• Radojkovic (10/5): Izuzetno - Apartman je vrhunski opremljen (mnostvo kuhinjskih aparata, udoban lezaj, fen, pegla, ves/sudo masina...) sve sto vam je potrebno ako ostajete na par dana ili duze. Svi prozori imaju i roletne i komarnike. Na dobroj lokaciji, blizu stanice tramvaja i svega 10ak minuta setnje od centra. Kraj je izuzetno miran i bezbedan, dobro osvetljen (sto je od izuzetnog znacaja ako putujete kao zena, jer je veci deo Atine pun beskucnika i ljudi upitnih namera). Domacini su uredno slali sve neophodne informacije, svi dogovori su ispostovani. Jedna velika preporuka
• Emese (3/5): Nincs melegvíz - Az elhelyezkedés jó, 20 perc sétára található az Akropolisz és a Plaka negyed. Az első két nap nem volt melegvíz. Egy nagyon fura rendszer működik a lakásban és nincs elégséges tájékoztatás a működéséről, szóval nekünk kellett kikísérletezni. Meg kell nyomni egy gombot, hogy 20-30 perc múlva legyen melegvíz 40 percig. Tehát minden fürdést és mosogatást előre meg kell tervezni, ami 4 főnél már logisztikai rémálom, mert hiába nyomod meg újra és újra a gombot, ki kell várni a fél órát. Nem olyan nagy ügy, csak erről nem szólnak és kellemetlen, amikor az ember ott áll a zuhanyzóban vizesen, de csak jéghideg víz jön már a csapból. Plusz: mi négy főre foglaltuk a szállást, de két főre elegendő ágyneműt, lepedőt és törölközőt hagytak, ami eleg kellemetlen volt, mert négy fő fizetett az ellátásért. Másnap korrigálták a szituációt, de egy elég rossz éjszakank volt emiatt egy csupasz kanapén aludni. +nincs vágódeszka, és a lábasok rettenetes állapotban vannak ami miatt nem olyan egyszerű a főzés

• Penelope (9/5): - Very good location (tram station is just 5 minutes walk, short walking distance to the town centre), fully renovated flat with all necessary appliances. Easy self check in (detailed instructions were given in advance).The property team is very responsive.

• JOANNA (9/5): - The apartment was very clean. The bathroom was clean as well. There were many amenities, including air conditioning, a washing machine, towels, a hairdryer, a toaster, etc. The location was very good - close to the city center. There is indeed a bar nearby, which can be quite loud on weekends, but with the windows closed and the external shutters down, there were no problems with sleeping.

• Anne (5/5): Passable - Very spacious apartment, high ceilings and large rooms. Lovely kitchen with washing machine. Air conditioning worked well. Unfortunately when we arrived (at 1am after a day travelling) the apartment had not been cleaned - bed linen unchanged, rubbish bags in kitchen and no clean towels. We couldn't contact anyone local about it. Finally got sorted the next day. There was a lot of loud music and people in the street shouting on Friday night - so not very soundproof. A little bit more attention to details would make this a really nice apartment - the balcony is nice but we couldn't use it as the furniture was covered in dust (from building works across the road) and bird droppings - so obviously not regularly cleaned. A mat at the balcony doorway would be handy. The bathroom sink plug didn't work - either open or jammed shut. No tea towel supplied to dry dishes. Minimal cooking equipment. Only shampoo supplied, no shower gel and no spare roll of toilet paper.

• Derek (8/5): Large 1 bedroom close to Plaka - The apartment was nice overall. Large space for a 1 bedroom with modern finishes. Good furnishings, lots of storage, good kitchen with Nespresso machine, and A/C worked well. Location is a short walk to Plaka and Acropolis, plus Tram line 6 stops a block away for easy connection to Syntagma and airport. We enjoyed it. It was noisy. There is a major road one block away and several clubs. Those things are to be expected. However, there was also extensive construction on the building across the street that was very loud during the day and some hallway renovations in the building. Those should have been disclosed. The floor could be cleaner. Bed was too firm.

Great value for money. - Great location, spacious apartment great for families of 4. unfortunately balcony was unable to be used because of the birds making it dirty. balcony and windows were not cleaned. there was a smell in a dishwasher.

• Caterina (1/5): Not recommended - . The apartment had not been cleaned from the previous guests when we checked in and was never cleaned during our stay. We stayed 5 nights and had to provide for our own clean sheets/towels and for toilet paper. The management is ridiculous: upon arrival we asked them about the cleaning, they didn't know it had not been cleaned and said someone would come soon. Two hours after we called again and they said someone would come by the end of the day. At 21.30 we called again and they told us the apartment would be cleaned the next morning. We were still with dirty towels, sheet, no toilet paper, etc... The day after they told us the apartment would be cleaned in the afternoon; when we called again in the afternoon they finally gave up: they were not going to clean the apartment at all. They gave different excuses (traffic, cleaner's illness) but for us the problem was not the fact that they had some unexpected event that prevented the cleaning, it was the total absence of interest and professional behaviour. They didn't apologize and were kind of snide about the fact that we contacted Booking for support. Other details: there is a club close by with music until 2am and a construction site in front where work starts at 7am (on Saturday mornings as well).

• Ivett (7/5): Modern flat with good location but watch out for the hot water! - Great location, nice, big, modern, well-equipped flat. Appreciated the balcony, the extra quilt and the iron at the place. Lack of hot water! We got the instruction that it takes 20-30mins to get hot water after switching it on which is not so comfortable when you arrive late to the flat after a long sight seeing day and you need to wait that long. On the first 2 days we didn't even get hot water after waiting 30 mins, it was barely warm and lasted for 5 mins so we had cold shower. Later we realized, it took more time, so it needs at least 45 mins to have hot water for longer, so the instruction is not correct. In front of the building, there is a construction going on which was really loud.
• Alper (6/5): cool but could be better. - it is close to the city centre, located in a vivid area. the towels was not enough for 3 people. there was an absent pillow sheet and a duvet sheet. the toilet seat was small and was not fitted, so it was hard to use it.
• Nadege (4/5): I would come back, in a different accommodation. - the location of the accommodation. located, close to tourist places and transport. on a 7 day stay we benefited from hot water 1 evening. the lack of hot water was reported quickly but the support for the platform was not up to par. Exchanges in writing or by telephone to repeat the same thing several times. Following the technician's pssage, hot water in the evening, then malfunction which caused the electrical system to malfunction. all this could have been avoided if the person who gave us the keys had taken the trouble to go up to the accommodation. gave us the keys without getting out of his car. accommodation very good if you do not need anything. cross your fingers.
• Aleksandra (7/5): Good - The location of the apartment is just great. We liked how well positioned the apartment is, close to the centre, nicely equipped and well renovated. It is big enough for a small group of friends. Although the apartment was thoroughly cleaned after the previous guests, we were left with dirty duvets and dirty duvet covers. Several messages and calls to the owners to bring some clean beddings were not responded during our stay.

• Sofia (3/5): Poor - Location is great I arrived at apartment and it wasn’t clean (dirty towels, dirty sheets, etc). They did not compensate me or anything for this. They set up a transfer to pick me up that was an hour late
• Piluso (7/5): Good place - The apartment was great, big, with air conditioning and kitchen Very bad communication from the host. They never answered my WhatsApp messages and they sent me the info about the keys just a couple hours before we arrived. When we asked for the info days before, so we arrived in Athens without knowing exactly how it was going to go. Fortunately it worked out.
