- Sergio (8/5): - It's convenient, comfortable, small but with everything a couple needs. It's in my kind of neighborhood a bit chaotic but with a lot of personality and lots of cafes, bars, restaurants. Getting gentrified as many places on earth but we all are responsible for that. -
- Konstantia (4/5): - Η τοποθεσία μόνο. Μικρό με έλλειψη σε βασικά και ακριβό για τις παροχές του.

- Emese (8/5): - I enjoyed staying in Exarcheia during my visit, the location of the flat is amazing, many coffees and bars around, it is a cool neighbourgood.
I was staying alone, so the flat was reasonably sized and comfortable for me, i really liked spending time on the balcony.
The owner was communicative and quicky to reply, no problems with him. The check-in and check-out is easy. The flat was missing every decorative piece that had made it so cozy and inviting looking when I initially booked the accomodation. It is a shame, because without any of the plants and the rug, the flat is really missing character, therefore it is not like in the pictures.
I have read the rules prior to coming so I have packed a bath towel to avoid extra fees. What I didn't know is a kitchen towel is not included for the flat, it is quite hard to manage without it for a week stay..
- Xhentiana (4/5): - The bed had no headboard. Your head rested against the wall. There were two very small pillows. It was the first time in the many trips I have taken that I had to pay extra for towels. A place that didn’t have towels. There were also no extra sheets

- Afrasiab (10/5): - Everything was perfect and especially the manager. Nothing

- Maayan (5/5): plain and no towels & blankets - there were kitchen facilities and tools. picking up the keys and arriving was easy and clear. the instructions for everything were printed and put at the entrance of the room First there were no towels and no blanket!! only after I came I saw that in order to receive towels and sheets there should be extra fee(??) but it was also unclear where to pay the fee. Luckily I had my own towel and blanket otherwise I would freeze! When I entered there were at least 6 huge mosquitoes I had to run after and kill, The room is the same as in the pictures, but there aren't any plants and it feels plain and dead. The photos are heavily edited and it doesn't feel at all as cozy and nice as it looks in the pictures. I didn't enjoy my stay at all.

- Feyzullah (2/5): - Normaldi Carsaflar temiz değildi
- Paul (9/5): We stayed three nights and good restaurants, super market near by - Great location within a 25 minute walk to the centre of Athens The balcony was so hot you could not sit outside, perhaps a canopy of some sort should be considered, this is my personal comment only
- Kraniotaki (4/5): Location was convenient and entrance easy. Found a dead cockroach in the kitchen despite not cooking -
- Perreault-Léveillé (5/5): It was just for a last night stay before flying home. It was cheap so can’t expect too much but we had not realized the -

