• Sandra (5/5): Passable - Clean and centrally located. Building smelled like smoke and had trash in the public areas. The television did not work in the room.

• Minvydas (10/5): Good apartment near Omonia metro station - The apartment is quite freshly renovated. It has two large beds and is really spacious. The only drawback is the window view.

• Garnik (7/5): It is fine for a short stay. - Spacious and well furnished Noise coming through the windows which did not close properly and the locks not working. Dodgy and dirty neighbourhoods all around.
• Inga (1/5): Dangerous place to stay - The apartment is nice but it is located in an abandoned building and dangerous neighbourhood. When you come out of the building you can see used syringes on the street everywhere. We were alone in the whole building during the weekend and at nights. During the days there were some people in 2 offices located in the same floor but the rest of the 6 floor big building is abandoned. During the night we felt unsecure as doggy people somehow manage to enter into the building (it seems they had a key to the door downstairs). During the night they broke the door in the abandoned apartment just above the apartment we were sleeping. We heard the noise of the door being broken and the thieves moving things and pulling cables until 2 am. We adviced the owners but they did not call the police. In the morning the bathroom was flooded and there was no electricity in the apartment. In fact the whole building was flooded as they damaged the water pipes. The neighbourhood was unpleasant during the first days but this incident ruined the rest of our stay. We went on holidays to relax and finally we suffered stress. If we come back a bit later to the apartment, we could have meet these individuals in the staircase. Definitely a neighbourhood of city one would not enter voluntarily.
• Olivia (10/5): Great property and friendly and helpful host - The property was great, very spacious and very modern with a large bathroom. The area was a little bit out of the way but it was still walking distance. You wouldn’t want to walk in the heat though.
• Clod (8/5): No need to search much! - For the coffee lovers: they have a coffee machine in the room with capsules already. Nice touch. What you see in de site what you can have. The place is really modern and clean. No street noises. The location and distance to all attraction is reaching by foot. The host attention was flawless. The studio got all our expectations. There is no place the leave your luggage at the location. You can find a store location via the host indication. We used a safe Hostel place where it was close by and the staff were totally friendly.

• Alaz (7/5): Great room and internal facilities, terrible building.. check in and check out coordination can be improved but overall - Everything inside the apartment/studio was great, including bathroom hygiene, kitchen complementaries, general comfort of the place, air conditioning. The place is in the 6th floor of a very old building and from 2nd day on both elevators in the building got broken. that meant that we had to walk up and down all these stairs and I must add that the floors are quite high in this building. In addition to this, when checking out, you have to go to the ground floor to unlock the building gate and then go upstairs to enter the room and leave your keys inside. Now, imagine going through this with a broken elevator :)
• Floortje (9/5): Amazing appartement. - It was very clean and the bed and shower were amazing. A small window couldn’t close completely so it was a bit damp and wet in the appartement, but that wasn’t a real inconvenience.

• Anonymous (8/5): Good value for money, close proximity to major attractions, host is very understanding and quickly responds to any queri - Proximity to major attractions in Athens (a short 10-15 minutes walk will take you close to Plaka and Acropolis). Washer and dryer was very convenient. There is an under construction building next to the window, which disrupts the view of the city. Property is close to Omonia train station which is known for high crime rate. Unfortunately, we only find out after researching it online after my wallet and passport got stolen (pick-pocketed). Neighbourhood is quite ghetto and personally did not feel safe to be out after dark.
• Natalie (10/5): beautiful, great value and great location. - location was great, lots of local restaurants and supermarkets. apartment was beautiful and Dimitri who met us was fantastic. wouldn’t change a thing.

• Mahsum (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was perfect, clean, clear and big also mar the city center, just the air conditioner wasn't enough for making hot the room. Only for offer, it's possible to do it by another way like combi, heater, etc. Air conditioner
• Xin (7/5): can recommend but has disadvantages - good location .. got washing machine .. big room .. got many requests for check up such as cleaning the room and throw the rubbish..

• Siobhan (8/5): this apartment is a great example of not judging a book by its cover. it was lovely when your in, however looks question - nice décor, good facilities, clean and comfortable. just as is in photos when booking. Water pressure in shower isn’t great, the building is really run down
• Pari (7/5): nice interior - The apartment itself is cosy and nice. The shower, toilet and bathroom are great overall. The room was clean and anything you need was there. There were no soaps in the bathroom. Additionally, the apartment is on the 5th floor of a building where the employment office is located and it gets very busy in the mornings. You don't hear them while in the room but you see lots of people gathered around teh entrance of the building. It is an office building and not a residential one.
