• Adinda (6/5): Groot en ruim appartement op mooie locatie in Athene. - De locatie is goed en het appartement is heel groot en ruim. Aardige gastheer en heel behulpzame schoonmaak Het was niet vies maar erg gebruikt. Het babybedje was heel vies en kapot. De bank is doorgezakt, de bedden zijn klein, er zijn geen dekbedden met overtrekken.

Per fortuna solo nel weekend. La cucina ben attrezzata e il proprietario molto gentile. In zona centrale e vicino alla metro!

• ceyhan (1/5): Çok kötüydü. - Konum çok merkeziydi. Apartman ana giriş kapısı kod ile açılıyordu. Biri mekanizmayı çalmış. Apartmandan birisi de ana çıkış kapısını kilitlemiş. Daire sahibi bize fiziksel anahtar vermediği için apartmanın içinde kilitli kaldık. Apartman sahibi bundan haberdar olmasına rağmen hiç bir aksiyon almamış. Biz arayıp durumu bildirdiğimizde de birisi kilidi kırmış ben ne yapabilirim diye cevapladı. Fiziksek anahtar için apartmanın içinde kilitli kalmamız gerektiğini temizlikçi kadın yedek anahtarı yaptırıp getirene kadar beklememizi söyledi. Bizi apartmanın içinde kilitli tutmaya hakkı olmadığını söyledik yapabileceği hiç bişeyi olmadığını söyledi. Üst kat komşudan yardım istedik. Üst kat komşu inip bize kapıyı açtı böylece dışarı çıkabildik. Ama apartmana yeniden girebilmek için anahtarımız malesef yoktu. Akrapolis müze gezimizi kaçırdık. Apartman sahibi bunu da umursamadı. yaklaşık 2-3 saat sonra fiziksel anahtarı yaptırıp apartmandaki kutuya bıraktı. Komşu bize kapıyı açmasa evde hapis kalacaktık. Apartmanda yangın çıksa veya hastalansak apartmandan dışarı çıkamayacaktık. Bu korkunç bir deneyimdi. Ayrıca daireyi özellikle 2 odalı ve 2 banyolu diye seçmiştik. Odalar arasında banyo olan bağlantılı odaydı. 2 oda arasında mahremiyet yoktu. ayrıca bir odanın kapısı yoktu sadece perde ile salondan ayrılıyordu. 2. banyoda duş alanı yoktu sadece tuvalet vardı. Isıtma sisteminin nasıl çalıştığını ev sahibine sorduk ama bize yardımcı olmadı. Isıtma sistemini kendi kendimize çalıştırmak zorunda kaldık. Bu kadar kötü iletişimi olan bir ev sahibi hiç görmemiştim.

• Anna Zorli Varianou (10/5): - Η τοποθεσία είναι εξαιρετική. Μέσα στην καρδιά της ψυρρη. Το διαμέρισμα είναι μεγάλο, φωτεινό και έχει τα πάντα. Σαν να μένεις στο σπίτι σου. Ο ιδιοκτήτης ευγενεστατος. Μας άφησε να χρησιμοποιήσουμε την αποθήκη του μετα το check out για τις βαλίτσες μας.