- Stefan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Michelle (6/5): Pleasant - Nice location in a hip area. Wonderful to step out into the Saturday street market. Be warned that you will be charged extra for towels and need to pay in advance through PayPal…. Sooo inconvenient.
The neighbours were so loud, coming home at 5am and talking over each other at full volume every night of our stay.
Very limited kitchen, if you want to cook more than pasta or instant noodles… good luck!
- Mateusz (7/5): Good - - good location
- clean
- good contact with the hosts - hot water is actually not hot at all
- charging for luggage storage
- no towels (unless you pay for them)
- Despoina (10/5): Exceptional - Very good communication with the host.
Easy to access, clear instructions on how to check in and checkout.
Clean, with all basic amenities.
Central, anything you could ask for is on walking distance.
- Irini (6/5): Pleasant -
- Yasemin (5/5): In booking the Airbnb looked nicely furnished and decorated and in real life nothing of that was represented unfortunate -
- Tiffany (8/5): Excellent host communication -
- Karin (9/5): Superb -
- Emma (6/5): Pleasant, and value for money but missing some essential items - Clean and excellent location No bathmat, bathroom hand towel or tea towel provided
Washing machine but no washing detergent sachets
Decor at the property is completely different to that in the pictures
- Andres (8/5): Functional flat with lovely courtyard view in quaint neighbourhood - The location was good, got to know a different neighbourhood of Athens, it was 10 min by bus from Syntagma sq. Area was lovely by day with nice coffee shops and a farmer's market selling great produce on Saturdays.
Apartment was simple but functional and with a cute balcony overlooking a lush and sunny courtyard. A little bit more character and attention to details would be nice. The apartment was fairly clean but there was some dust next to the night table which could have been avoided.
- Cottreau (9/5): Great value for a fantastic location. - Location was perfect. Right next to the Saturday market which was lovely. The balcony is great and overlooks a gorgeous court yard. Great value.
- Jemma (8/5): Was all in all a good stay, nil significant issues, was enjoyable and check in and check out process was easy! - Good air conditioning, clean space, appropriate for short stay. Was quite a small tight space for 2 people with luggage, little bit of a walk around 30 minutes to main hub of Athens.
- Steffi (9/5): Superb -
- Sofia (7/5): Good -
- Rafael (9/5): Superb - Popular neighborhood with great restaurants and well connected.
- Kaitlyn (6/5): Pleasant - The apartment itself was a nice space. It was small, but manageable for two. We did not research the neighbourhood enough (which is clearly stated on the ad) so that is our fault. But, we walked by two police riot buses and many armed police officers by the apartment which made us feel uneasy. Do your research before booking, and if the neighbourhood sounds acceptable to you, the apartment is good.
- Miquel (6/5): Pleasant - Location It was too small and there were basic things missing
- Milena (8/5): Good for a short stay - I really liked the location of our apartment its 20 minute walk to syntagma square (city centre), you can also take the metro but its aproximatly the same time spent and we enjoyed walking, for me Exarcheia was an amazing neigbourhood, its a very alternative district, people usually have different opinions about this area because of the freedom of expression that people have here, as about the apartment it was small and clean for a short stay of 2/3 days is good i guess.
We had some electricity problems during the stay because of the big rain in athens but the hosts were very receptive and tried to help The pictures of the apartment are pretty old, the apartment is not in such good condition anymore, the bed matress is kind of old and the two pillows and one blanket were not enought for me personally.
We wanted to have a night in as it was raining outside and we decided to cook something but after starting the process we noticed that we had only one frying pan and one cooker and those were imposible to use, the pan got a bump on it and the cooker was just too small :(
- Emma (7/5): Good - we only needed the room for less than 12 hours but it had everything we needed to get sleep and organised for our next trip the next morning
- Jonas (7/5): cute little accommodation in lively neighbourhood - the balcony was nice and the location was also good for restaurants and cafes. it was smaller than it appears on the photos. unpacking luggage was kind of a struggle.
- Emma (8/5): Very good -
- Ivana (9/5): Superb -
- Smiles18200 (3/5): Poor - Location Everything else
- Aleksandra (10/5): great localization, easy communication with the owner, the flat had everything we needed -
- Nir (10/5): Exceptional -
- Seamus (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sławomir (8/5): Very good -
- Nina (9/5): Enjoyable and pleasant stay in Athens, would definitely recommend. - We really enjoyed our stay, the location was just perfect, very nice streets, local markets. The flat was clean, cosy and had a nice views.
- Nadya (4/5): Bad communication with the hosts. - I booked the property because it looked on the pictures like a great price per value. However, we didn't stay there due to poor communication with the hosts Bad communication with the hosts.
We requested an early check-in for 10 am (which is paid btw). However, when we arrived at around 11:40 am at the property, it wasn't cleaned yet after the previous guests. The place was the usual mess after checkout. We tried to reach the hosts at every possible communication channel that was provided, sending pictures as well. However, nobody picked up the phone or answered booking messages for more than 2 hours. I want to mention that in our communication we were very polite all the time although we were disappointed to find the flat like this.
Usually, when ppl request early check-in and even would pay for it, they want to use the room and facilities. In our case, we were traveling for more than 24 hours and wanted to rest after the long flights, take a shower, the usual stuff.
In a bit more than 2 hours we received an answer in the booking chat that was totally inadequate to the situation. The host just answered with one sentence "Well you checked in earlier as promised" and that was all. So eventually we just moved to another place, which was nearby, a hotel, costing us around the same as this place btw, which provided immediate check-in free of charge and we were able to take a shower and a nap after the long flights :)
Ofc, since it wasn't part of the booking policy and evidently the hosts believe they deliver perfect service, we didn't receive any cash back. Which was expected, but the attitude is worth mentioning nevertheless.
Anyway, about the property - we didn't see it at its best however it's fine. Looks a little bit shinier in the pics, and the bathroom seemed a bit too tight around the toilet bowl , however, everything else is fine I guess. We didn't even use anything, so any impressions are first-glance ones.
- Joanne (7/5): Good - Location was good. Clean. Charge if you wish to store luggage.
- Estelle (8/5): Very good - Good size for one person, although would comfortably fit a couple. Kitchen was equipped enough for a few days stay. Apartment was also quiet and close to a supermarket. Hot water never got really hot and ran out quickly. The apartment was also really cold during the night. The bed wasn't very comfortable so I struggled to sleep.
- Elena (7/5): Overall, it's a good flat for the price - It was clean;
The shower was great;
All the facilities were in the flat: kettle, hairdryer, iron.
Balcony was nice. It was pretty cold, radiators were in the flat but cold, especially the floor, definitely would have brought some home shoes if we knew.
Flat is quite small for two people but we kinda get used to it after the first day;
Bed wasn't comfortable and quite small for two of us (but it's our subjective opinion, I guess);
Towels in the bathroom didn't dry up because there was no radiator there, so it wasn't pleasant to dry yourself with a wet towel every time.
- Bojan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Renée (9/5): Superb - It’s a very clean and practical appartement. You have everything you need and the sunny balcony is wonderful. The location is great. Would really recommend.
- Tetiana (8/5): Small cozy apartment with all necessary tools (and even more) and furniture. -
- Roberts (6/5): A fair combination of price and quality in Athens city! - The price was very good. Although there are some visual imperfections in the apartment, at this price it does not bother us at all. The most important thing was that the apartment was very clean! The area of Exarceia is not the safest, but it has been getting safer in recent years. We didn't notice anything danger! The police regularly patrol the streets. A very good restaurant 300 meters away! We slept very badly for three nights because the mattress was unusable. After our stay the host promised that he will replace it, so I recommend that you contact the host before you book this accommodation to see if there is a new mattress!
- Haire (9/5): Superb - Ventilation
- Gemma (6/5): Nice apartment, horrible bed - The location is not touristic centric. The neighbourhood may look "scary", but actually it's really nice. Lots of cafes/bars with local people. Very authentic. The apartment facilities are renovated, the kitchen and the bathroom are small but nice. The bed had bumps and was not comfortable at all.
