• Marylène (8/5): - L'emplacement est idéal. Rue touristique. On peut visiter Athènes à pied! Profiter des nombreux restaurants ou les specialites grecques sont a profusion. La propriétaire est très réactive et il y a tout ce qu'il faut dans le studio pour passer quelques jours. Il y a une certaine souplesse dans les horaires (bagagerie) L'appartement mérite quelques réparations.rideaux occultant et douche. Il n'y a pas de table pour manger. 2 petites tables basses. Il faudrait laisser plus d'informations sur l'environnement (ou trouver une boulangerie.market...)

• Garaca (10/5): Lovely clean apartment, great location and easy to access (key locks and stuff). - Location is simply perfect. Easy to reach all important monuments and go to locations. Nothing really.
• Krzysztof (8/5): - Great location, clean and modern interior. The apartment is a studio, not a 1-bedroom apartment as advertised. The pull out sofa isn't particularly comfortable and could do with a mattress topper.
• Jai (3/5): - The location was terrific. The property is in a good location, which was convenient for getting around. However, the lobby felt quite run-down and the accommodation could have been cleaner. There were exposed wires in several places, which didn’t seem very safe, and the hot water system was inconvenient as it required pressing a button in the circuit box each time. With better maintenance and cleaning, the stay could have been much more comfortable.

Δινει ασχημη εικονα σε ενα τοσο τελειο σε ολα σπιτι. Ενα, δυο αναψυκτικα, μια σοκολατα, κατι γενικα... Σε οσα εχω παει, κατι ειχε...
• Till (10/5): Ideal für 2 Personen - Sehr schönes und sauberes Appartement, bequeme Betten, sehr gute Küchenausstattung, Klimaanlage und Wifi vorhanden, gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, Lage zentral, die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten waren fußläufig erreichbar, Metro-Station ist in der Nähe
• FERNANDO (9/5): Un piso con encanto - Situación muy buena en Plaka, tiene todo tipo de accesorios y recambios, y café de cortesía. La ducha y el baño es fantástico. Aire acondicionado ok. Las camas bien, aunque el colchón era más blando de lo que usamos. Decorado muy moderno. La luz entra por la mañana a pesar de estor, y sería magnífico que tuviera mesa para comer y sillas para cuatro, para no usar el sofá y mesitas bajas. Algo ruidoso por la zona, pero entendible. El portal da un poco de miedo y no encontramos su iluminación.

• Yaara (8/5): Great location and helpful host - Great location in Plaka, just walk to all the tourist attractions. We could also leave our luggage till the afternoon which was helpful. The host was extremely responsive. Beds not so comfy (for us, maybe others will find them great). Noisy at night, but that’s because the location is great:)

• Mariam (8/5): Very good - Everything was fine, except the problem with the usage of the hot water, It turned out that the previous guests messed up the timer on a switchboard so on our first day we were not able to use the hot water. So, first thing you do after entering the room, check the timer time on a switchboard. besides that everything was fine, host was very responsive, room was clean, beds were comfy, location is fantastic, you don't even have to use the transport, everything that is worth to see is near.

• Paraskevi (1/5): Never ever again will I go to this place - they need to clean up the whole site or be honest with their pictures on the - Location only The foyer looked like a construction site - very dirty electrical wires coming out from walls The room wasn’t cleaned it may have been vacuumed but there was dust everywhere windows were very dirty - bathroom wash basin and bench was dirty stains on pillow cases

• Elena (3/5): It's a NO! - Good location Dirty room full of hair, dust, blocked sink in the bathroom! Stains on our bedsheets, hair on our towels.We asked and we paid for a room with a cot for our 4months old baby, however there wasn't any when we arrived. After we called the owner she said she will bring it in a while. We realised she would bring one she keeps in a storage full of dust, dirt and watery floors. Once we said that this is unacceptable, the owner said that the baby can sleep on the couch. So unprofessional, so rude! No respect at all. I do not suggest this place.

• Christakis (8/5): Regarding the purpose of our staying in Athens, the apt fulfilled our needs. - I am wondering whether you are changing the access codes, for the main entrance and the apartment's, because if you are not then this must be dangerous.
• Frosoula (7/5): the apartment was reasonably comfortable but would not stay again. - modern features, with washing machine. location was great. the street entrance was disgusting. it looked like it was deserted. security entrance would be unsafe in an emergency. hot water needed to be reset each time we needed to use it. unsafe power points and light switches. shower base filled with water until pump cleared it. coffee pod machine with only decafe coffee. electric blind but one failed.

• Nikitas (2/5): miserable environment , extremely uncomfortable bedroom and sofa - the location only Dirty, dusty,very cheap materials , and heavy used ,windows were terrible you couldn’t sleep because all the sun is in the house. the TV was a disaster in all ways not responding at all. the pictures of the house are way different in person generally the house is very unpleasant you feel like you are in funeral + they didnt has anything not evel a sjngle bottle of water , the paper towel was half almost finished i dont recommend it at all

• Stephanie (8/5): Great location & stay! - The location of this property is perfect. It is close to everything, and makes it a very walkable city. It is also very close to public transport stations (metro,bus;etc). The place was the perfect size, great/comfy modern decor, and very clean! The building is a little weird. Not sure if anyone else lives in the building or it is just business offices. The lights come on for the first floor when you walk up the last step and get to the door of the apartment. The lobby of the building is never lit and always dark and gloomy “run down.” Walked through a few business meetings happening in the lobby and on the stairs, it was very awkward.
• Juan (9/5): it is worthy to stay there. - The location is excellent and the landlord is very helpful It had a plumbing issue the day of the arrival. however it was solve quickly the next day.