• Esther (7/5): Only 1.5 bathrooms - Location. We chose this place because it said it has 2 bathrooms. The layout was quite strange, so it was very uncomfortable to share between two couples.. There is no proper door to one of the bedrooms. Only one proper bathroom between two rooms and a separate toilet and laundary across the lounge room and the lighting in the toilet was poor, so I couldn't see the instructions on the washing machine. It should say 1.5 bathrooms, not 2. Also, it would've been helpful to leave some English instructions of how the washing machine works.
• MARIA ANGELES (6/5): No volvería - La ubicación es estupenda, en un barrio con muchos restaurantes, a 5 minutos de Monastiraki y Plaka y muy cerca de Acropolis El edificio es terrorífico, la escalera y el ascensor muy antiguos, muy sucios y olor espantoso a humedad. El apartamento está bien, todo nuevo pero no muy limpio. Las toallas olían mal. En el anuncio pone que hay 2 baños pero solo uno tiene ducha. Hay 2 habitaciones comunicadas por una puerta de cristal por lo que si no sois familia, no lo recomiendo. En la calle hay bares y se oye todo, mucho escándalo hasta tarde. Una de las camas estaba hecha pero la otra solo tenía la sábana bajera, tuvimos que buscar por los armarios y taparnos con un nórdico que encontramos pero no había funda ni sábana encimera. La última noche no salía agua de ningún grifo, con lo cual no nos pudimos duchar, contacté con el dueño pero no me contestó hasta la mañana siguiente, diciéndome que se lo diría a la limpiadora, o sea ni caso. No volvimos a tener agua hasta que nos fuimos. Nos aseamos, lavamos los dientes, etc. con botellas de agua pero podéis imaginar cómo quedaron los wc, un asco.
• Pablo Lucini (10/5): - Apartamento inmenso con dos dormitorios y dos baños. Ubicado en zona centrica a 5 minutos de la estación de Monastiraki en un barrio con mucho movimiento. Tiene lavadora y una cocina completa para poder cocinar o hacer lo que se quiera. Realmente es un apartamento inmenso, muy limpio y demasiado cómodo. Lo recomiendo enormemente para venir a Atenas La comodidad de la cama principal podría mejorar un poco, pero es lo unico que diría para mejorar.
• Michael (9/5): Super Unterkunft - Eine tolle Lage. Ideal, um alles zu Fuß erkunden zu können. Schöne Wohnung. Obwohl im Ausgeviertel, dennoch relativ ruhig. Kleine Gasse, so gut wie gar nicht befahren nach vorne raus und großer Balkon nach hinten. Man hörte nachts allenfalls die Geräusche der Partygänger und etwas Musik, unter der Woche aber nicht allzu spät. Es hat uns zwar überhaupt nicht gestört, denn wir fanden alles super, aber vielleicht doch wichtig für den ein oder anderen: das kleinere Schlafzimmer nach hinten raus ist nur durch einen Vorhang vom Wohnzimmer getrennt. Zwischen den beiden Schlafzimmern befindet sich das Bad mit Dusche. Der Vorraum mit Waschbecken zum Bad ist von beiden Schlafzimmern mit Glastüren abgetrennt. Das ist in Sachen Hellhörigkeit zu bedenken, wenn man empfindlich ist oder Privatsphäre im Schlafzimmer haben möchte, wenn man zu mehreren dort übernachtet. Geschirr, Gläser und Ausstattung in der Küche ist etwas dürftig. Aber auch das haben wir nicht benötigt, da wir nicht selber gekocht oder uns lange in der Wohnung aufgehalten haben.

• Juan Jose (10/5): Visita al centro de Atenas en familia - Las llaves están dentro del edificio, instrucciones claras y precisas. Fácil. La entrada del edificio no hace justicia al apartamento. Tiene dos baños separados aunque solo una ducha. Es muy espacioso. Aunque hay muchas reseñas de ruidoso, a nosotros nos tocó el bar del edificio cerrado por lo que no hubo ninguna molestia (más allá de estar en una zona céntrica transitada, con bares y restaurantes muy cerca. La cocina totalmente equipada, muy nueva y limpia, menaje nuevo y muy completo. 3 Aires acondicionados que funcionan muy bien. Wifi, Tv y sonido, perfecto.... No puedo decir nada, sí quizás que tanto este como muchos otros, deberían explicar un poco mejor la gestión de las basuras, reciclaje, situación de los contenedores, horarios y/o limitaciones... Es una sugerencia. Hice una consulta sobre el secador de pelo, que no se indicaba que había y no me respondieron. Me lo llevé y había allí. La comunicación con el anfitrión no es muy buena...

It can be a bit noisy as it is close to bars and restaurants

Restaurants, bars, bakery and coffee shop near by. Parking right next to the building. Spacious apartment, well equipped and maintained. Coffee machine and all kitchen amenities needed. A bit noisy during the evening as there is a tavern in the same building.
• Fadi (10/5): Exceptional - The place is amazing it's in the center with all the restaurants and bars in 2 minutes walk .the apartment is modern big and clean and have everything u need The only thing they can add is a smart TV. And for those who like quietness is not the ideal place .the taverna down stairs always had live music till late .
• Mtraz (7/5): Nice But Some Negatives - The apartment was very large with a main suite that has bathroom and shower and a smaller room with double bed also. The living room is large with a kitchen and another bathroom. There is also a nice balcony for smokers. The room also has workout equipment. Don't judge by the graffiti and empty building close by and the dark hallway leading to the room. The location is great for sites and restaurants and public transport. However, there are some big negatives. All the good things aside if you want quite and rest then this is not the place for you or kids. There is a restaurant with loud music and dancing that went on till 0300 on Friday, midnight on Saturday, and midnight on Sunday. It vibrates the room even with all the windows shut. The internet is not very strong and the satellite was very choppy reception. Main bathroom ventilation is bad with mold on ceiling. Hate to point of the negatives as the apartment is very nice otherwise. If you are into partying then this will be perfect for you.

• Maria (10/5): Perfect location - The flat is spacious and comfortable, with an unbeatable location just a short walk from the metro and Monastiraki Square. The neighborhood is lively, filled with great bars and restaurants. For those sensitive to noise, the proximity to bars can make it a bit too lively on weekends, but it didn’t disturb me at all.

