopefully wasn't needed to have on all the time. A small washing line and clothes pegs would have been useful as I had small items to handwash. Taxi driver at night left me at the wrong street. GPS instructions can be unclear, coming from the main road where the metro station is although place is very near. Light in common areas is not on long enough to get from second floor to the entrance door of building so you end up in the dark somewhere on the stairs if you don't take the lift.