• Tim (9/5): Modern apartment near the Acropolis - The apartment was modern spacious and light and was well provided with everything you would need. The location was great, very close to the acropolis and Monastiraki metro station. There were plenty of restaurants and bars close by. The two bedrooms shared a bathroom which had to be entered through one of the bedrooms so privacy could be an issue. It was also quite noisy, being in a lively area of the city, although this was not really a problem for us.

Stay away! - We found bedbugs at the property on the couch in the living room, we packed our bags and booked another apartment, owner fooled us that he will refund us for the nights we did not sleep there but 3 weeks later told us that he will nou give us our money back because there was no pest problem (we had provided pictures and moved because we know how serious the problem is) Furthermore the location hasn’t been properly cleaned in a while, there is mold in the bathrooms and shower, dust in all the corners, chairs were dirty, the refrigerator was also dirty. There is a restaurant below the apartment and the live music during the weekend which makes it impossible to sleep.
• Luna (10/5): Great, modern apartment in perfect location, with great amenities. - The apartment was huge, modern, very well-located with major squares, shops and restaurants, monuments and views of the Acropolis within a 5-minute walk. The apartment had a great washing machine, which worked quickly and was very convenient in the middle of our vacation. There was exercise equipment (which we didn't use), and a full kitchen. The host even had jugs of water ready for us in the fridge. We didn't have the door code when we arrived, but were able to get in after some correspondence with the host. It then took us some time to figure out how to access the apartment key, but the host was quick to respond. Had response time taken long, we wouldn't have been able to get in. Just make sure you get all of the necessary codes to access the building and apartment. Otherwise, this place is fantastic! We loved the apartment. The only small things that could have been better were the TV, which had distorted images and sound and there was graffiti on the buildings outside, which initially made us question how safe the area was, but it was very safe and well regarded by locals. These didn't diminish our visit in any way. I would highly recommend this apartment!
• Georgia (10/5): Amazing spot in Atenas - We loved the K5 apartament, amazing spot in the city and everything perfect. The host was really nice to us, and we had such a great time. We we’re 5 and pretty confortable. I likes everything. I just have a suggestion to the host to add one more glass door between the bathroom and the bedrooms so the shared bathroom could be more private for the person using it. But it was not a problem.

There was not really something we wouldn’t like, but be aware of strangely looking entrance to the building. Don’t be afraid to open it. There’s a nice surprise waiting for you in the first floor 😇

The configuration of space was so good for two friends, and it would be great for two couples or a family as well. The location in Psiri is unbeatable!! • Matilde (8/5): Quiet and beautiful oasis during the day/Party Central on weekend nights - What we liked: K5 is a stunningly gorgeous apartment with ultra-modern décor and furnishings (think IKEA). It is located in one of the most magical, fun parts of the city, steps to a plethora of cafes, restaurants, shopping and the Metro (with a direct line to the airport)! So if you want to experience all that Athens has to offer, including the lively nightlife, then this is the perfect apartment for you! It is right smack in the middle of the tourist area surrounding the colourful Monastrakis Square and all its markets, and within walking distance to almost all of the city’s attractions! The apartment itself is bright and spacious, with window ledges along the entire length of one side of the apartment – which is great for all your traveller’s stuff! The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and all that you need to enjoy your morning coffee or a fancy meal. The dining room table is also very functional with seating for 8! The apartment has 2 washrooms, a 2 piece and a 3 piece, with a washing machine inside one of them. The pièce de resistance is the balcony, which extends the entire length of the apartment and which overlooks a very beautiful courtyard so quiet you can hear the birds singing. What is not to like: If you are the kind of traveller who values a good night’s sleep, then this is not the apartment for you, at least not on the weekend nights. There is some kind of large bistro directly below and across the street which holds huge parties of young persons with live music until as late as 3 am in the morning. Bring earplugs! What is also not so nice is the entranceway, which is ugly and dirty – a paint job and thorough cleaning would make a world of difference! Also, depending on your party’s size, this may not be the apt for you. The photos on Booking.com are a bit misleading in that they portray a 3rd sleeping option of a sofabed or divan in a separate sleeping space. This is not the situation here – there are 2 clearly-defined bedrooms with one double bed in the one and one queen-size bed in the other. The only other sleeping option is the sofa in the living room which is not a sofabed so not very comfortable nor private. Moreover, the bathrooms could do with some more cleaning! Finally, we found the host to be somewhat not interested in ensuring our entry and departure. Unlike our experiences with other Booking.com hosts, we ourselves had to contact the host to find out the floor level, and how to enter the building, as well as what to do when we left on the last day. Still, all in all, a great apartment at a great price even with all of the above concerns.

• Tomer (8/5): Very good - Location, size It's actually a studio that was transferred to an apartment. The leaving room(salon) is divided from the bedrooms by a dry wall. one of the bedrooms doesn't have a door to separate it from the salon. not much privacy(important for me).
